I had lunch with my family after the restaurant's ownership changed because I hadn't been back, and I must say that a lot of work was clearly evident: the dishes are very good, prepared with quality ingredients and with that passion that shows when the kitchen puts care and attention into what they bring to the table. Another aspect that is fundamental to me is the courtesy of the staff. During lunch or dinner, a small unexpected event or a wait can always happen, but when you are greeted with kindness and helpfulness, everything changes and the experience becomes much more enjoyable. I found just that here: attentive, polite, and never intrusive service. The atmosphere is serene and welcoming, the kind that makes you want to return. It's nice to see a place that, after a change of management, manages to renew itself while maintaining the warmth of hospitality. Keep up the good work, because you're definitely on the right path.
