23/10/2025: I can't give 0 because it doesn't exist but if I could I would give -1. This is the first negative review I've ever made, so negative that if I could I would take over the restaurant and give it to people who want to work and who know how to do catering. Allowing that we arrive at 1.30pm and on the website it says that they close at 2.30pm, when we enter, our good morning is answered with a curt "the kitchen closes at two" of the series if you can get out of the way it's better. We sit down and take a platter of two first courses and two second courses. A miserable platter of mixed cheese and ham arrives, on the platter there are not two whole slices of salami but rather one whole and a half slice badly cut in the rush and the same thing goes for the two slices of raw ham which, worse still, one tasted rancid and was brown (unthinkable and unacceptable stuff). When ordering the first courses, the lady makes a note on her notepad of two first courses: lasagna and tagliatelle with farmyard sauce. Instead of bringing the lasagna, she shows up with orecchiette with broccoli (what on earth did you write down on that notepad??? Or maybe you ran out of lasagna and to pretend nothing happened you brought us what was available?????). We eat the first courses, one worse than the other, and turn a blind eye. For the second courses, we order cotechino and sauerkraut and roast guinea fowl with chestnuts. The cotechino always arrives cut with a miserable slice, definitely industrial and of very poor quality, the guinea fowl seemed like something reheated with sauce thrown on just for presentation and always with a super thin slice. The only thing that was saved is the lime pudding which was simple but good. A restaurant that has incredible potential for its view and the outdoor terrace. I sincerely hope someone takes over the place and manages to give it a proper feel as a restaurant/tavern/agriturismo. This is definitely a bar, and I felt like I was eating inside one. The rudeness of the lady and the old-fashioned atmosphere inside sum up my disappointment for the terrible lunch my girlfriend and I had.

14/07/2025: I'm stopping on my way to Cerea. Excellent gelato. There's a large covered terrace with chairs where you can enjoy your gelato while sitting down. It's not for snobs or snobs. It's for normal people who have families and have known what it means to be in court their whole lives. You can judge it however you want. But one important thing is that the products are excellent. A treat and gelato. Period. If anyone is willing to help someone who truly deserves it, then stop by, be kind, because they're good people. Eat some good gelato. Hang out and chat with the owner. And, as they used to say, a good family man.

14/10/2025: We wanted to have dinner there yesterday around 6:10 p.m. The restaurant was just opening. Unfortunately, a not-so-motivated employee told us that we couldn't get in without a reservation. The reason for this wasn't clear, so we went somewhere else to eat. About an hour and a half later, we walked past again, and there were only a few seats occupied. Apparently, they don't feel the need to serve guests without reservations. What a shame! (Unfortunately, you can only post this information if you give a star)

17/09/2025: Great restaurant with friendly staff. When we were there today, many locals were also eating there, which is usually a good sign. We had mussels, fritto misto, gnocchi with Bolognese, and a pizza Pugliese. Everything tasted absolutely delicious, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the place :)

Decidimos ir ligeros para nuestra cena de noche y pedimos un entrante para compartir, seguido de 2 ensaladas de cesar con una pequeña botella de vino. lo que posiblemente podría salir mal . . . casi todo. el pedido llegó . . . el entrante y un cesar con vino MIA. intentamos explicar el orden repitiendo "2 ensaladas César", que generó mucha discusión entre los camareros - señalando y moviendo la cabeza. esto nos hizo sentir como el espectáculo de la planta principal, y sin embargo, todavía no hay vino. collar una de las camareras y pedimos nuestro vino y otra ensalada César . . un guiño acompañado de una mirada marchita. decidimos terminar un día y solo pagar por el entrante y ensalada. y luego llegó el vino y otra ensalada. La factura tenía un cargo de 5 € del que no estábamos seguros y cuestionados. La explosión épica que siguió nos sorprendió - la cajera irrumpió en una de las mesas y gritó que el cargo era por las servilletas, cuchillos y tenedores, mantel, etc. , y no se le paga lo suficiente por esto. La comida era mediocre y el servicio más allá de la descripción. el personal infeliz no equivale a un buen servicio.

12/10/2025: Right on the lake, on the promenade. Direct access to the old town. Good restaurant. The staff (both hotel and restaurant) are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is varied and very good. The rooms are clean and well renovated. The bathroom is great with a good shower. Free parking is available. I would gladly come back.

16/07/2025: The panoramic view is remarkable, and the venue itself is charming, spread across two floors: an indoor area downstairs and a spacious terrace upstairs. Unfortunately, it's only frequented by young and very young people; anyone over 25 is out of their target audience... a real shame. Drinks are expensive, unjustified.

21/09/2025: I was biased by the wait times I'd read, but I have to say the service was average (maybe I just got lucky on this night). The pizza was really good, and the staff were friendly. I definitely wouldn't go back.

18/11/2025: My dad and I went to this restaurant on a November afternoon. All the other restaurants in the area were closed due to the off-season, so we decided to try this one, simply because it was open. We travel frequently and have tried many different restaurants and cuisines, and this is honestly one of the worst we've ever been to. The man working there insisted the food was fresh, as if we couldn't tell the difference. Everything was completely bland. The raw salmon tasted like it had been defrosted after sitting in the freezer for too long. No amount of salt or pepper could cover the unmistakable aftertaste of low-quality ingredients. They even said they would close for the season in a few days and were out of stock on most of the menu items—so it's no surprise they weren't investing in fresh ingredients for their final days of opening. Every single thing we ordered ranged from unpalatable to completely flavorless to bitter. But nothing was as bitter as the waiter's attitude. He was incredibly rude. When we went to pay, he handed us the bill without even looking at us—no words, no glances, not even the slightest gesture of kindness or respect. A truly cheerful guy who definitely enhanced the experience. Don't set foot in this place unless your standards are really, really low.

10/10/2025: Best pizza in Malcesine! I had the mascarpone e crudo pizza! It was fantastically good and huge! The service was very friendly. I'm still dreaming about this pizza and looking forward to my next visit.

I've gotten piadina here several times, giving it a try several times, but unfortunately, for the umpteenth time, I received the wrong piadina. On top of that, the other times it was missing some ingredients (even though I'd paid extra for them). I also always ask for thinly sliced ​​cold cuts, and nothing. Every time, it feels like a steak in my piadina. The last two times, I asked for it well done because otherwise I would have been sick (since I've always eaten it undercooked and cold). And no, despite countless recommendations to the cashier, they served it to me again undercooked and very cold. I'd say we all make mistakes at work, of course, but 8 times out of 8, it just seems completely illogical. I'm sorry, but I won't be returning.
