14/08/2025: Huge selection of pizzas. We liked one pizza so much that we ate there again the next day, and all three of us had the same one – delicious 😋 😋

13/08/2025: We were recommended this place, and thank goodness we went. They have an award for best pizza in 2024, and we thought, let's order it, see what it's like. Thank goodness we did; it's one of the best I've eaten in Italy. The prices are a bit high, but nothing overwhelming. You have to go there, no matter what.

29/08/2025: Beautiful remote place in the winyards. Steak was good, a bit pricey though. Definitely take an anti-bug spray with you!

28/08/2025: We found the place by chance, and two of us showed up without a reservation. Nevertheless, we were greeted with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and kindness by the young and motivated wait staff. We ate exquisite food, to say the least: ravioli with pheasant ragù, duck breast, and pork belly, accompanied by excellent wines, from sparkling rosés as an aperitif to still wines like Amarone and Recioto. The selection of cheeses is presented with detailed explanations of each individual product, accompanied by honey, dried fruit, and homemade jams. The desserts are super delicious. The service was impeccable, attentive, and precise. The location is rustic yet very elegant. At the end of the dinner, we left thrilled with everything, promising to return soon. Well done, keep up the good work!

14/07/2025: Siamo venuti esclusivamente per mangiare diversi tagli di carne. Il locale si presenta molto bene, moderno e curaro, personale gentile ed attento. Eravamo in tre e abbiamo ordinato tre tipologie e tagli di carne diversi sapendo che la produzione è interna. Delusione totale: ragnetto di bell’aspetto ma posso gustoso, costata neutra a livello di gusto con sapore estremamente tenue, controfiletto mediocre di bell’aspetto ma senza alcuna intensità gustativa. Considerando che si vantano di essere i professionisti della carne il livello è molto basso. Qualsiasi trattoria locale con il bracere la cucina meglio. Carta dei vini interessante con bellissima vetrina. Caffè imbevibile, nemmeno nei peggiori bar dell’est europa! Grandi potenzialità ma poca concretezza.

08/07/2025: Ein Steakhaus der Extraklasse, wo man es nie erwartet hätte. Coole Einrichtung, exzellentes Fleisch (so was kriegt man wirklich selten) aus hauseigenem Betrieb. Aber auch ein evt. mitreisender Veganer findet etwas aus der sehr guten Küche. Dazu gute Weine. Der Service aufmerksam und flink. Die Preise sehr fair. Nicht zögern, lohnt sich!

07/08/2025: We dined at this extremely welcoming restaurant this evening and were truly satisfied. First of all, the food is carefully selected and fresh, but what truly amazed us was how it truly felt like we were eating the way our grandmothers and mothers used to cook. Authentic, original, and not the usual tourist menu, but truly traditional Italian dishes, expertly prepared! True, the location overlooks the street, but the ambiance is meticulously designed and filled with spectacular works of art. Plus, there's no crazy traffic, so you easily forget about the few cars passing by. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Well done!

04/08/2025: One of, if not, the best traditional Italian meals we have eaten over the years. We were advised to book this eatery at the back of the more touristy and aesthetic lakeside. And in the searing heat of July, not the most pleasant temperature as we discovered a couple of years back. Anyway, greeted by a slightky stressed looking owner, Aldo. He had a fully booked restaurant which he incredibly served on his own and with great charm and humour. The courses are all in Italian, but, thankfully the ever reliant Aldo was there to guide us. Very traditional Northern Italian fare in a very traditional setting. Food was of a very high standard and great to see several high quality restaurants in beautiful Torri del Benaco. Ps - We were inside to dine, nice and airy and Aldo kept us entertained musically by consistently topping up the vinyls on his record player. Ristorante Mo La the highlight food wise of an overall very good culinary experience at Lake Garda. Highly recommended

21/08/2025: An excellent experience at Carnicero in Bussolengo! A location with attention to detail, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-quality dishes. Each course is prepared with care and using select ingredients. The service is impeccable, and the owner, in addition to being extremely professional, is friendly and engaging: he manages to convey passion and attention to every customer. 18/08/2025: This was our first time dining here. My wife chose it to celebrate my birthday. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the place was very quiet, and the meat was amazing. We'll definitely recommend it and return.

13/08/2025: A historic family-run restaurant located in a hamlet of Bardolino. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the homemade pastries and desserts superb, and their Gewürztraminer excellent. Overall, a top-notch culinary experience.

17/08/2025: A truly beautiful place, decorated in a modern yet welcoming and warm style. In the summer, if it's not too hot, you can dine outside. The pizzas are excellent. You can choose from a variety of pastas. I haven't tried the restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. In my opinion, it's the best pizzeria in the Po Valley. Highly recommended!

30/07/2025: Ci vado da anni ed è sempre una garanzia. Cozze eccezionali, ma anche tutti gli altri piatti. Servizio impeccabile e prezzi onestissimi. I due fratelli titolari sempre sorridenti e disponibili ed infine, ma forse per primo, Celestino è la colonna portante della cozzeria. Bravissimi. Ci vediamo molto presto

17/07/2025: A family-run trattoria, among the best in the area. Rustic and welcoming atmosphere. Attentive and friendly staff. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to dessert. Interesting wine list. Suitable for entertaining guests after a ceremony or even just for an evening with friends or colleagues. I recommend the creamed corn soup all'onda with sweet and sour rabbit or with mushrooms and gorgonzola and mascarpone. For a first course, try the macaroni with radicchio and sausage or the tagliatelle with pork and truffle. For a second course, try the sliced beef with Sicilian mince. Monja's desserts are a real treat, especially the Pasticciata. These are just examples, but you can't go wrong with any dish. Off-menu options are also available.

04/09/2025: Confession 1: We stumbled upon it almost by accident, returning from a hike in Lessinia. Confession 2: I hate white pizzas; I can't stand them. For me, pizza must be strictly red. That said, after careful consideration, I order a pizza...without realizing it's white, sadly lacking in tomato sauce. Well, I've rarely eaten a better pizza than this. Fabulous. Perfect. Six stars if there were one more available. The Venerable Consort completes the order with a rib-eye steak and mixed vegetables, remarkable for its quality and tenderness. The desserts (which I'm particularly picky about) are magnificent. The staff is attentive and extremely kind. I'm trying hard, but I can't find a single flaw! 😊

01/09/2025: A lovely place in the local style. The pizzas are excellent, made with quality ingredients and offering a variety of doughs. I had the best meat stew! In addition to the classic beers, they offer a rotating selection of specialty craft beers for those seeking a unique brew. The alcohol selection is also great, with some unusual options. Reservations are recommended.

24/07/2025: A super nice bar/ice cream parlor/café with extremely friendly staff. Fast service and great food and drinks at fair prices. We'll be back.

11/08/2025: The best pizza in all of Malcesine. Tucked away from the alleyways, in a quiet location. Excellent service, friendly, and cheerful. There were four of us and we ate here several times during our two weeks. We tried other pizzerias, but no other could compete with Al Ristoro. Free spicy olive oil was offered with the pizzas. The prices are great. €6.50 for a Margherita. €13 for the most expensive one. The fish at the next table also looked great.

03/08/2025: The pizza was only mediocre. And the pizzaiolo doesn't seem to be Italian. The tiramisu wasn't traditionally Italian either.
