We just had the most fantastic meal. They were completely accommodating to English, the food and wine were fantastic, and our servers very kind. The food was delicious, local, and it felt like a true experience. A lovely place with lovely servers who are an absolute credit to the owners of the restaurant. Grazie Mille!

Essendo di ritorno dalla montagna, abbiamo deciso di fermarci a pranzo a Verona. Su suggerimento di un amico, abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante. Zona centrale, vicino al Ponte Pietra, ottima per una passeggiata. Locale piccolino ed accogliente, con personale gentile e professionale. Abbiamo ordinato Spaghettoni alle vongole, Ceviche, selezione di formaggi e bigoli alle sarde. Devo dire che tutti i piatti ci hanno soddisfatti. Ottima soluzione per un pranzo o una cena a Verona

Wonderful atmosphere, great food and great service. I can’t say enough about this place. If you are looking for an authentic Veronese foodie experience, this is a start. The risotto made with Amarone wine was great. The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Great experience overall.

We found this place walking around looking for somewhere to have lunch after a long hot day of sightseeing. It looks like a nice place, but a bit cramped. It is decorated with bottles of wine all over the walls. My husband loves wine, so we thought it was perfect for him. We went in and I immediately let the guy, that seemed to be the manager, know about an allergy. We were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. He told me that we should have called ahead to let them know. Well it was lunch, we had no idea that they even existed. He then tells me that when people have allergies and they need to adapt their plates, it demeans the quality of their food. Really? We were ready to walk out, but we were tired and it was hot. Not a pleasant day to keep walking in the sun looking for a place to eat. I chose the food to make it as simple as possible so they did not have to adapt their plates and demean their quality. :/ Past the initial arrogant attitude of this guy, the food was very good. The guys in the kitchen know how to cook and they do it very well. My husband tried a few of their wine and they were all good. There are many other choices of restaurants, so next time we will keep walking and go somewhere else. There are many people with allergies in this world. Restaurants know how to deal with that and not offend their customers. Apparently not this one. We will not return!
