20/04/2025: In addition to Daniela's hospitality and warm welcome, this restaurant deserves much more than five stars. The menu is full of interesting proposals, and in each dish you can perceive the freshness of the ingredients and the care with which the combinations were thought out. An unexpected surprise: a little jewel where typical flavors are transformed into never banal creations. Absolutely recommended.

23/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato davvero bene in Valle d’Aosta. L’antipasto di puntarelle rivisitato con pere, melograno e mandorle è stato una sorpresa piacevolissima e ben equilibrata. La polenta concia ottima, cremosa e ricca di sapore, mentre lo spezzatino di cinghiale, tenero e gustoso, si accompagnava perfettamente a contorni semplici ma ben cucinati. La ragazza che ci ha serviti è stata molto gentile. Un posto che vale sicuramente la pena provare per chi cerca piatti fatti come si deve.

23/04/2025: Perfect dinner, we were as a couple. Welcoming and well-kept environment. The lady who served us was super friendly and helpful. Fresh and excellent quality products, they only make fresh things and you can feel it! We will definitely return and maybe even with some friends.

19/04/2025: The service deserves zero. The refuge has a high position which is reflected in the good (not excellent) quality of the food which is presented in a refined and refined way. Too bad for the service which is messy and without attention to the customer. Eternal waiting times not only for the dishes but above all to have the attention of the waitresses. After waiting 1 hour for the first order we tried, without success, to call attention 4 times to order desserts. After another half hour of waiting we left and gave up on them. This happened when the shelter was 50% full.

07/05/2025: Nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo, forse l'atmosfera non è proprio caldissima ma il rapporto qualità/location/prezzo non è proprio il massimo. Per 1 piatto a testa + 1 antipasto condiviso + 3 dolci in 5, spendere 40 euro a testa mi parrebbe tantino in centro città ... figuriamoci a Gaby.

18/05/2025: Rustic and very well-kept restaurant, wooden furnishings made by the chef I recommend trying all the first courses, there were 4 of us and we passed around ricotta ravioli with berries, chestnut ravioli, chestnut gnocchi and crespelle, all exceptional. Second course we took two vegetarian options, snails and shin. These are also exceptional, but the first courses are all unbeatable. Very good strudel with berries and bönet. Wine recommended by the owner and quick service.

05/05/2025: Informal environment, very good dishes and honest prices. The place is small so I recommend booking. The only flaw is that it closes early at 9pm, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

11/05/2025: Nice restaurant with hotel, the food in the restaurant is very tasty and sufficient. Nice wine list. I ate here for two days and was very surprised by the taste (tip: order a Vicky burger). Staff speak several languages, including Italian.

26/05/2025: Excellent dinner worth the trip. We had dinner on Saturday, May 24th, the place was almost full. The atmosphere is homely, very welcoming, the service is perfect. The dinner was really excellent, the soup is exceptional, the owner is a nice person who loves his job and it shows. We will recommend it to friends and will definitely return.

01/04/2025: Visited her for lunch on a day snowboarding. Very nice food and even better drinks. Superb prices on all we purchased and great views sat in the sun 😎

26/03/2025: Ho cenato in questo ristorante all'interno di un viaggio organizzato con altre tappe intermedie. Ero piuttosto scettico dell'esperienza e del tempo, si diceva che non ci fosse la neve. Invece l'esperienza del giro in motoslitta è stata bellissima sia all'andata che al ritorno. La cena è stata più che gradevole, molto buono lo stufato di cinghiale. Anche il Genepì finale (prodotto da loro) con il caffè. Consigliatissimo. Al ritorno alle 10, nello stesso piazzale da dove eravamo partiti alle 7, ho contato almeno una ventina di macchine, tutti a farsi portare al ristorante dalla motoslitta.

13/04/2025: This is a great little place, you can cook Raclette at your table, or perhaps some chicken, they also offer fondue, plenty of veggies and potatoes. Works for vegetarians perhaps not so great for vegans. The wine was also good and not too pricey, €7 a glass. Although very busy the service was good. Like everywhere in Cervinia you should book ahead.
