04/10/2025: Mid-September 2025 - Thursday evening dinner Service - Excellent!- we we served by an experienced woman who had such a professional, yet warm manner, speaking in soft tones with good English, giving a sense of privacy and clearly paying attention to our needs but without constantly bothering us Room and Table - A good space, nicely decorated and with the open cooking fire as a feature - it would have been a very good experience had their been more diners and a more vibrant atmosphere Food - menu very traditional - the Amarone risotto was good as was the mushroom risotto but the fire-grilled local meat was disappointing - not the cooking but we think that the meat quality was not as good as it could have been Wine - a selection of half-bottles allowed for more flexibility on ordering and the half-bottle of the good quality Amarone was very enjoyable We would go back but would seek out a busier night.

06/09/2025: Casual midweek dinner, a very welcoming place with a fantastic grill at the entrance that lets you know they know how to handle meat. We had grilled lamb and pata negra. Friendly staff. Found by chance, it was a wonderful discovery.

10/07/2025: A typical old-fashioned trattoria with simple dishes prepared with passion. We were impressed by the care and attention given to us. My wife, who certainly doesn't hold back, thought their stew was the best she's ever had in a restaurant. If you want to relive the atmosphere of old-fashioned country trattorias... go here, it's worth it. Fair prices and attentive service. I'll be back in the area soon, and I'll be back for lunch.
