21/05/2025: We came here twice. First time everything was perfect, two friendly waiters and good food along with perfect service. Hence we returned and were utterly disappointed with the indifferent service we received. This was a different waiter, the two friendly ones were busy at other tables. Muscles as a starter were tasty. Service was in a style that we should please leave as soon as possible. Which we did. Never to return, there are many other places to go to in Malcesine with fantastic service and high quality food including a better wine list.

26/05/2025: Voglio premettere che il personale è molto professionale, cordiale e gentile, oltre che disponibile. Sono siciliana e il buon pesce, fresco e saporito lo riconoscerei ad occhi chiusi, non so se è stata la giornata o se questo è lo standard di qualità e sapore ma il pesce, purtroppo, era improponibile, insapore. Da portate di 40 euro ciascuna ti aspetti quantomeno il sapore, scampi e astice purtroppo erano immangiabili, da qui il dubbio sulla provenienza del prodotto, era totalmente insapore, non insipido ma senza alcun sapore, zero, per me è stato stranissimo. Lo stesso per le tagliatelle agli scampi, anche questi lasciati interi perché erano tagliatelle al sugo, ma questo è sempre da ritrovare nei crostacei privi di alcun sapore, considerate che gli scampi sono tra i crostacei più gustosi per eccellenza, quindi qualcosa è andato storto e non è da ricercarsi nelle capacità dello chef, ma nella qualità del prodotto. L'antipasto di mare x2 è molto ricco e discreto dato dal fatto che è composto comunque da affumicati , buone le sardine con la cipolla agrodolce, il granchio e il cocktail di gamberi. Tempi di attesa giusti, anzi piuttosto veloci. Posizione stupenda. Quando abbiamo espresso il disappunto per le 4 portate, di cui 3 lasciate intere, si sono mostrati gentilissimi e dispiaciuti, è venuto il responsabile a scusarsi personalmente con fare gentile e questo è sinonimo di serietà e professionalità.la qualità del servizio è indiscutibile, totalmente opposta alla bassa qualità del prodotto offerto. Al momento del conto abbiamo ricevuto uno sconto, caffe e amaro offerti e ancora delle scuse. Quindi posso dire lo staff merita per professionalità, per la gentilezza e la simpatia e che purtroppo non tornerei più a mangiare pesce e crostacei dato dal rischio di pagare un conto cosi salato e rimanere delusi. In totale in 4 per due antipasti misti (X2) + 2 primi + 2 grigliate di crostacei, acqua e prosecco il conto era di 228 euro , alla fine abbiamo pagato 182 e ci hanno offerto caffè e amaro.

31/05/2025: Enviable panoramic position, service and quality of what was consumed really poor. We organized an event with a not insignificant economic outlay but we all left without having eaten almost anything in the end nor drunk quality wines (only water to go-go). Insufficient toilet facilities, only one bathroom for disabled people, man and woman. We will never return and I will not recommend it to friends and family. Except for the view and the greenery, I strongly advise against the rest.

12/05/2025: Esta fue una excelente comida con un excelente servicio y personal. El camarero mencionó los especiales italianos (una pizza a base de espárragos y unas sardinas increíbles) y ambos eran fantásticos. Habíamos visto las mesas afuera a la hora del almuerzo, pero entrar en la cena fue una sorpresa maravillosa con un ambiente súper relajado. Los desiertos también iban a morir por (pastel de queso de mango y pistacho y pastel de manzana). Aconsejo pedir consejo al jefe de camareros sobre qué comer y beber, fue excepcional.

18/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato alla Brasserie de Le Cantine de l’Arena a Verona, situata nelle suggestive cantine del ristorante, aperta solo da ottobre ad aprile – e fortunatamente siamo riusciti a godercela proprio nell’ultima settimana di apertura! La location è mozzafiato: una vera cantina in pietra, con affreschi alle pareti e un’atmosfera che ricorda i jazz club di New York. Il menù ci ha conquistati: abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto di tre tartare davvero ben bilanciate. A seguire, due piatti di tortelloni – uno alla zucca, delicato e profumato, e l’altro ripieno di carne con un sapore intenso grazie all’amarone e al formaggio locale. Per concludere in dolcezza, una cheesecake e una mousse al cioccolato gianduia, entrambe sublimi. Il tutto accompagnato da acqua, caffè e un paio di Coca-Cola. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: camerieri attenti, cordiali e molto disponibili. Il prezzo è assolutamente giustificato dalla qualità dei piatti, dall’ambiente ricercato e dall’esperienza complessiva. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca qualcosa di diverso, elegante ma non pretenzioso, e con un’atmosfera che lascia il segno.

Menu recommendation As appetizers Beef tartare or marinated trout carpaccio As first courses Paccheri with swordfish or for those who want to dare a little tagliolini with squid ink cacio e pepe with shrimp tartare (worth the dinner!!!) As second courses Tentacles of octopus cooked twice or beef fillet As for white wines I would take a lugana doc le create ottella or even a Manzoni bianco di cecchetto if you want to change grape variety or even the campo del soglio which has an ancient grape variety the tuchì the selva capuzza winery is one of the few wineries that grows it (excellent wine) While for reds Carmenere Mader La Viene Congratulations to everyone!

18/06/2025: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Madamadorè, the bar-pastry shop located in San Pietro in Cariano (VR), and I must say that the experience was a real embrace of flavors and courtesy. The decor is refined, with a touch of elegance that makes the environment comfortable and welcoming. Whether you choose to sit at a table inside or, on milder days, outside, you will immediately feel at ease. The heart of Madamadorè is obviously its pastry shop. The window display is a real feast for the eyes: fragrant brioches, elaborately decorated cakes, refined single portions and a variety of small pastries that invite you to taste. I tried several of their creations and was impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the mastery in the preparation. The brioches, in particular, are soft and buttery, perfect for starting the day. In addition to desserts, Madamadorè offers excellent coffee and a selection of drinks to accompany your choices. In short, Madamadorè is not just a bar-pastry shop, but a true point of reference for those looking for quality, taste and a pleasant environment in San Pietro in Cariano.

28/05/2025: We were offered a comfortable seat at a table for two. We ordered pasta Carbonara, onion soup and beer. The service was good. The camellia girl speaks several languages. The total bill was in line with our expectations, but I was happy to add 5 coins. There were few free tables during pomeriggio.

24/05/2025: Pizza and aperol spritz were tasty. Portion was decent and the price isn't too bad. Seats were a bit uncomfortable. Menu design is a bit weird and not the most obvious to understand. Overall I'm not sure I'd come again.
