18/10/2025: This is an incognito establishment to avoid at all costs. The owner is incredibly rude: he swears loudly in front of customers as if nothing was wrong. There were five of us, three of us having drinks, and yet he started yelling and swearing without the slightest respect. This isn't the first time this has happened, a sign that this isn't an isolated incident, but rather his usual behavior. Disgraceful behavior for someone who runs a business open to the public. I wouldn't recommend this place in every way: rudeness, zero professionalism, and a total lack of respect for customers. NEVER AGAIN.

29/07/2025: Tucked behind a wine shop in Hotel Veronesi La Torre , Signorvino La Torre opens out into a bright, lively space. The decor is modern yet warm, featuring marble tables, green and rust-toned elements, exposed brick, and industrial-style lighting. The restaurant was at around 60% capacity at 8:30 PM but filled up considerably by 10 PM, mostly with a local crowd, which added to the lively — though at times noisy — atmosphere. Service was friendly but a bit disorganised; we had to wait for cutlery even after the food arrived, slightly delaying the meal. That said, the staff made an effort to create a special moment with a playful relighting candle on the tiramisu. Food & Drink • what was meant to be the Complimentary bread had a 3 euro charge for each person. It was a nice touch, though it would have benefited from butter or oil. • Set Menu (35€) offers great value — two courses and two wines. À la carte options are also available, including a bottle of Amarone for just 34€, a real find. Starters: • Fried Mix Platter: Courgette flowers, stuffed olives, and cheese arancini. Rich, crispy, and satisfying — ideal for sharing. Mains: • Mezze Maniche alla Carbonara with Black Truffle (+4€) Rich, creamy, and deeply flavoured with Romano cheese and truffle flakes. The crispy pork jowl added great texture — a standout dish and excellent value at 17€ total. • Cotoletta Rustica (“Zorzi” style) Thin, crisp, and well-seasoned. Served with roast potatoes — simple but satisfying. Desserts: • Tiramisu was a letdown — the sponge-to-cream ratio was off, lacking the lightness expected. • Sbrisolona Mantovana (crumbly nut biscuit with crème anglaise) was average — pleasant but unremarkable. Verdict: Signorvino La Torre delivers good food at fair prices, especially the pasta and wine. While the service had minor flaws and the desserts underwhelmed, the vibrant ambiance and solid main courses make it a worthwhile stop — especially if you’re a truffle lover or wine enthusiast.

04/10/2025: The risottos were good, the service excellent, the atmosphere dated, but I honestly liked it. The staff were friendly and courteous. A trio of risottos, wine, water, dessert, and coffee cost €35 per person, which is fair.

01/09/2025: Six of us went for dinner last Saturday for the first time and were VERY SATISFIED: the place is a typical old-fashioned trattoria, immaculately clean and tidy. The owner is simply wonderful at making guests feel at home. And the risottos are an incredible experience. We're already planning to return to try more risottos!

28/04/2025: Tortellini that are supposed to be artisanal, but aren't at all and are worse than supermarket brands—much worse, both in terms of dough and filling. The same goes for lasagna and other pasta. Avoid.

05/05/2025: Sono stato molto contento di avere cenato con mnia figlia in questo ristorante. Sicuramente un'ottima scelta che consiglio caldamente e ripeterò la prossima volta che mi troverò nella regione. Prima di tutto voglio parlare della struttura in sè stessa. Il ristorante si trova poco lontano dalla strada principale, si affaccia sul lago, è tranquillo. A disposizione ci sono molti posteggi, cosa che apprezzo molto siccome mi sposto sempre e solo in auto. La sala da pranzo e la terrazza sono, durante le serate calde, praticamente un tutt'uno. Bellissima la piscina attorno alla terraza in cui nuotano degli stupendi Koi e i ranocchi si nascondono tra il fogliame. veramente piacevole e rilassante cenare in un posto simile. Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante; porzioni ben presentate che meritano tale nome e non stupidaggini frollate di estetismo da convento ascetico. Nulla da dire sulla qualità: io preso del pesce che era veramente delizioso e cucinato a puntino e anche per mia figlia vegetariana la proposta era interessante e variata. Non commento ogni piatto, metto solo l'accento sul puree di patate che era davvero speciale. Non posso commentare il vino; purtroppo siccome potevo bere solo io ho preso solo un calice di Lugana consigliato dal cameriere che ho comunque molto apprezzato. Da ultimo, visto che ne ho accennato, il personale. Io apprezzo sempre molto la cortesia e la competenza del servizio. A La Boheme ho incontrato solo personale gentilissimo e col sorriso; personale che si prende la briga di spiegare un piatto sconosciuto o che, come nel mio caso, sa consigliare su un vino. Un grazie di cuore a queste persone che, nonostante siano e debbano essere sempre di corsa, si prendono il tempo per ogni singolo ospite. Riassumo ancora una volta: bel risptorante, accogliente, buono, tranquillo; da ritornare!

02/05/2025: Eravamo clienti che andavamo spesso per il buon cibo ma dopo stasera mai più ma mai più. Ragazza all' ingresso irrispettosa a dir poco . Presi in giro con una prenotazione fatta x giorni prima e ritrovati nel ristorante ad aspettare per oltre 30 minuti. Se avete uno staff che non sa gestire prenotazioni cacciatelo o toglietevi dalla ristorazione. Imbarazzante a dir poco . Mi dispiace solo perché il cibo è ottimo ma non torneremo mai e poi mai per questioni di principio

23/11/2025: I was passing through downtown Verona. I'm celiac and wanted a hot chocolate given the cold temperatures outside. There were NO bars/cafés in the historic center that offered gluten-free hot chocolate! But they did ❤️ and to think it doesn't take much to make customers happy. So thank you!

23/09/2025: Attentive and knowledgeable staff, quality food, excellent pizza at reasonable prices. Everyone can eat with peace of mind as they are organized for allergies and food intolerances. They also allowed us to bring a G/F cake from a pastry shop to celebrate a birthday, and we purchased an excellent bottle of local Moscato. Thank you for everything.

10/11/2025: On our way back from Brogo Roma Verona, we stopped for lunch. We had a choice between a set menu, a la carte, or pizza of the day. Excellent food, high quality, and a quiet place, at least for us, who arrived at 12:30. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

29/08/2025: The food is quite good, and the prices aren't exactly cheap. The service, I'd say, is so-so. They brought me the wrong drinks every time, and I noticed that the waiter was pouring drinks for everyone at the tables except me. It's clear that despite the generous tip and my courtesy, he didn't like me. But these are small touches that would be appreciated. The menu isn't very varied. The spectacular location is right next to the lake, and the sunsets are incredible.

12/11/2025: I've been several times now. The food is quite good, and the full menu costs €13 (first course, second course, side dish buffet, and coffee). The service is friendly and quick.
