We ate outside, which was beautiful. Right by the water under tall trees. The meals were okay, the staff friendly and helpful, but they often struggled to find the right table. There are very few toilets (indoors), and they aren't great. Otherwise, it was fine.

The place is interesting, near the river in a decidedly old building. It's charming, but that's not enough. It has a beautiful patio overlooking the river, surrounded by trees. The menu is decent, and the quality/price ratio isn't good. The tortellini di Valeggio are unremarkable. The staff is unfriendly.

Quality food in a very nice setting. Service is by a slightly inexperienced but friendly staff. The atmosphere is that of a family-run trattoria, as is the cuisine. Authentic home cooking. I would return.

Great food, but with a big price. Would not let us have a table besides the water because apparently they're reserved but no one turned up.

A fantastic place to eat a love knot... Today I tried four different types of tortellini... The ones I liked the most were the duck and truffle... If you want a romantic experience and a delicious meal... This is the place. Book a table overlooking the river in advance...

Borghetto is a beautiful part of Valeggio sul Mincio. Here you'll find this fantastic restaurant with a wonderful seating area right on the banks of the Mincio River. We had reserved a table while we were exploring the town, but there were still a few seats available. We ordered the polenta with cheese cream and the tortellini tasting with four different varieties. These were filled with meat, truffle, pear, and pumpkin (a local specialty: Tortellini d'Zucca). It was delicious. For dessert, I had a Sbrisolona. It was also very tasty, but since it's a rather dry biscuit, it's not my favorite Italian dessert. The service was excellent, and the outdoor seating area right on the Mincio was simply unbeatable. I highly recommend visiting the town and dining at this restaurant.

Sunday lunch with a cured meats appetizer and tortelli in meat broth and pumpkin tortelli. The flavor was very good. The only flaw was that for a €15 appetizer, it was very cheap.

The best homemade tortellini and most delicious food, in a perfectly charming atmosphere. Great service too. We ate lunch in the outside dining area and returned for dinner inside. It is absolutely beautiful and authentic. We love this place.
