12/08/2025: Delicious! Finally, some sushi with character. Lately, they all seem the same and only taste like fish, even if it's good. Instead, at Neko, you'll find original and tasty combinations. The service is prompt and precise, and one of the waiters is particularly appreciated for his cheerfulness. Go!

03/07/2025: I returned to Lido Oriente, after 3 years with my nephew. I can confirm everything I had already written some time ago: the availability of the unmatched staff, the umbrellas arranged in a perfect way to have air even at the back and the restaurant's proposals varied, inviting and delicious (the fried fish is crazy). I had not noticed, some time ago, that there is also a very nice children's play area, but, above all, the mini club service which is top.

01/07/2025: I came with my parents and mother-in-law to escape the city heat. I was pleased to note that the beach was easily accessible for people with mobility difficulties and that the lifeguards had special consideration for children and the less young. We had lunch at the restaurant, where everything was very good, especially the appetizers. I must emphasize that the staff is not only knowledgeable, even in recommending the right wine for each dish, but also proved to be very patient and kind in managing our last-minute requests. 01/09/2025: Excellent hotel located in the center of Amatrice. We stayed there for the Amatriciana festival, which was a two-minute walk away. The hotel is newly built, very nice and clean. We didn't eat there, but we had an excellent breakfast with a little bit of everything. It's a quiet and relaxing place. Perhaps a little pricey, but overall, a great experience.

The service is informal yet impeccable. We ate very well; both the first and second courses were perfectly executed. My only suggestion: try to slightly lower the prices of those traditional dishes, making them as accessible as they should be. As for the rest: congratulations!

20/08/2025: What I didn't eat. Intrigued by the positive reviews and living very close to the restaurant, I initially tried the solution I thought would be smarter for me and the customers: going in and speaking in person with the owner or a waiter. No, that's not possible because the restaurant opens at 8:00 PM and, as the reviews show, there are definitely no more tables available. Okay, so I'll try the phone, but no, you can't book by phone, only online. Fine, I'll commit and start the reservation process. Nearing the end of the process, after clearly specifying the date and time and the number of us (where we're from, two florins!!), I take a step back and notice the two sittings: 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM (or 9:45 PM for the inside dining room...). That is, if you happen to arrive a few minutes late, or if the delay is due to the kitchen, you'll definitely have to clear the table. However, according to the reviews, the service is slow, but maybe they'll give you a doggy bag to finish at home. Okay, I'm punctual and live nearby, so I'll go ahead with the reservation. But right at the end of the process, the big surprise arrives: to validate the procedure, you have to leave your credit card details, because in the event of a "no-show (...)" or late cancellation, 20 euros per person will be deducted. Here I thought: why should I be preemptively considered a potential scam, not worthy of even the slightest bit of trust? And then, how many people will actually turn up? After all, does a certain amount of business risk exist in all businesses and professions, or not? One last thought: what if something in the dishes I ordered wasn't to my liking, didn't meet my expectations, or wasn't available on the menu (like carbonara often is...), shouldn't I also have the restaurant's credit card details and apply a penalty if necessary? In the end, I gave up.

14/08/2025: As always, the pizza is excellent, and I really appreciate that even the gluten-free one is top-notch. The customer service is impeccable. It's a real pleasure to have such a well-kept pizzeria in a working-class neighborhood. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

07/04/2025: Fabulous, a location with an old stone farmhouse style, everything is well combined, perfect welcome, efficient, serious and dynamic waiters, friendly and very friendly owner with his local accent, they recommended the appetizer to us to taste everything and I must say everything is truly top, fettuccine with artichokes and then, let's not talk about it, served directly in the pan, succulent, artichokes on the side are wonderful to say the least. What can I say other than highly recommended, good value for money.
