27/08/2025: The website doesn't tell you there's a room in the cellar with a flight of stairs to climb, and when booking, it wasn't specified that the table would be in the basement. Despite strong complaints, fortunately, a table was prepared in the main dining room. The food was average, the atmosphere was typical for a trattoria; we were served lard instead of prosciutto. The owner is doing everything he can to have my review on Trip Advisor removed simply for mentioning the experience, even claiming to have spoken to my friends at the table... one of them only spoke to a fellow local, annoying her so much that she felt compelled to write a 5-star review and call me to remove mine. I freely expressed my opinion, which evidently wasn't accepted. The owner is definitely presumptuous.

16/07/2025: The meat was really good and cooked just the way I wanted it. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my dinner.

11/07/2025: As the name suggests, the main dishes here are meat dishes prepared on a grill. The chef is truly a master of his craft, and the slightly smoky flavor imparts to the meat on the grill. You can taste it! 🤗 Service is provided by his wife. The wine selection is limited, but what is offered is absolutely top-notch, and almost all wines are served by the glass. This way, you can truly sample the region's typical Ripasso or Amarone by the glass. 👍 Prices are reasonably priced for Italian standards. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is rather small. Definitely worth a visit. PS: If you like my review, I'd appreciate a thumbs up! 😁👍

04/09/2025: A lovely restaurant, we've always eaten there. The food is absolutely delicious, and the portions are above average (the same applies to aperitifs). The prices for the food are absolutely reasonable; in 2025, €10 for a larger pizza was completely acceptable. The prices for aperitifs, etc., are also great. I only find the prices of the "regular" drinks (cola, etc.) slightly higher. The atmosphere by the lake is great, and even on warm days, there's plenty of cooling (thanks to fans with a light mist of water). The staff is generally very accommodating and friendly! (Experience spanning several years, with one exception! She's probably no longer employed, though.) A BIG THANK YOU again!!! to ANNA! who took our visit to the restaurant to a completely different level. THANK YOU AGAIN, ANNA!

03/09/2025: A very pleasant terrace on the boulevard where a mix of cultures passes by. It's busy, yet the service is impeccable. We received excellent service from Anna, who has a great sense of humor. You can view the menu on an iPad in your own language, which is super convenient. You also get a glass of rosé right away, which we really appreciate. We started with the fish platter. Beautifully presented and delicious. For our main course, we shared the grilled lamb chops and a caprese salad. Everything was truly delicious and equally delicious. We finished with the best tiramisu we've found here so far. A fantastic restaurant and highly recommended.

22/08/2025: What can I say... a typical old trattoria... simple... both for families and groups... generous dishes... at a reasonable price... worth returning to... since I've been going there for over 30 years...

19/08/2025: A trattoria by name and by nature. A wide selection of first courses, but rather than serving them plain with sauce on top, a sautéed dish definitely improves the look and, above all, the taste. A good selection of second courses as well, with a generous and flavorful mixed grill. In the summer, they have an outdoor terrace. The service is more subdued than high, but Luca, the owner, always makes up for it with courtesy and kindness. It's very noisy at times, but unfortunately, that's the case everywhere these days. The menu has been slightly tweaked at the top, but it's still good value. I pop in every now and then, especially in the summer for a breath of fresh air from the Custoza hills.

03/09/2025: A nice and cozy little restaurant/snack bar near Piazza dei Signori. It's a great place to have lunch or a snack. At a fair and reasonable price. Very friendly service.

06/06/2025: This was a great spot for a light lunch, a beer, and an excellent coffee. Good food and a great ambiance. We definitely will be back. We came back in the morning. The owner made my wife a fruit smoothie that was not on the menu. It’s a one woman operation and she does a great job.

10/08/2025: Restaurant in the square near Negrar Hospital, a 2-minute walk away. The owner is very friendly. Delicious food, from starters to main courses to dessert. I recommend the Amarone risotto. Prices are reasonable. Clean atmosphere.

06/08/2025: EDIT: Returned after two years in 2025 and I confirm the old review. 🔝 The food was very good, a carefully chosen menu and perfectly cooked. The owner was extremely friendly, worked well and made you feel at ease. Highly recommended.

07/06/2025: Traditional dishes revisited in a modern way. The fish dishes are also excellent. Peace and relaxation in the outdoor veranda, very well-kept. Young but prepared and kind staff. Really good!
