Excellent and very digestible pizzas

I went for dinner on Saturday for the first time. I'm celiac, which is why I chose this place. The gluten-free fried appetizers were poorly cooked, half raw, but tasted nice. The problem was the pizza: the gluten-free dough was good, the ingredients were good, but two ingredients were missing, one without even being notified when ordering. When I raised the issue, they told me that truffles aren't in season, so they didn't add them. That's reasonable, but you have to let the customer know when they order; it's not up to me to know when they're in season or if they can fix it in another way (creams/oils, etc.). It wasn't even mentioned when the waiter came back 20/30 minutes later to say that they had run out of courgette flowers (we sat down at 8pm, so I guess they already knew when I ordered), they asked me to replace it with mushrooms, which I don't like, so I said to leave it as is, they didn't bother to tell me that I would receive a pizza with only guanciale and mozzarella and that in any case they charged me €14 even though the waitress said they would take it off the bill, they discounted €2... (cost including an additional €3 for gluten-free dough)

Paying €17 for a pizza off the menu, and not mentioning it when it's offered, is a rip-off in my opinion! I'm sorry, but I won't be back! My advice, to avoid any surprises at checkout, is to ask for the prices if they offer anything off the menu, as they won't tell you anyway! Oh, and then there are the red pizzas with oregano all over them, even though it's not listed on the menu, and the diavola with oregano and runny, undercooked tomato sauce—disgusting, and also quite expensive!
