La Tigella In Verona

The restaurant is located near the Castelvecchio area and you immediately notice how the environment is tastefully furnished. The menu allows you to choose what to pair the tigelle with, as well as a selection of slase: they can be ordered with cold cuts, fish or vegetables. Absolutely recommended, really good quality of food as well as prices

Place in the heart of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Verona. I have been frequenting it for a few years. The staff is very kind and helpful. A rather bizarre episode has happened a couple of times. Among the sauces on the vegan menu it has always been present , together with the dark hazelnut cream (the one similar to Nutella so to speak) also the white version. The last two times the jars with sweet creams contained dark hazelnut cream and peanut butter. So I asked the manager for clarification. Well, he insisted both times that it was white hazelnut cream. And when I asked to see the packaging, he replied that the aforementioned "cream" had already been portioned into jars. I like peanut butter and eat it willingly. But don't pass off a product as what it isn't.

A waitress says one thing... the waiter, to justify their poor management of the orders and explanation, says something completely different and also blames the customer who simply described what happened without clearly saying that it is whose fault took the orders... the food is fine... but clarity is not your strong point. Clarity begins everything

Ottimo l’ impasto e la consistenza sia dello gnocco fritto che della Tigella! Buoni gli insaccati che accompagnavano il menù classico. Grande varietà di salsine a scelta tra dolci e salate. Personale molto cortese e premuroso.

Nice place, you can eat really well with excellent quality food. It's the second time I've gone there and, when I have the opportunity to return to Verona, I will definitely go there.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo locale e, appena entrati, siamo stati avvisati in modo un po' brusco che avremmo avuto solo 25 minuti per finire il pasto. Abbiamo scelto un tagliere con gnocco e tigelle. Buono ma non fantastico. E alla fine in conto piuttosto salato in relazione a quanto si è mangiato. Insomma, non sono sicuro che torneremmo.
