Ice cream in metal containers. The Straciatella has large chocolate fragments; I'd rather have expected shavings. The lavender is tasty, and the lemon is unevenly frozen, lacking consistency. Tasty, but not overpowering.

A really great place, we were happy to stumble upon it. We were glad to have been met and served by the very owner of the place, who shared his story and told us all about the chocolate and gelato he has been making for nearly 28 years. The gelato was very natural and the flavours very interesting - we tried rosemary, lavender and tonka. Couldn’t choose a favourite! The chocolate was amazing as well, you shohld definetly try the owner’s favorite and don’t be humble to indulge!

Without doubt the best gelato we tried in Rome, and the best chocolate during our whole trip to Italy. The flavors, the combinations are unique, using ingredients from all over the world.

Me and my best friend have been traveling through Italy for the past week. We’ve had gelato at least twice a day, and I can say with full certainty this is the BEST gelato I’ve had. If you are only going to eat gelato once, this has to be the place you go.

Delicious gelato away from the Spanish step chaos! Charming gentleman is there to assist with any questions. We tried the mango, lemon and pineapple/basil/ginger. The pineapple/basil/ginger was my favorite, super refreshing with ginger and basil and the pineapple gives a nice sweetness.

They're on a small street, very close to the Spanish Steps. But the detour was definitely worth it: we had gelato and it was delicious!!! Lemon, pistachio, mango, milk chocolate and peanut: a truly refreshing treat on this sunny June day in Rome.

I went there and bought chocolate to bring back for my work colleagues after a trip. The gentleman helped select some for a person allergic to dairy. She loved them and people thought they were so good that a few of them hid some for the next day. So the box was empty in record time. The most delicious chocolate and very elegant!

15/07/2026: We ate here a few days ago for dinner, and I have to say that the pizza looks good, but the dough isn't at all digestible. In fact, as soon as it cools, the pizza becomes hard, so you can tell it hasn't risen enough. The fried foods are poor quality, except for the suppli. It's a place frequented by young people with little experience in the industry, and the girl (who seemed to be the manager) seemed annoyed by the other customers. The pizza maker, on the other hand, was busy. It's hot and they host large groups, so the place feels very touristy and noisy. Looking at the food they served to the groups, you could tell they didn't take enough care. We waited a long time for our food. In short, there are better places in Rome.

She looked after us attentively throughout the evening, always available and quick with her service. It's rare to find such friendly and knowledgeable people. Kudos to her and the entire staff: we'll definitely be back!
