28/04/2025: Bellissimo rifugio raggiungibile a piedi percorrendo una passeggiata non troppo impegnativa. Il locale è molto carino e sa unire il calore della montagna a tocchi di modernità. Molto accogliente anche lo spazio esterno che ospita tavoli e sedie per mangiare fuori all'ombra accompagnati da una suggestiva vista. Il personale è gentile e preparato e la cucina è davvero ottima, con ingredienti di qualità e abbinamenti originali. Naturalmente è d'obbligo prenotare per non trovarsi senza un posto a tavola. Ottima la scelta di piatti senza glutine. I prezzi sono nella media per la qualità degli ingredienti. Davvero consigliato.

12/05/2025: Chosen because it is close to the Negrar hospital: pleasant internal environment but we decide to have a quick meal outside. Courteous waitress and very quick service. My husband and I choose a Fassona tartare. The meat is good, well seasoned with an ancient mustard and a side dish of caramelized onion and mixed salad with cherry tomatoes. The menu offered very interesting dishes but it wasn't a day.

And I was pleasantly surprised that when I visited after so many years (2025, it's a pity the horse meat dish disappeared) my impression did not change!) Very tasty food and friendly staff! Now I have the opportunity to visit IL Carnero more often and will definitely stop by more than once!)

03/05/2025: Today we stopped for lunch for the first time in this restaurant (we are a family of 4 people of various ages). The waitresses served us with a smile and a kindness that is difficult to find, making us feel as if we were regular customers. The food, varied for both the first and second courses, was excellent and plentiful. The place is typical of a trattoria, nothing luxury but everything clean and well-kept. The bill was very honest and without surprises. Congratulations to all.

29/04/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance, with a last minute reservation based on reviews, and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, with a fish menu and some meat options (but also for vegans and vegetarians - with flexibility in adapting some dishes). The homemade bread, soft and crunchy, was a delicious surprise. We tried excellent first courses, with homemade pasta. The desserts are good. The local bubbles enhanced the flavors and the impeccable service made lunch even more pleasant. An excellent discovery that deserves to be experienced again. The price is adequate for the quality of the dishes, the service and the location.

31/05/2025: Una bella struttura, immersa nel verde e molto curata, piatti nella media e personale gentile e attento. Due note negative : il locale è immerso nel verde, il rispetto per l'ambiente si sente, ma le piante finte in plastica appese all'interno del locale stonano tantissimo con l'idea di green che a primo impatto arriva al cliente. Seconda nota negativa è che il formaggio grattugiato in bustine non è per niente accettabile in un agriturismo, che dovrebbe avere prodotti locali. Sinceramente non mi è mai capitato di trovare il formaggio in bustine in un ristorante, purtroppo solo nelle mense o in ospedale, in un agriturismo italiano non si può sentire.

27/04/2025: I stayed three nights at Le Tese with my family. Outside everything is taken care of in a maniacal way. There is a large car park, swimming pool, play areas for children and even a smoking area. The rooms are clean and functional with a safe, television and air conditioning. The cleaning service was also excellent (we found the room tidied up when we returned from breakfast) The restaurant offers home-made cuisine a little revisited with homemade pasta at a price that in my opinion is more than fair (you absolutely have to try the bigoli with duck ragù). I hope to be able to return soon
