It's rare to return to the same restaurant two days in a row, but Il Bacaro enchanted us. We found top-notch cuisine (excellent food!) in an extremely clean and well-kept environment. The difference, however, is in the people: the owner is extremely kind and the entire team is exceptionally courteous. A perfect experience that I recommend to anyone seeking quality and warmth in Verona.

A wonderful discovery during our stay in Verona. The food was beautifully prepared and the welcome was very warm, with a host who even spoke French! The diplomatico dessert was divine!

We totally loved it here! The stuff was super friendly and welcoming, amazing atmosphere and the best pizza I had so far in Italy. Also my wife was really happy with her delicious pasta with mushrooms. Good vegetarian options and dog friendly stuff. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back when we are in Verona next time :)!

It's a very welcoming place and all the staff are very kind, I ate well and had special dishes in the tastes associated with the local wine, I would go back for the bigoli with meat, excellent

Dinner just steps from the Verona Arena. Good food, excellent and fast service, and very friendly staff. The atmosphere is a bit dated, definitely in need of modernization, and the bathrooms could use some attention.

22/11/2025: Pleasant experience. We had lunch here with family. The atmosphere is informal, the service attentive. The bigoli are carefully prepared and delicious. A tip: the torta delle rose would definitely be more enjoyable if slightly warmed and served with cream. Recommended.

27/10/2025: Everything was delicious! The staff was incredibly kind and pleasant. The gnocchi with wild boar ragù and dark chocolate were incredible, and the sliced ​​beef melted in your mouth. The rustic fries were also delicious. Good, good, very good!
