14/05/2026: I went there for an aperitif at 5:30 PM. I wanted to enjoy a free platter for two I'd received from them via email. The email said to go to any of their locations and show the free code there and then. I was told it wasn't possible because they only do it during lunch hours, even though the email didn't specify a specific time. I called another location and was told it was always valid at any time. I pointed out what the other location said, and the response was that they do it that way, and that if I'm offered one, I should usually call to inquire. I should point out that no one was there, and that the two guys in the kitchen had plenty of time to slice 10 slices of prosciutto. Bottom line: they can keep my nice platter they offered me, since it felt like I was begging for charity, and I had my aperitif somewhere else. I think Mr. Vino should write his emails better, because I wasted my time going there for nothing. Never again for any purchase.

21/04/2026: After a long wait because the bartender had to chat with two gentlemen at the counter, her colleague arrived and we were able to order from her. She was very kind and served us right away, but I find it outrageous to pay €19 for two snacks. It's not like we were in the city center. The receipt in the photo speaks for itself. You're exaggerating.

03/05/2026: Food and drinks ok . But you shouldn’t charge for cover AND additional 3 euros for tap water . If you need to charge it ,just bring a bottle of water and charge it or do not charge it at all since it is tap water . No one charged us again for tap water 3 euros in Italy before .

01/05/2026: The bruschetta tasted awful. The ciabatta was too hard, and there was a grilled tomato with no flavor on it. Everything was soaked in oil, and all for €10!

02/04/2026: I came from another Italian city to visit Verona, but this establishment left a terrible impression on me due to the owner's unbearable arrogance. He was extremely pretentious and snobbish, treating customers with obvious discrimination and looking down on others. Such rude behavior is a disgrace to Italian hospitality and to a beautiful city like Verona. A good wine isn't worth the bitter aftertaste of such arrogance. I will never return!

27/04/2025: Siamo arrivati qui apposta durante un giro in moto, Corrado sempre simpatico e disponibile ci accoglie con un buon bicchiere di vino rosso. Ottime le pappardelle con i porcini e la polenta con la soppressa. Siamo stati allietati dalla presenza di un sedicente sciamano che ci ha illustrato le meraviglie dell'universo e l'appartenenza del singolo al tutto... Con molto rispetto anche in questo caso l'alcol è di aiuto... Pranzo memorabile

17/05/2026: I frequent this bar almost every Friday and Saturday, so my review isn't based on a single negative experience, but on a recurring situation. The main problem is the owner's colleague, who works at the bar on weekends: he never smiles, seems constantly annoyed by the presence of customers, and gives off the impression of being annoyed by even the simplest requests. Asking where the bathroom is is enough to get a rude response. The atmosphere of the place suffers greatly, because a bar should make people feel welcome, not uncomfortable. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but this attitude completely ruins the experience. Furthermore, even the chips served with drinks seem to have been left open in the bag for days, often tasting stale and unpleasant.
