Very small cozy place, next to the water, but not a big number at all…
The food is delicious, but not great, very small portions…We wanted to try the tortellini, but we got very little, and there was nothing special in it…the tomato pasta was also something simple thrown together in 2 minutes…
It might be good in an emergency, but if I had a choice, I wouldn't come here…

Staff was friendly and food was good. I liked especially the tortellini with pear and cheese, the kids enjoyed the paste with pomodoro (tomato sauce).
The tiramisu was good as well. All in all good food, but expect “touristic” prices.
The place is not super child safe, the plant pot holders on the railing to the river were not properly fixed, and my 2.5-year-old almost threw them down in the torrential river. Luckily she could get a hold of it and it was all fine.
When my espresso came, it had a piece of paper inside. Not sure how that can happen. That’s why the “service” gets only two stars

Absolutely mediocre place, beautiful atmosphere and river view, but:
- mediocre food, the pasta wasn't bad, but their "salami and polenta" specialty was awful (slices of salami on a bed of cold polenta, nothing special)
- confusing service, to say the least, they had the wrong table twice, brought 3 out of 4 dishes, and the fourth person received his dish 10 minutes later.
I don't think we'll be back.

On the banks of the Mincio, a beautiful location both inside and out. The staff is mostly foreign, but the service is good. The food is varied and very good (the agnolotti samples are excellent), and the prices are absolutely competitive. I highly recommend it, even though the nearby restaurants are more renowned.

A wonderful restaurant in Borghetto sul Mincio: you're left speechless upon entering this ancient inn, which still retains a 16th-century wooden ceiling with delicate decorations. The walls are tastefully decorated with large panels painted some forty years ago by a skilled craftsman. The food was good. A few minor issues with the service: the dishes were served to my guests with considerable inconsistency.

Honestly, I ate well. I had two first courses and a sorbet. The pumpkin tortelli were really good, as was the soup. What immediately stands out, however, is the lack of professionalism of the wait staff: the waiters seem confused, and for such a refined place, they don't even seem very knowledgeable.
