They immediately make you feel at ease. Even in moments of confusion, they remain calm, organized, and always available. No one snorts or rushes you. They even recommended what to order, simply and sincerely. You can tell they know the menu well and that they care about making sure you eat well, not just serving you quickly. Their job isn't easy, but they handle it brilliantly. Fast, yes, but without losing attention. Precise orders, everything hot, and always courteous right to the end. Of course, the piadinas are also excellent, with fresh ingredients and just the right portions, but the difference here is really the people. You'll want to come back just for the way you're treated. My compliments to the entire staff, because service like this is by no means a given these days. 👏
