15/06/2025: Il gelato è veramente buono, si trova facilmente parcheggio su Via portuense, solo un pò troppa fila ma sono sempre veloci

09/06/2025: We often come here for ice cream, but the episode we witnessed on a Sunday evening left us speechless. First thing: don't you dare go close to closing time. There are no warnings, smiles or a "sorry we're closing" - no, here it works like this: while you're sitting, maybe with a bite still in your mouth, they start throwing the rubbish from the tables on the floor to clean them and make it clear to you that you have to get out of their way as if you were a nuisance and not a customer, also removing the chairs - and huffing and puffing. If by chance you ask for something politely, they answer you rudely, almost annoyed by the fact that you dare to speak. Closing time should be at 01 but at 00:30 they already start kicking you out and making you understand that you have to go home. We will definitely go back, but not at closing time... that's not how you treat customers.

15/08/2025: Nine of us showed up for dinner and we all ordered either toast or poke. I immediately noticed the quality of the meat in my sandwich and the other ingredients. It's also worth noting that the price was perfectly in line with the quantity. Overall, a very positive experience; I'll definitely be back.

I went with my family for Easter lunch, we all had a great time, right from the first contacts with the owner Annalisa, who immediately showed professionalism, kindness and above all empathy. For the occasion the menu was fixed, from the starter to the coffee everything was excellent. I add the professionalism of the waiters, always kind and smiling. I recommend it

20/08/2025: We went for lunch today and it was a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the restaurant offers a truly sensational view of the lake. The food was perfect. 20/08/2025: I can only speak for the food, which I tried today. The location is wonderful along the lakeside. You eat overlooking the lake, which is very charming. The service is decent, average. Perhaps it could use more coordination. The food is good, perhaps a bit too heavy on ingredients. It's definitely worth a try!

22/06/2025: If there is stale stuff, they will give it to you without any problem. Generally it is decent. But be careful when they have leftovers or when it comes to diluting sauces or condiments with water. They recycle everything. And they pass off the scraps to you. The manager does not care about loyal customers. If you are affiliated, expect scams..

09/08/2025: The quality is average, nothing spectacular, but the prices are. The wine served by the glass is ridiculous; I've never seen such a small quantity, even though I drink very little. The fact that you can't choose, or give directions on what you'd like to eat when ordering a boat, doesn't seem fair, just as I don't think it's fair not to be able to choose the mochi flavors... I wonder why, when you leave a less than positive review, you tend to denigrate the customer. No, I didn't want to save money; I wanted to choose, and we weren't given that opportunity. I almost never go to all-you-can-eat restaurants, especially Japanese ones. Do some healthy self-criticism; you might discover there's always room for improvement.

05/08/2025: Siamo partiti da Roma per una serata fuoriporta e abbiamo optato per questo ristorante su suggerimento di alcuni amici. La location è spettacolare, adiacente a un bel parco in una delle più belle vie di Grottaferrata e con un'area all'aperto allestita con molto gusto. Abbiamo assaggiato delle specialità direttamente proposte dalla proprietaria e siamo rimasti sbalorditi dalla squisitezza dei piatti oltre che dalla freschezza degli ingredienti. Non si può dire di aver mangiato un buon Tempura se non si è assaggiato quello di questo ristorante! Il servizio è accurato e la proprietaria è estremamente amabile. Se pensate di conoscere già il buon sushi ricredetevi, quello che fanno in questo posto è superlativo

21/08/2025: Eating gluten-free in a typical Ariccia flask is the best. The decor is a bit over the top, but it's still a fun place, but it's clean, the waiters are friendly, and the service is good. The real highlight is the food; I had a generous and delicious appetizer and pasta carbonara, a 10 out of 10. I don't know if I'll ever return to Ariccia, but I'd definitely go back to Dar Burino 😉
