16/07/2024: Il corriere (un ragazzino forse occupato nel lavoretto estivo) è arrivato in ritardo di 25 minuti. È rimasto comodamente seduto sul motorino al cancello (30 metri dall’abitazione) attendendo che andassi a prendermi il pollo e mi ha teso i sacchetti con un laconico “buon appetito” e neanche mezza parola di scusa per il ritardo. Il pollo è sempre delizioso, ma è già la seconda volta che l’ordine mi arriva in ritardo di mezz’ora

04/03/2024: BAD RESTAURANT TO AVOID! Two of us went there for 1:30 p.m. As soon as we were seated, an already quite elderly waiter made us understand by tapping his watch that we had to hurry up and order. For the antipasto (i.e. the starter) we choose salmon for €12, both the same thing. When ordering, this same man speaks Italian to us, sees that we don't understand and doesn't want to try English. We point out to him what we want, sure of ourselves. He sighed several times to make us understand that we were pissing him off for not speaking Italian! Then he asks us to choose a side dish: + €4.50 again! Since when is the accompaniment no longer included with the dish? We refuse, he makes a face and half growls. A cooked salmon comes to us, it seems strange to us. Note: 15€ instead of 12€. We suppose he looked at the menu wrongly and thought we wanted the salmon they offered as a hot dish. So our only meal since he had directly collected the menu: two pieces of salmon. NOTHING ELSE ! Disappointed, we didn’t want to pay them two desserts in addition. The very unpleasant staff stared at us meanly (always that old man) and kicked us out, shoving the bill under our noses when they saw that we were hanging around slightly (it was barely 3 p.m.). We hadn't even finished our glasses of wine even though we had still bought them a bottle. When pointing out the mistake in the dish to this gentleman, he was very irritated and rude, spoke to us very badly, not at all professional, we were annoying him, that's all. He made the salmon for 12€ so I didn't even tell him that they had counted the service twice, I saw that we couldn't get more. In short, although the salmon was good, it was a complete scam and they were super unpleasant, I RECOMMEND AGAINST. You will always find better!

01/01/2024: Excellent place ... We went with my girlfriend on New Year's Eve ... Enchanting atmosphere with a view of the Castle ... Well-plated and truly delicious food, the prosecco drunk during the evening was also excellent ... Waiters attentive to your needs of the customer who provided an excellent service during dinner ... We had to wait a little due to a malfunction of the ordering tablet but it was really worth it ... Excellent discovery ... Definitely worth trying ... Recommended !!!

18/08/2024: Nice and all but if the speakers are scratching and only high, I can't talk to whoever I'm at the table maybe it's time to turn it down. After about 30 minutes we left because our ears were already bothering us

17/08/2024: Unsuitable security staff, offensive and totally lacking in guest management skills, 2 guys from Eastern Europe totally in disharmony with the owner and the rest of the staff. Ready only to argue and chase people away. Nice place, security totally failed.

18/10/2023: Ein schöner Platz direkt am Gardasee, der bei schönem Wetter zum Essen unter Sonnenschirmen einläd. Gute italienische Küche, die so bemessen ist, dass sowohl Vorspeise (geteilt) und Hauptgericht als auch Nachtisch (geteilt) zu schaffen sind. Der Rotwein (Bio und aus der Region) war mit 23 Euro gut und paßte zum Essen.

03/04/2024: One of the places I remember very fondly. Laid back, family friendly and great for large groups. Really hope it opens back up as a restaurant. Look out for fireflies on the way up. Any news you can share on when you are re-opening the main restaurant?

19/06/2024: We went to eat on Sunday with friends, very salty dishes, the second courses (polenta, cheese and salami) inedible, we were with stomach cramps all day! The lady was very rude with no possibility of being able to talk about the problem to find a solution! Not recommended place, in the area you will surely find another better place! ( It does not take much)

12/08/2024: Poor and disorganized service. The waiter who served us at the beginning, and correctly recommended a Veronese wine (AlbinoPiona-Custoza), once the order was taken, went to another table. The waiters who came behind made us wait between courses for too long. The pasta was good (Macheroni con ragù e Ravioli con formagio e pomodoro) was good, however. Advice: do not order the Tieamisù made on the spot (frankly dispensable). If you can afford it, cross the sidewalk; They will dine better in the restaurant across the street.

07/08/2024: Very pleasant restaurant in a small, timeless street. We were very well received, the service was top notch! The waiter recommended the wines without ever wanting to sell us the most expensive wine on the menu, we ate very well (the homemade tiramisu is a pure delight, no offense to the purist). In short, a great time.

30/05/2024: Premesso che sono stato molto spesso in questa trattoria e ne ho sempre apprezzato cucina e servizio, devo però sottolineare che ultimamente ho trovato i piatti molto scarsi nelle porzioni e con prezzi che in relazione a questo appaiono davvero troppo alti. Spero che quanto segnalato possa servire a mantenere la trattoria ai livelli che ho conosciuto in passato.

21/05/2024: Cucina tipica del posto fresco e cibo buono diciamo ma molto caro per quanto mi riguarda! dato che è una trattoria dovrebbe avere prezzi molto ma molto più bassi

23/07/2024: I can only share that they lack organization and experience....I arrived there after a 2 day trek on Monte Baldo, I arrived at 1.30pm and already the spectacle of seeing the nervousness of the girl behind the counter was not reassuring, I they sit outside...wait...wait...wait...nothing! I noticed the customers asking, have you forgotten about us? Can it be ordered? Is there a long wait?.... I still wait... until I decide I've had enough, I get up, put my backpack back on my shoulder, go inside and head to the counter, I find that the nervousness of the staff has skyrocketed, I politely say that I can't wait any longer given the 5 hour drive that awaited me....he replies badly... I get slightly annoyed and counter-argue...I go out... I'm unlikely to come back to the area but I certainly won't come in here.

10/05/2024: home cooking, crazy prices. to eat in a parking lot, with practically no service and a lady yelling at the waitresses what to do in the middle of the """room""". we thought we had found a cheap restaurant with local cuisine, but instead we found a tourist restaurant with good local cuisine at crazy prices. eat in Borghetto and spend the same 😉
