Then, since the grandmother who made tortellini by hand for the whole family passed away, only here have we found a comparable taste and quality. Not recommended, a little expensive but we know that you pay for quality

23/02/2025: The restaurant at Capitel is our fixed point for family gatherings. My favorite dishes when we come here are the truffle tagliolini in a parmesan crust, the earthenware pizza, the chocolate cake and the crunchy millefeuille with cream and strawberries. The menu in general includes first and second courses based on both meat and fish, traditional pizzas and "coccio" pizzas, where the pizza crust is folded and smoked cheese is placed inside. The desserts are also excellent and worth trying. All the ingredients are top quality and you cannot be disappointed.

19/03/2025: After a long period in which I didn't frequent the Hosteria Moderna, in the space of two weeks I went there three times, twice with friends, once alone. What can I say? The burgers are crazy, made with top quality ingredients and you can choose from various types of bread, including cereal bread, my favourite. There are various beers, but I recommend one of the IPAs, especially the Yaki. For the rest: the staff is friendly and very quick, the urban-style restaurant is very large and well-kept and, with a bit of luck, in the summer you can eat in the small terrace in front. Highly recommended!

10/03/2025: The hamburger served was raw and the bread was cold. They offered to remake it for me, too bad the raw hamburger arrived burnt. Inedible!

Le piadine più buone che abbia mai assaggiato,impasto top... ingredienti top....e per di più puoi scegliere la farcitura che vuoi! Il problema è che dopo averne mangiata una ne devi prendere un'altra... Perché danno dipendenza! I prezzi sono in linea con quelli che si trovano in quella zona del lago di Garda

06/04/2025: The property is easily accessible by car, parking is easy to find and it is not too far from the center if you want to reach it on foot. The place is very nice, nice and clean. The menu items are very inviting and the dishes are carefully prepared and well presented. As an appetizer we took the Tar Tar with fried courgette flowers, ricotta and courgette cream, really delicious. As a main course, Florentine steak, cooked rare, ideally served on a plate so that it stays warm. Unfortunately we didn't appreciate the dessert, the Sacher chocolate icing was very hard, the jam a little too sweet and the cake was dry.

19/02/2025: I've known this place for 3/4 years now and I come back once a year since I'm from Mantua... the last time was a few days ago, it was below expectations and honestly disappointing! Not so much for the dishes but for the quality of the service: waitresses who laughed at each other and gave each other lessons on service out loud and in front of everyone, slightly sad jokes aimed at the customers... after asking where the bathroom was I hear them say "be careful not to enter through the glass door otherwise you'll end up in the kitchen washing the dishes" I understand it's meant to lighten things up but I didn't remember this kind of confidence from that place! Super fast service, too fast, we didn't have time to finish one dish before we found ourselves on the table the next one, almost like an incentive to get moving and leave…. for dessert we still had the taste of raw fish in our mouths. Plus, for the first time, the bathroom was in bad shape, full waste paper bin, limescale stains on the tap... I was very sorry because I had wonderful memories of it!!💔
