07/09/2025: A truly pleasant discovery. We wanted to eat outside the walls of Fiuggi. The tables are well-spaced and separated. A young woman welcomes us with a smile and immediately puts us at ease. The food is excellent and plentiful. We ordered the tripletta al sugo as an appetizer, and I must say it was truly top-notch. It was served with chili pepper and excellent pecorino cheese. The main courses were lamb, plentiful and perfectly cooked, and chicken legs, fried and then baked—I don't think there were even any bones left. The homemade dessert was excellent. All washed down with an excellent Cesanese. The bill was another pleasant surprise, excellent value for money. The only shame is that they don't have private parking.

06/09/2025: Welcomed by... With a smile that lets you know you're in the right place. A truly superb platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by jam and honey. The ravioli have a unique flavor. The price is reasonable. Definitely worth a visit after a wonderful morning rediscovering the medieval village of Fumone.

12/08/2025: Truly excellent Neapolitan pizza, amazing fried foods, not to mention the meat that melts in your mouth. I've been there several times, the food has always been good, and I'll be back every chance I get.

The ingredients are fresh and authentic, prepared to perfection, starting with the meat-based appetizers, but the highlight is the meat—rarely found so good. The wine selection is also extensive, and the owner is very helpful and will certainly recommend the best pairing for your dish. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a superior gastronomic experience.

22/07/2025: This is one of the two best restaurants on the Salaria state road (SS4), and it's worth stopping there specifically for this purpose, even if you're planning on stopping along the way. The restaurant is clean and has a family feel, as is its cuisine. The service is fast, and the staff is truly kind and welcoming. The first courses (traditional Roman dishes) are spectacular (special mention for the griscia) and the portions are generous. The second courses are also worth a try, especially the mixed grill and the chicken cutlet, accompanied by a succulent focaccia/pizza al piatto. The side dishes are as authentic as they are tasty, as is the bread served with the cover charge. Very good value for money.

15/07/2025: I recommend the ice cream but absolutely do not order the granitas, the lemon granita was sour and the strawberry one did not have strawberries but only sugar, exorbitant prices for the low quality, we threw away three granitas!

22/08/2025: DO NOT EAT HERE!! This place is a fraud of a restaurant. We were so worried about pickpockets in Rome but this is where the real robbery happened! 1. They sell bottled tap water as “Acqua Minerale”. The owner insisted that it is mineral water because he filters the tap water - what a fraudulent guy! 2. When we asked the waiter about which ones were the cheese naan, he kept touching the naan with his bare hands 3. Portions were horrifically small for the price being paid, and the food was disgusting. Do not believe the high Google ratings - it is completely deceptive.

24/05/2025: Location molto bella, la vista che si gode dal giardino, terrazzo e anche dal ristorante è unica, come la proposta del menù, dove la tradizione è rivisitata con un tocco di avanguardia e sapori forti. Un posto scoperto grazie ai Social e che sicuramente ci vedrà presto, vale il viaggio, anche il servizio attento e la possibilità di portare il nostro cane ha aiutato a rendere l'esperienza molto gradevole.

05/04/2025: Torniamo sempre volentieri al ristorante La Perla e ogni volta emozioni diverse sia dal punto di vista culinario con piatti che esaltano il palato e gli occhi...ambiente elegante e sobrio con personale di sala sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente con cortesia e professionalità La presenza discreta degli chef Alberto e Edoardo è rassicurante e un punto fermo del ristorante. Questa sera ci hanno deliziato con piatti abilmente preparati e compresi nel nuovo menù di primavera, allego le foto.

06/05/2025: ci siamo stati recentemente io e il mio compagno per cena.. locale accogliente, semplice e carino.. la mamma cucina bene e il figlio che ci ha servito i piatti è simpatico e gentile.. ci ha aperto la porta all’ingresso e ci ha regalato due ciambelline dolci fritte molto buone!! grazie mille.. lo raccomandiamo
