26/08/2025: We didn't have a reservation, but we were seated right away. The service was very warm and friendly, and the food was delicious. The restaurant is very inviting, well-kept, and clean... all around, delicious, just like the pictures show. We felt at home.

20/08/2025: Tasty food, a relaxed and cozy family atmosphere, and service that really stood out. Our waitress spoke some English and was so genuinely nice. She made us feel completely comfortable. Everything was easy and enjoyable. Definitely a spot worth recommending. Lovely food, lovely people! ❤️

05/10/2025: Good food, wonderful atmosphere, and friendly service. We dined here with 14 people and were pleasantly surprised. They offered us a fixed menu for €55 per person (excellent, I'd say) that included an appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, dessert, and house wine. Excellent food with typical local products, a charming location, a super cute and traditional atmosphere, and incredibly kind staff (very young!). Even though we had three people with intolerances and allergies, they were always ready to prepare dishes specifically for them. They were also very kind in recommending a few places to have a post-dinner drink. I'd say everything was excellent!!

04/10/2025: First-class!! We had cheese-filled ravioli with truffle sauce and beef fillet with amarone sauce, mixed salad, and vegetables. Absolutely perfect. The fillet was tender as butter and the ravioli were fabulous. A visit to the town of San Pietro in Cariano is worthwhile just for a stop at this restaurant.

31/08/2025: I went for lunch a few weeks ago. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. The vegetable buffet is amazing, the price is €4 per plate, and you can have as much as you want. We ate very well. The price is very fair. We'll be back soon. Well done. San Bortolo is a little village worth discovering (the jam corner in the church is a fantastic idea 😁).

25/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on a Friday evening and were very satisfied. The food was excellent, the prices were fair, the girls serving us were very kind and cheerful, and even though we had different dishes, the wait was very short. I'll be back soon!

04/09/2025: Confession 1: We stumbled upon it almost by accident, returning from a hike in Lessinia. Confession 2: I hate white pizzas; I can't stand them. For me, pizza must be strictly red. That said, after careful consideration, I order a pizza...without realizing it's white, sadly lacking in tomato sauce. Well, I've rarely eaten a better pizza than this. Fabulous. Perfect. Six stars if there were one more available. The Venerable Consort completes the order with a rib-eye steak and mixed vegetables, remarkable for its quality and tenderness. The desserts (which I'm particularly picky about) are magnificent. The staff is attentive and extremely kind. I'm trying hard, but I can't find a single flaw! 😊

01/09/2025: A lovely place in the local style. The pizzas are excellent, made with quality ingredients and offering a variety of doughs. I had the best meat stew! In addition to the classic beers, they offer a rotating selection of specialty craft beers for those seeking a unique brew. The alcohol selection is also great, with some unusual options. Reservations are recommended.

09/10/2025: We went to this typical trattoria for lunch yesterday on the recommendation of a local. We enjoyed excellently prepared traditional dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful. We therefore decided to return again today. Excellent value. Highly recommended for those who love good food and traditional dishes, thus avoiding places only for tourists.

05/10/2025: I tried Crosare Restaurant and it was a truly wonderful experience! The place is elegant, clean, and quiet, perfect for eating and relaxing. The service is excellent, and the staff is kind and professional. The cuisine is authentic and delicious: I tried the seafood and the beef tagliata, both of which were delicious 😋. The prices are also very fair for the quality and quantity of the food. Honestly, one of the best restaurants I've ever been to—I'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: As a regular, I appreciate the quality and quantity of the dishes. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I also appreciate the location. I recommend it to both those who want to sample and those who want culinary delights.

06/10/2025: Located at the entrance to Borghetto sul Mincio, it has its own private parking lot. The place is very beautiful, tastefully decorated. The waiters are young and knowledgeable. The tasting menu with tortelli was an excellent choice! The gorgonzola and pear tortello was fantastic! The house wine was also good, as was the homemade nocino liqueur to finish the meal.

30/09/2025: Having never been to Valeggio, we decided to order the three-tasting tasting menu; we were pleasantly surprised! The tortelli and tortellini were delicious! The appetizer with a selection of cured meats was truly excellent, and we must say that the homemade focaccias are soft and delicious. The quality of the food is fantastic, and the homemade desserts are also exquisite. We were served by a young woman with olive skin wearing a green bandana/headscarf; we don't know her name, but she was super smiley, friendly, and kind. Top service!!

10/09/2025: A fabulous place to eat good, authentic food. The waiters are fabulous and organized. We didn't book outside, but as soon as someone got up, the waiter called us over and we were served perfectly.

08/09/2025: We were there for the first time. The mountain hut is nice and intimate, and you share tables with other people. This is nice. We ate inside because the weather didn't allow for outdoor dining. A very kind young man served us. We had 1 mountain gnocchi, 1 lentil soup with lard, 1 fettuccine with fresh mushrooms. They didn't meet our tastes. I don't want to denigrate the work of these people, so I'll say that our tastes are probably different. The gnocchi tasted too much like flour; I've had them elsewhere and they seemed different. The fettuccine with mushrooms was too spicy for me. The soup was a real treat! 1 buckwheat cake with jam and 1 tart with jam. Good. A hazelnut cake that they'd never tasted before was very pleasant. All for €83. Unfortunately, I deleted the photos.

24/09/2025: A beautiful restaurant with delicious food and super friendly staff, great value for money 👍I can only recommend eating there once, it's best to make a reservation in advance 😉🙂 simply brilliant 😋 We have eaten here 3-4 times every time we go on holiday 🥰👍 We were here again this year for dinner and the quality is still very good, we would love to come back here 😉😊
