16/03/2025: One of those little local restaurants you dream of wandering into. We had no expectations, it just happened to be next door to where we stayed, but boy did we get lucky. Wonderful food, very affordable wine, and amazing service. Of all the places we ate in Verona, this is one of two that we would not hesitate to return to.

04/04/2025: Wonderful, tiny Osteria in Central Verona. It has only 4 tables inside, and 2 outside on a street (mind you, cars traverse this tiny road too). The owners are gracious, friendly, speak fluent English, and treat you like you are arriving home for food! The menu is limited, however there is great variety for everyone. They have a full bar, and the prices are great. You can pay with card or cash without any problems. The food is DELICIOUS!

18/03/2025: This hidden gem was filled with locals and had an inviting, authentic atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The service was impeccable, warm, attentive, and they were genuinely passionate about the food they serve. The Lasagna Ragu was rich, layered with perfectly balanced flavors, and simply melted in the mouth, while the Beef Tagliata was cooked to absolute perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delight! The menu also boasted other options such as Donkey, Risotto, Tiramisu and a variety of wines and beer. All options were very reasonably priced and the coperto was €2 per person. This hidden gem is clearly a favorite among locals, and for good reason. From the ambiance to the exquisite cuisine, it was easily the best dining experience of our trip. If you’re looking for authentic, top-quality homely food in a charming setting, this place is an absolute must-visit! We can’t wait to return.

16/03/2025: We went today for the first time for a family lunch. Nice surprise, nice environment, excellent food, excellent service from the guys at the table and a good quality/price ratio. The only discordant note was the behavior of the manager or owner, he filmed the staff in front of us customers and seemed very annoyed, he gave me the bill without raising his eyes for a moment. Maybe we found his bad day. For the rest everything is excellent.

11/03/2025: I've been to them several times for lunch and once we even had a special family occasion. I've always had a great time, we eat genuine food, very good and well looked after. In terms of cost it is slightly higher than normal but for the quality of the dishes and the menu they present I find it correct. I have always found it to be a quiet inn where I can spend time in company without noise or confusion. They have some public parking spaces outside the venue. I recommend stopping by if you have the chance

17/03/2025: We celebrated our son's Confirmation lunch. Excellent food - enjoyed by all, right portions and a splendid view of the Torricelle hills. Very kind and always available staff. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Sonia, and to all her staff.

05/04/2025: I arrived for lunch without a reservation, and they seated me right away. I had the truffled moon slices as a first course, the pastisada de caval as a second course, and two slices of diplomatic cake as a dessert. Bread and water are included in the service charge.

22/03/2025: Pssst, you Swedes traveling east from Milan. A little jewel in a traditional Italian village setting with a really warm character and cozy environment. The head chef speaks good English, is very sympathetic and takes an interest in the guests' gastronomic experience. Exciting menu with an enticing wine list! The head chef told us that they will shortly be opening a newly renovated b&b apartment. Take the time to discover El Bagolo! (Sunday evening and Monday are rest days.)

09/04/2025: Delightful hotel, with great attention to detail, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. Good breakfast, excellent restaurant, after an exhausting day of work a real cure-all. Affable and very kind staff, there is a deep seriousness and professionalism, all in a very sweet family management. The only problem is that you can't give praise beyond 5 stars! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

24/03/2025: Chi ti porta a spasso per la tradizione con qualità ed amore andrebbe incensato per i lustri a venire. Sospesa nel tempo la cucina, estremamente cordiali, non invadenti e soprattutto professionali il personale di sala. Consigliatissimo. Ritornerò.

Informal and welcoming service, as well as attentive and precise with excellent directions and explanations on the dishes. An experience absolutely worth repeating. Well done.
