08/02/2026: We met Mr. Faccioli by chance, and we chatted with him in the hotel's large courtyard. He's a truly friendly and pleasant person. Shortly afterward, we entered the restaurant from the courtyard. We waited, but no one was there, absolutely no one at all, and after a while, a staff member finally emerged from the kitchen. The restaurant is downstairs, "Cantina" by name and by nature, but Mr. Francesco, the maître d', who we later learned was "the Faccioli brother," made us feel very welcome, as I had some doubts about the location. It seems the rather large restaurant was built later by excavating beneath the hotel, where a partially unknown cellar was discovered. Between one conversation and another, we were treated to a plate of pumpkin tortelli and a delicious, almost overly generous tagliatella with porcini mushrooms. This was followed by two beautiful sea bass, perfectly grilled, and a delicious vegetable mix. Everything was excellent and well-prepared. A decaf coffee and a taste of Carnival dessert, kindly offered and very welcome, rounded off a rather generous Saturday lunch. I have to say about this experience: we were welcomed warmly, we ate well, we were pampered, and we paid a very fair €73.20. I recommend it 100% with flying colors. Best regards, Paolo & Ombretta

07/02/2026: It was recommended to me to try the Luccio. I was not disappointed. It was an absolutely delight . Nice atmosphere, friendly staff , good food. That all you need , that’s all you get here.

05/01/2026: In October 2025, after 16 years, we decided to fulfill our big dream... to get married on Lake Garda, our favorite place! ❤️ There couldn't have been a better place than CASA DEGLI SPIRITI to celebrate our wedding! The perfect location, with a spectacular view of the entire lake, the owners SARA and FEDERICO, two wonderful people we will always hold dear, along with all the staff and the rest of the family, made us experience a day we will NEVER forget! We contacted SARA to organize everything, and she was always there even remotely, putting us in touch with the musicians and florist (all wonderful people!) For the civil ceremony, we always relied on her, and with her sweetness, she made it romantic and special! 14/10/2025: I only visited the bistro, not the restaurant! The food and drinks are as high-quality as the prices. The service is stiff and at times arrogant. Regulars obviously get better service. The restaurant thrives on the lake view from high above and its expensive guests.

22/02/2026: Good pizza, and above all, reasonably priced for the quality; always light and easy to digest. Sometimes we prefer to eat it in, but other times we order takeout! I hope they never close! If I really have to find a flaw, it's that you have to be persistent with the phone because they don't always answer immediately.

07/02/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised tonight. The pizza was delicious! Very large but thin, super light. For those who prefer a thicker pizza, there's the option of requesting a double crust. We had a prosciutto and mascarpone and a Denny Boy (with the addition of truffle cream, even better!). The staff was really friendly. Kudos guys!

06/12/2025: Lunch with friends on a bright day in early December, amidst the first Christmas decorations. The experience at Latteria di Verona was extraordinary: a welcoming little restaurant with an open kitchen, a platter of amazing cured meats accompanied by sauces and homemade Apulian bread, a generous portion of braised cheek on a bed of mashed potatoes that was worthy of applause... and of course, I chose the millefeuille, irresistible. All this was accompanied by the kindness and courtesy of the staff. I can't help but rave about it and already think about my next trip to Verona, with a mandatory stop at Latteria! 🥂

17/02/2026: Possibly the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. The staff is attentive and elegant, yet always friendly. It's always worth returning. Every ingredient and its preparation are top-quality, even beyond the gluten-free specialties.

01/03/2026: They opened today after the winter break, and we went right away. As always, the food was excellent, the freshest fish, and the service was perfect. We've already booked for Easter. Whenever we come to Lake Garda, we can't miss lunch or dinner at this restaurant. Seeing is believing.

08/03/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to say that Osteria La Lanterna amazed me completely. It was my first time there, and it was a completely unexpected Sunday lunch. The attention to detail, the dishes, and the sourcing of raw materials (prepared by them for each dish) convey all the love the two owners bring to their table. The dining room is welcoming and well-appointed, and the dishes are a riot of flavors. We were a table of five, and we all left extremely satisfied. A true gem close to home!

14/03/2026: A truly memorable lunch. Everything we tasted was excellent: original dishes, sophisticated pairings, and a quality clearly evident in every detail. Even the choice of tableware and cutlery reflects this same research and care, part of an overall attention to detail that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I'm a vegetarian and I greatly appreciated the attentiveness with which I was looked after: not only was I advised which dishes on the menu could be adapted, but I was also offered the option of choosing a vegetable dish off the menu. A thoughtful gesture, made even better by the fact that everything was truly delicious. The conversation we exchanged at the end of lunch with Mrs. Susy, a kind and delightful person, was, as they say, the icing on the cake. A place where you can sense passion, research, and great respect for those who sit at the table. Highly recommended.
