17/11/2025: We stayed one night at this inn a week ago...a wonderful experience! The room was new, tastefully furnished, with attention to detail and spotlessly clean (we stayed in the Tocaj room). The welcome was perfect! The location is ideal for those wishing to visit the Sigurtà Garden Park (it's practically a 100-meter walk from the inn) or for a weekend exploring the area (Valeggio sul Micio, Borghetto, Verona, etc.). The dinner, featuring typical local dishes at their trattoria, was also excellent. Recommended!

21/10/2025: We went there two evenings in a row and plan to go back the day after tomorrow because we enjoyed it so much. We were there with three children, and we all loved it. The pizza was delicious, the steak with sauce was amazing, the gnocchi were super tasty, and the guinea fowl was super tender with a nice crispy skin. The service was great; everyone was super child-friendly and very attentive. We felt very comfortable as a family, which unfortunately isn't always the case. We were very impressed and would recommend it to everyone.

07/10/2025: I would like to report an unpleasant incident that happened to me at Le Cedrare during a reception I was invited to in mid-September. The staff was informed in advance of my celiac dietary requirements, and, having already eaten very well at the restaurant on another occasion, I was very happy to return to that beautiful place. However, about an hour and a half to two hours after sampling the appetizers (the buffet was held in the garden, and I was served two separate dishes), I felt ill during dinner, evidently from something I had eaten during the appetizer. I went to the bathroom with cramps and diarrhea, and from there I decided to stop eating because of the cramps, which, in any case, lasted the entire evening. I discreetly informed the staff that something had bothered me. There was no concern for my health, nor was I asked if I needed anything. But at the end of the evening, a lady from the kitchen came to bring me gluten-free dessert, telling me she had personally taken care of all the gluten-free food, that in her opinion it was impossible for anything to have harmed me, and that if I was feeling ill, it was because I had eaten something I shouldn't have, something different from what had been brought to me. So, in addition to having my dinner and evening ruined, I was also arrogantly accused of guilt in front of other people and guests I didn't even know, as if my discomfort was due to some fault of my own. I had complied and limited myself to eating what was given to me, asking each time, just to be sure, if it was safe for me. At the time, I obviously replied that I never eat anything that's harmful to me, but I let it go, also because I wasn't in a position to argue. Two days later, I called the facility, and the same lady who had accused me of eating something I shouldn't have—and who didn't want to show up—answered. I would have liked clarification to understand what could have caused my illness (with celiac disease, even a small inadvertent contamination, a small error in service, something that goes wrong can make a difference, but you try to understand what happened before blaming the customer), but I encountered a wall, the same stubbornness in blaming me for what happened, with the justification that another celiac guest had had no problems (as if that means anything, given that not all celiacs have the same symptoms, and there's no way of knowing if the other person ate exactly what was brought to me at the buffet). At the end of the call, the lady, still in a disrespectful and rude tone, urged me to bring my own food next time to avoid problems. Let's just say I had different expectations regarding the way the staff at such a renowned restaurant would handle customer needs and complaints, but on a human level, my experience was truly negative, which weighs even more heavily than the damage to my health.

28/11/2025: A fantastic evening at this restaurant, which deservedly earned its second Michelin star. The food was consistently exceptional, creative, and expertly prepared. The quality of the ingredients speaks for itself. The excellent selection of drinks, perfectly complementing the menu, also deserves special mention. The service was outstanding: attentive, professional, and always present without being intrusive. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine dining and impeccable service.

19/11/2025: The location, the food and wine, of course, the service—everything, and I mean everything, was top notch! The waiters were all super friendly and always kept an eye on us, never prying. We'll definitely be back to try the other tasting menus offered by Chef Francesco Simone Sodano, who even came out to greet us and all our guests.
