17/08/2025: Wonderful place with breathtaking views surrounded by nature, well-maintained structure down to the smallest details, very clean and welcoming apartment, Elisabetta and Diana really made us feel at home, always attentive to our needs. Thanks to Elisabetta for the precious advice on places to visit and restaurants/trattorias where we could eat well. This holiday was just what we needed, we truly found a little corner of paradise! 12/08/2025: It's rare for a place to surprise me enough to give it a five-star rating, but everything here is truly amazing: from the splendid farmhouse to the well-kept garden, from the cleanliness of the apartments to the pool. Despite the scorching heat these days, you can still breathe here because it's always breezy. Truly an oasis of tranquility and peace!!!! Highly recommended :-)

11/07/2025: I found it by chance while looking for a place to eat with my better half. It's a small restaurant, but it's definitely worth it. Fair price. The menu is small but good, which is already a 10/10 for me. From the welcome appetizers to the dessert, everything was spectacular. I'll definitely be back.

14/06/2025: A gourmet cuisine in search of flavours

07/09/2025: Centrally located restaurant. Delicious artisanal pasta, and a generous portion. We also ordered the trio of bruschetta, accompanied by two glasses of wine and a cheesecake. Quick service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.

04/09/2025: This is a place with no parking. You have to park your car on the street, while the restaurant is located on a narrow alley with tables both outside, but with no view, and inside (the inside is nicer). Let's just say we waited an hour from appetizer to main course...never seen anything like this before, and then, once we mentioned it to the staff, they didn't even apologize, saying only that they had lost our order!!!! The amatriciana, then, was such a simple dish, it tasted like pasta with sauce and guanciale on top. The cacio e pepe, however, was good. Finally, as mentioned before, the service was cold and unfriendly!!!! The bill (one appetizer for three people, three first courses, and two desserts) was €85.00, extremely expensive!!!!

15/08/2025: We were recommended by a friend, and I must say it was truly a pleasant discovery. The flavors of each dish were perfectly balanced, and not only a feast for the palate but also for the eyes; you can see and taste the special attention paid to the ingredients. Interesting wine list. Impeccable service, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

13/08/2025: What can I say? The meat is fantastic, delicious, tender, and perfectly aged. The wine list is excellent. The service deserves an A+. An additional plus is the unique music. Great guys.

18/08/2025: A welcoming place, it feels like being invited into the living room of an apartment. Polite and friendly staff, very good and expertly prepared food.

13/08/2025: Typical Rieti trattoria. Rustic yet authentic food, a rustic atmosphere, and an excellent variety of dishes. The waitress (perhaps the owner) is kind and helpful, but she has to do everything herself. Ideal for those looking for a low price and a taste of traditional cuisine.

05/09/2025: One of the best pizzas ever: light, easy to digest, flavorful, and large. The prices are fair for such a good pizza, but a little less for drinks and a cover charge. They're too expensive! €2.50 cover charge per person, and €3 for a 750ml water. The Sicilian cannoli dessert is also delicious. Highly recommended. A pizza, a dessert that not everyone ordered, and drinks (5 water, 2 Cokes, and 1 glass of beer) cost us €22 per person. I repeat, it was good for what we ate, but less so for what we drank. Also because some people spent €22 but only ate a Margherita pizza and drank water. A piece of advice: either lower the cover charge or lower the drinks.

22/06/2025: Negative experience to say the least. Managers who don't even know what it means to cook Italian. Roast chicken cooked outside and raw inside to make you feel sick, immediately thrown in the garbage. No comment, avoid!!!!

Everything confirmed... you call me at 8:25 PM telling me it's raining and you have no room outside, leaving me almost without dinner! But since it was raining even at 6 PM, couldn't you have told me beforehand that you'd put me outside????? One star because zero is not allowed! Provincial and disorganized!!!

17/08/2025: We made reservations for the evening, but the rain arrived, creating a significant problem for the outdoor tables. Despite the inconvenience right at dinner time, the girls took care to inform us of the weather conditions before we arrived. They found an optimal solution within minutes, with fast and precise service. Highly recommended for everything, especially for the customer service, which is no small detail.
