08/06/2025: It's a takeaway pizzeria. The dough is very good and crunchy. At least that of the Margherita pizza. My favorite. They make different flavors.. with potatoes.. mushrooms, sausage etc. They also make round pizzas to order to take home. During the day it is also possible to consume on site. There are 4 or 5 tables. They also make excellent soupli and also provide rotisserie chickens. Always takeaway. They also sell drinks. No need for reservation. But it's best to call at the end of the day to find your favorite assortment. It's worth a try if you've never been there.

Here I can only represent my preferences for pizza: quality ingredients, slightly crunchy and very digestible dough, complete cooking but without burning, flavors highlighted, especially those of tomato and mozzarella (but they depend on the quality of the ingredients). That said, Doppio Zero in Vetralla is the pizzeria that in my opinion best corresponds to these preferences in the Viterbo area. Quality in the foreground. Even the desserts made by them are particularly valuable. The bill is not cheap but perfectly corresponds to the quality (e.g. Bufalina 8.50, small draft beer 3.50, dessert 6 euros).
