30/06/2025: Finalmente raggiunta la meta dopo una quindicina di km l'appetito non mancava, abbiamo mangiato i pizzocheri in versione "veronese" comunque un buon piatto e di secondo gulash piccante ma di piccante non c'era traccia, comunque un bel pranzetto con una bella vista, anche in questo posto comunque non ho provato la vera sensazione di mangiare in un rifugio/malga, mi è mancata l'atmosfera di montagna,comunque i ragazzi sono stati gentili durante il servizio, prezzi come tutte le malghe in zona.

02/05/2025: Di stelle glie ne darei anche sei perché da tempo li seguo e vedo quanto amore mettono in quello che fanno... ed in un rifugio non è sempre facile. Si entra ed è come sentirsi a casa con pochi piatti ma fatti con gusto e semplicità di ottime materie prime. Loro poi sono adorabili e disponibili. Ci torno sicuro ragazzi e grazie mille... PS: prenotate gente che non fa mai male...

09/09/2025: The place is a bit dated and could use a makeover. The veranda has been given a touch of color with ceiling drapes, colorful chairs, and glasses. The menu is extensive and well-stocked, with plenty of choice. We stopped for a quick lunch, sampling only the mountain gnocchi, which were tasty and not drowned in butter.

13/08/2025: Lunch outside today. Rusty nails were sticking out of the wooden walls, mostly warped, dangerous for anyone sitting nearby. I'd recommend major maintenance because, unfortunately, the outdoor tables are in a truly dilapidated condition. As for the food, the dumplings were absolutely bland, and the bigoli with wild boar were probably not pan-fried but served with two spoonfuls of ragù on top, with no connection whatsoever to the pasta. Basically, plain pasta with two spoonfuls of ragù on top. I ordered a side dish, "sautéed" potatoes. Basically, pan-fried French fries, about 15 of them burned and almost completely blackened. Are we picky eaters? I don't know. The food used to be divine, but in my opinion, not anymore, and the prices are high for every dish. It's a shame to travel so many miles and be disappointed. A real shame, but I won't be returning.

19/10/2025: We were invited to a baptism. The location and food were excellent, but the service was poor and extremely limited. We had the room until 7:00 PM. At 5:00 PM, the waiters started clearing everything from the table and cleaning up. The manager mostly asked the guests when we were leaving. The chairs were moved while people were still seated. I wouldn't go back.

12/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times over the years, and overall, the food has always been good, of decent quality. However, this time I noticed a few things that left me a little perplexed. First of all, check the receipt carefully: we ordered four desserts, but they charged us nine. We only realized this when we asked for and requested a paper receipt. Also, pay close attention to the side dishes. The menu says, for example, "fillet steak with herbs served with potatoes," but in reality, the potatoes or vegetables are charged separately, even though the dish already costs €22-24. So the price of the main course doesn't include side dishes, even though the menu might suggest otherwise. It's a shame, because the restaurant itself is pleasant and the food isn't bad, but these things leave a bitter taste and give the impression of a lack of transparency in pricing.
