22/03/2026: Our daughters treated us to a spa and dinner. Cobwebs in the spa, dirty water in the jacuzzi, the Turkish bath only worked for half an hour, the menu was starving, not even one child ate. I'm sorry my daughters spent €200😳. I'm sorry to have to write this, so bitter. Would I recommend it??? Definitely not. Really poor value for money.

14/02/2026: We went on Valentine's Day, considering that we were among the first customers, they took a long time to bring us the pizzas, the pizza with barely warm French fries, pizza with Nutella for the child arrived 15 minutes after our pizzas and after urging the waitress. To be able to take the leftover pizzas home we had to go and get the boxes ourselves, I'm sorry but we won't go there again.

02/06/2026: Unfortunately, never again. The service was incredibly unfriendly. The waitress only wished the locals "Bon Appetito." Not a single smile. That's just unacceptable. The food was okay.

28/05/2026: I've been a few times with my partner. Delicious food and excellent service. What also stood out was that the food was served quickly. My compliments to the kitchen! Additionally, you have a view of the lake and the town of Garda is really charming with many shops and restaurants. In short, highly recommended!

13/05/2026: I had mussels and carbonara. Mussels were edible, but not anything to shout about. I managed to eat most of them but the sauce wasn’t great. For the carbonara they had scrambled the eggs showing the lack of care/skill, eggy and all stuck together. My girlfriend and her mum had pizzas, bases were hard and overdone. Her stepdad had a beef cheek which he said was disgusting. No one at any point asked how our food was, we are perfectly polite people and maintained that throughout. Wish we’d complained or refused to pay but couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. Avoid eating here if you’re visiting Verona, not a good experience and the eating/drinking has been my favourite part of Italy. If this is your only sit down option, just look for a takeaway, food will be 10xbetter.

03/05/2026: Let's start with the welcome: during our reservation, we were greeted by a lady with a sulky face that reached the floor and a rather rude manner. The dishes we ordered never arrived despite asking the waiter three times how their preparation was progressing. After a 50-minute wait, we decided to get up and go pay for two of the four dishes, the only ones that arrived, for a whopping €55 (two starters). HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

01/11/2025: At 18:55 we sat down to have a white wine with the possibility of dinner. They told us they didn't have white wine when there were at least three tables with white wine. They didn't want to serve us and without explanation. They made us feel bad. Be alert!

29/09/2025: We've read some negative reviews, but based on our experience, they're incomprehensible. We were very well received and ate very well. The staff is very helpful!

05/01/2026: Had dinner there on New Year's Eve. Rude owners and inedible pizza. Raw dough and poor-quality ingredients. Truly inedible. The place was cold. We froze. Never again.

01/01/2026: I went there last night for the first time... the pizza was good, and I won't deny it, but it got cold right away! The staff is a bit arrogant, and despite everything, we ate in the cold! The only two guys who were good were the DJ and the guy who organized karaoke! The music was really good! In the end, if I hadn't noticed, they wouldn't even have given me the correct change; in fact, I would have run out of change!

23/12/2025: Well, I don't know what to say, there was nothing to complain about during the experience itself; it's a shame about the surprise bill... simply exaggerated.

20/12/2025: We went there by chance, looking for a place to drink after graduation. It was €32 for a pitcher, €10 for fries, and €16 for a pint, but they were very small (that's not what they're described as). It's our fault for not asking the price at the beginning, but we weren't expecting anything like that. The gluten-free sandwich, however, was quite cheap, €1-2 from memory.

28/02/2026: Despite the large group, the service was fast, the food was excellent, the portions generous, and the staff friendly and helpful. If I had to find a flaw, parking can be difficult. I recommend it.

22/02/2026: I'm giving one star because it can't be any less. I went to lunch today and the food was really bad. I assure you that my dog ​​eats better. It's a shame because the place is also nice. I don't recommend anyone to dine here 🤗

11/11/2025: A few days in the area for work. My room is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The atmosphere is peaceful, we're in the open countryside, and there's a riding stable nearby. Technology was used wisely to access the property. Excellent breakfast! Laura was very kind and helpful. All in all, a great stay, highly recommended. 😉

22/09/2025: Horrible experience! The water wasn't drinkable for a B&B! It was impossible to shower or even wash your hands! The bad smell persisted in the bathroom even when you didn't use the water. The breakfast was poor, consisting only of packaged products!

03/05/2026: Food and drinks ok . But you shouldn’t charge for cover AND additional 3 euros for tap water . If you need to charge it ,just bring a bottle of water and charge it or do not charge it at all since it is tap water . No one charged us again for tap water 3 euros in Italy before .

01/05/2026: The bruschetta tasted awful. The ciabatta was too hard, and there was a grilled tomato with no flavor on it. Everything was soaked in oil, and all for €10!

14/05/2026: I went there for an aperitif at 5:30 PM. I wanted to enjoy a free platter for two I'd received from them via email. The email said to go to any of their locations and show the free code there and then. I was told it wasn't possible because they only do it during lunch hours, even though the email didn't specify a specific time. I called another location and was told it was always valid at any time. I pointed out what the other location said, and the response was that they do it that way, and that if I'm offered one, I should usually call to inquire. I should point out that no one was there, and that the two guys in the kitchen had plenty of time to slice 10 slices of prosciutto. Bottom line: they can keep my nice platter they offered me, since it felt like I was begging for charity, and I had my aperitif somewhere else. I think Mr. Vino should write his emails better, because I wasted my time going there for nothing. Never again for any purchase.

21/04/2026: After a long wait because the bartender had to chat with two gentlemen at the counter, her colleague arrived and we were able to order from her. She was very kind and served us right away, but I find it outrageous to pay €19 for two snacks. It's not like we were in the city center. The receipt in the photo speaks for itself. You're exaggerating.

02/04/2026: I came from another Italian city to visit Verona, but this establishment left a terrible impression on me due to the owner's unbearable arrogance. He was extremely pretentious and snobbish, treating customers with obvious discrimination and looking down on others. Such rude behavior is a disgrace to Italian hospitality and to a beautiful city like Verona. A good wine isn't worth the bitter aftertaste of such arrogance. I will never return!
