Precisely because it is a business that has just started, I would give more weight to the customer's opinion, perhaps inviting them to come back to change their minds. Fose here lacks not only professionalism but also education. Purchased to take away: A margherita and a white pizza with cherry tomatoes. 17 EUROS WITHOUT RECEIPT. 17???? Home delivery ok but we are less than 2 km from the pizzeria! Then I would also like to understand how much I paid for the pizza, how much for delivery. Because it really seems like a crazy price to me. I always bought pizza in the same place even before the change of management, I paid 13 euros for two stuffed pizzas delivered to my home. I am very in favor of supporting new activities, but when they are managed in this way and above all with this presumption that I see from the response to the previous comment, also no. I would add: mediocre pizza, too thin and crunchy frame, almost like a cracker. I'm sorry, I would always like to avoid leaving these reviews, but customers must be pampered, they must be won over, you don't behave this way. Don't tell me that the rating is not proportionate to the review, because it would have been 1 star.

03/07/2024: The takeaway pizzeria Da Alberto offers a good selection of pizzas. However, the waiting times are unacceptable. Even though we had ordered in advance, we had to wait more than 25-30 minutes beyond the scheduled time. This obvious disorganization made for a frustrating experience. The pizza was tasty, but the wait ruined your appetite. The staff was courteous, but that didn't make up for the delay. I would recommend Pizzeria artisana da Alberto to improve time management to offer a more efficient service to customers.

01/09/2024: The most watered down spritz in Italy without any appreciable traces of prosecco. It's fine that we come as tourists, but this does not justify unacceptable quality.

12/08/2024: Dieses Restaurant ist - mit ihrer kleinen und überschaubaren Karte -ein wahrlicher Genuss auf allen Ebenen. Abseits vom Trubel ein wenig versteckt bekamen wir beim ersten Mal auch ohne Reservierung einen schönen Platz. Da es so gut war, gingen wir das Risiko beim 2. Besuch nicht noch einmal ein. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und man geht auf persönliche Wünsche ein. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

21/06/2024: Das ist der Hammer, sieht ganz unscheinbar und einfach aus, aber du bekommst hier, das was auf der Karte steht als super feines Essen. Einfach ist manchmal mehr. Muscheln/Cozze auf den Punkt mit einem Sugo verfeinert mit Parmesan, dass aus der Pfanne in der serviert wird nichts übrig bleibt. Pizza ebenfalls Teig geschmackvoll und voll belegt und in der Mitte nicht durchgesumpft. Fisch/Dorade perfekt. Schade, dass wir diesesmal keine Nachspeise essen konnten. Dieses Lokal ist die Nummer 1 in Malcesine als bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn Du hin gehst, sprich Mario auf diese Bewertung an und du wirst beste Küche in Italien erleben

11/07/2024: Même à la maison les salades sont mieux préparées Salade abîmer avec un goût de pourri Thon, cubes de moza et olives noires, tomate coupées grossièrement avec une peau trop épaisse. Le cuisinier s'est pas foulé il a tout jeter ds l'assiette.... Vraiment pas bon, présentation pas soignée et un goût dégueulasse. De plus ils sont très rapide à servir et desservir pour faire un max de rentabilité

03/07/2024: Habe Grillplatte bestellt, leider alles zu fest durchgegrillt und trocken. Der Kellner meinte ist halt vom Grill. Chef hörte zu, hat aber nicht reagiert. Aufgrund der Lage hat er es wahrscheinlich nicht nötig. Als wir gingen, kein Wort.

06/08/2024: Paid €20 for a deck chair in the evening and then we were turned away so as not to throw the bottle in the trash. Absolutely customer-unfriendly! Not recommendable.

05/08/2024: Small town bar, very friendly and cosy. Set in the medieval centre of town, we enjoyed a couple of 'aperitivi' outside among the locals and the sparrows.

11/08/2024: Scandal! Pizzas were indistinguishable based on the toppings and the quality was close to a frozen pizza! Salad was delivered without dressing and the tomatoes in it with stalks, when asked about it they were shouted at! Simply service not good! Lasagna was worse than any Aldi frozen product with an indefinable wobbly layer 🤮 Tagliatelle salmone were halfway ok but below average. Spaghetti Bolognese was a ready sauce... Not recommended!

07/08/2024: So I’ve read a lot of negative reviews from here. I must admit I can’t relate to any of them. My wife, daughter and I ordered a starter to share, main courses, and deserts. With a good bottle of red wine. Everything from the seating, to the food itself, was excellent. Food was very yummy. It might not “look” like Michelin star food. But the most important thing is that it tasted awesome. Also the waiting time was very short. Even though there were others. So yeah, if you’re in the area, I can definitely recommend eating here.

26/08/2024: Per tre pizze, tre bevande e due dolci abbiamo speso più di 90 euro; il personale ha avuto qualche screzio davanti a noi. Francamente credo che non sia il miglior biglietto da visita che, come veronese, vorrei che fosse dato a chi visita la nostra città.

26/08/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo bel locale, che all'esterno ha delle tende da sole con nebilizzatori, molto graditi con il caldo torrido di questa estate! Tutto il personale é stato gentilissimo e molto sollecito, sono veramente molto bravi, ma in particolare ringraziamo Oscar, il quale ci ha consigliato al meglio per rendere la nostra cena veramente speciale. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, materie di prima scelta e freschissime (abbiamo preso del pesce), con una magica vista sull'Arena. Il locale é molto bello anche all'interno, é un locale dove sicuramente torneremo e che certamente consigliamo. Sono, tutti, dei professionisti, e questo fa senz'altro la differenza. Prezzi nella norma.

03/07/2024: The location is really good, only a short walk into Verona, rooms are however very tired, as is the rest of the hotel, really in need of an upgrade, the biggest let down was the price of the drinks, I ordered 3 drinks, 2 G&T & 1 whisky & coke and the total came to €41, there's no prices displayed anywhere either, so just be wary of ordering drinks in the hotel bar, overall I would stay here again, but I would stay well clear of the bar, prices are far cheaper in Verona itself so don't get caught out. It would be really good if the hotel displayed prices too.

21/06/2024: Hele leuke plek dichtbij grote plein maar net even buiten drukte. Aardige bediening en zeer uitgebreide garnituur bij het aperitiefje(borrel). Nog 2e aperitiefje besteld en weer die garnituur (ietwat overdreven) Goede keuzes ook voor vegetariers. Lekkere wijn. Hond kan gewoon mee.

09/06/2024: Location interessante e strategica a un passo da piazza Bra. Servizio corretto e non invadente. In coppia, abbiamo fatto aperitivo preserale più caffè e la qualità del tutto ci è piaciuta (specialmente l'analcolico della casa) anche se sulle tartine, anche se non male, si potrebbe osare di più. Caffè buoni. Costo adeguato e coerente sia con quanto preso che rispetto alla posizione (uguale o leggermente inferiore a quello dei locali del vicino Liston). Lo consiglio.
