25/08/2024: The four of us sat very closely on the terrace. The staff is nice and professional! The food is quite simple for this price level: e.g. classic salad (sliced ​​lengthwise with cherry tomatoes, (very good) balsamic vinegar and traces of olive oil; well-fried horse fillet with baked eggplant, parmesan shavings and balsamic vinegar. Carbonara is cooked very lightly Bigoli (thick spaghetti) are prepared and don't taste particularly good. Good ingredients, but without any refinement. If you also want olive oil with your bread, you pay extra for a portion of (excellent!) oil - conclusion: if your wallet is loose, you can eat here. But there are much better ones in Verona.

22/08/2024: In the center of Verona there is this restaurant where I had lunch with my family. We took one of their main dishes: bigoli with donkey ragù, delicious! Their fantastic carbonara and excellent tiramisu too. very welcoming place, perfect service and very kind staff, super owner! I absolutely recommend it.

19/07/2024: In questa pizzeria con cucina ho mangiato una pizza veramente buona, realizzata, secondo me, con prodotti di 1^ qualità. Fra l'altro il menù pizza è vastissimo. Il personale è gentilissimo. La prossima volta assaggerò la carne dato che è una delle loro specialità.

01/07/2024: Chi scrive pizza nella media decisamente ne ha mangiate poche nella sua vita. Da emigrati napoletani, questa pizza non è assolutamente nella media, ma sopra. E non parlo delle pizze gourmet che hanno in menu, ma di quelle “normali”, che non hanno niente di normale, inclusi gli ottimi impasti. La cottura, come denotano le esplosioni del glutine nel cornicione (ps. hanno anche senza glutine), nonché la presenza di semolino sotto per non farla attaccare alla pala, mi dispiace ma non sono affatto la media. Prezzo adeguatissimo alla qualità, forse un pò alto per le birre, ma nel complesso giusto. Veramente consigliato.

At first we sat on the bank until a strong wind came up and the curtains spilled our Coke into our food. Just when the food was served and we couldn't taste it yet, this mishap happened. Of course, such incidents can happen, but the waiter only took my husband's dish to replace it, even though my pasta was also soaked in cola. When asked, my plate was removed in an unfriendly manner. Eventually we both received new dishes, but without the wait staff adequately communicating with us. Rather, we had the feeling that we were being dismissed. The 'main waiter' (recognizable by his white shirt) left a particularly condescending impression and was by no means friendly. The other waiters also seemed to be working under enormous time pressure. I would never imagine working there under such circumstances.

06/03/2024: Scoperto questo locale per caso, essendo situato a due passi dal nostro hotel, appena entrati siamo rimasti colpiti dalla gentilezza ed empatia di Luca ( credo fosse il titolare) . per due sere ci siamo fermati per degustare aperitivi e " cicchetti" veneti veramente squisiti, sottofondo musicale accattivante. locale veramente TOP per Verona, dimenticavo la ragazza al bar sempre col sorriso che mette allegria. Bravi

07/08/2024: Many years ago I was in this restaurant a few times. At the time I had no problem recommending it, but today I would advise against it. The service was rather half-hearted and people only casually asked if it was a good fit but they didn't respond. For the starters (Vitello tonnato and Tuna tartar) the meat was well-cooked instead of pink and the tartare was finely sliced ​​at the top but very large pieces at the bottom, almost "chunks". The main courses were almost flawless, but I don't know what 3 pieces of pepper, 3 wafer-thin slices of eggplant and 2 wafer-thin slices of zucchini would cost €7 to be honest. The quality has deteriorated a lot. We clearly won't be coming back again. The ambience, however, is almost unbeatable but that's the only positive thing.

06/08/2024: The food itself was fine, but the taste was ruined by the rotten Parmesan. Fortunately, we received the dish again, but then had to wait so long for new Parmesan so that everything had cooled down. When I indicated on departure that I was disappointed with the service I was told that the cheese was not rotten but that "it was a piece of rind which made it taste different". This restaurant is not recommended, too few staff, poor service and a host who claims that everything is not too bad.

25/08/2024: Siamo tornati in questo ristorante e possiamo confermare che si mangia sempre molto bene con porzioni abbondanti, probabilmente i prezzi sono leggermente aumentati ma ne vale la pena
