10/08/2025: A very cute place with a fantastic outdoor space. For this reason, the owner often organizes wonderful evenings with live music or themed events (70s, 80s, 90s). The food is excellent, especially because many of the products used, especially the vegetables, are homegrown. The owner, Emiliano, is a delightful person who knows his trade well, and it shows. I honestly recommend it to anyone who lives in the Cassia area, within the GRA ring road. I'll be back very soon.

The restaurant is in an historical building and the family that runs the place are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge about the history of the place and the story behind the food. Truly one of the better experiences we had during our vacation in Italy.

11/03/2025: We had the pleasure of visiting the “Cironi” slaughterhouse during a guided tour organized by the Sandro Pertini Agricultural Institute, and the experience was truly instructive and interesting. The veterinarian was extremely professional and was able to explain all the various aspects of the process clearly and sensitively, answering the students' questions with great availability. The environment was welcoming, and the owners' commitment to ensuring an educational and respectful field trip was perceived. An experience that allowed all of us to better understand the dynamics linked to food production, in a practical and engaging way. We certainly recommend this visit to all schools who wish to enrich their educational path with a unique opportunity. PS: the sandwich with freshly baked porchetta is excellent!

23/04/2025: Good, professional, always available and innovative, meticulous in detail...and also friendly! Even if it seems the opposite, I didn't receive any money for writing these two lines, in fact, I actually gave some to the creator of this happy place (not too much I must say) but I had such a good time that I couldn't help but introduce this talented and knowledgeable chef. Mine wasn't a hopeless case, I didn't have to learn how to make a cutlet and at home we ate more than decently, but what I learned here was the magic of doing, of smiling. I have attended at least ten schools where they make you bone two fish and come with the basics ready, here every single bite is made from scratch, everyone participates and the raw materials are delicious. Loretta, in addition to being a cheerful person, has great expertise on the subject, which she also enriches with a lot of historical information on the various dishes that are cooked. Super-positive note: you eat what is prepared during the courses. A special thank you also to chef Massimo who always supported and helped us. An experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to start or improve in the world of cooking.

08/08/2025: I called the lady on the phone and she was very kind from the start. I ordered refreshments for my birthday to take to the office. The tart was spectacular, the pizzas were super soft and made with a non-acidic dough, and the croissants were filled with fresh mixed fillings. My colleagues complimented me on it. I'll definitely be back!
