Beautiful restaurant, welcoming owners, good food, today it was open for lunch and we wanted to try it, we will return for an aperitif

I was there last night!!! A charming and very evocative place. Ideal for sampling appetizers and meats with sides, but the menu changes based on the owner's wishes. For a dinner with a special someone or simply if you want to eat in an intimate and hidden place, I recommend it. The owners are very friendly and kind.

We visited the restaurant last week. It was a pleasure. No menu, sit back and enjoy the Roman dishes. Exquisite service and attention. The restaurant is located in a cave dating back to 300 BC. It is an experience in itself. We will be back.

Dinner for two in a tuff cave dating back to 300 BC, a very evocative, warm, and relaxing location. Ms. Paola welcomed us with love and kindness. Dinner is based on a fixed-course menu. Everything was excellent, made with quality ingredients. We had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended.

A truly enchanting and timeless place. The setting is carved into the rock, with stone arches and passageways that resemble a small cave: a warm, intimate, and incredibly evocative atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing and special dinner. The food lived up to the setting. I started with a rich and carefully prepared appetizer: flavorful and well-balanced fagioli all'uccelletto, a crouton with irresistible crispy guanciale, and a soft and tasty meatball in tomato sauce, with an authentic and homemade flavor. For my first course, they brought me porcini mushroom risotto. For my second course, a tender tagliata, cooked to perfection, accompanied by golden and flavorful potatoes. To finish, a truly inviting selection of desserts: I chose the caramel and salt one, simply delicious, with a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. The service was friendly and attentive, with just the right timing and great attention to detail. A place where tradition, quality, and atmosphere come together perfectly. Highly recommended; I will definitely be back.

Found it by chance on social media and it was a pleasant discovery. We had an aperitif unlike any other, with exceptional meatballs à la I want to be a child again at my grandmother's house. All in a quiet atmosphere with soft music to accompany an evening with friends, and the owners, two delightful people, guide you through the gastronomic journey they offer. We will definitely be back.

A true historic gem in the heart of Genzano, a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Despite its small size, the space has been carefully and thoughtfully organized, showcasing the historic walls of the main dining room. The menu is pre-set, and at a fair price, you'll find many delicious, seasonal dishes (I recommend checking out their social media pages). Finally, the desserts are not disappointing, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. However, what truly makes this restaurant special is the staff: friendly, welcoming, and always available to offer advice and make the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it; you'll find an authentic and charming atmosphere.
