27/01/2025: PIATTI OTTIMI SIA PER QUALITA' SIA PER IL GUSTO E SIA PER LA PRESENTAZIONE, PERSONALE GENTILISSIMO E MOLTO ATTENTO A OGNI PICCOLO PARTICOLARE ED ESIGENZA DEL CLIENTE. CONSIGLIATISSIMO...... NOI CI RITORNIAMO SICURAMENTE.

02/01/2025: Ho fatto un titolo scherzoso perché onestamente sembrava che fosse il primo giorno di apertura del locale. Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto accomodare insieme ad un'altra coppia nello stesso tavolo (alla faccia dell'intimità) e dopo un minuto di imbarazzo e di disappunto abbiamo deciso di non rovinarci la serata però non lo trovo corretto, ero indeciso se andarmene; personale giovane, gentile ma completamente impreparato, non sapevano rispondere alle più elementari domande sul menù, sbagliavano le comande e non conoscevano neanche i numeri dei tavoli. Sinceramente da un ristorante di un hotel a quattro stelle mi aspetto un servizio adeguato, qua siamo lontanamente vicini alla base del servizio in sala e non sono una persona pretenziosa ma qua c'era tanta confusione e improvvisazione, spero che col tempo i giovani riescano ad imparare. La serata, comunque, è stata molto piacevole perché abbiamo cominciato a sorridere degli errori e poi, soprattutto, perché abbiamo mangiato molto bene: il foie gras tra i migliori mai mangiati, ottima anche la carne sia della tartare che del sottofiletto, così come la cottura del riso anche se il sapore del formaggio era troppo prevaricante rispetto alla zucca. C'è da apprezzare che in tutta questa confusione il caposala prova a sistemare tutto correndo da un tavolo all'altro. La cosa che mi ha lasciato piacevolmente sorpreso, oltre alla qualità della cucina, è stato il prezzo veramente basso, in un locale trovare primi piatti o antipasti ancora a 10 euro ormai è una rarità, dovrebbero usare tutti questa filosofia dei prezzi, complimenti per l'onestà.

13/03/2025: We had a wonderful meal! Fine flavours and creative dishes. We also enjoyed a wonderful selection of Italian wines. What ruined our evening was a large group of Slovenian tourists who were loudly and clearly enjoying their holiday and the Italian wines. In our eyes it was very strange that people were placed next to them, while there were enough tables free in the front part of the restaurant. For the considerable price we paid, this disruptive group was a big disappointment for us. We will not be coming back here.

10/03/2025: Sin. It was a place I always enjoyed going to, for the beauty of the place, for the pleasant food and for the decent bill compared to local standards. Unfortunately, even the Hermitage hut has adapted to the drift of the total increase in prices of everything. And so you find yourself paying 12 euros for two (number) tufts of unseasoned chicory. Without having previously communicated the price. They are the classics off the menu...then comes the mini slice of cake for 9 euros. For heaven's sake...good. Ah! The small bowl of polenta with sausage now costs 17 euros. However, it seems that everyone is happy to pay more and more. How sad

09/03/2025: I limit myself only to some sandwiches purchased before a walk, I would say nothing special at a price of €9 each. However, the place is interesting with a beautiful view... we will try to go back for lunch and an overall evaluation.

24/03/2025: The food was subpar but the service was outrageous. Not only was the the fondue watered down but only after eating were we told it was CASH ONLY. We had no cash with us and the staff treated us very rudely, even though we were trying to find an alternative.

24/03/2025: They got the Fondue wrong, very liquidy and changed it midway through, they charged us for extra potatoes as well. They did not accept card payments and they made us pay through a revolut tranfer. They even suggested that we walk to an ATM to get some cash. The payment was to some private account, so they were tax-evading on the side. Their tiramisu was quite bad as well. Not recommended

16/03/2025: Atmosfera accogliente e familiare. Abbiamo mangiato ottimi prodotti tipici, tagliere e scaloppa alla valdostana top. Servizio rapido e cortese. Da consigliare .

02/03/2025: Olimme hyvissä ajoin, jo kuukausi etukäteen, varanneet pöydän ravintolasta. Kun menimme sovittuna ajankohtana paikalle, oli ravintola suljettu. Ohikulkija sattui tuntemaan ravintolan pitäjän ja kertoi hänen lähteneen lomalle. Ravintolalla oli yhteystietoni ja olisi ollut kohteliasta ilmoittaa etukäteen, että emme pääsekään syömään sinne. Ei ole ihan helppoa löytää ex tempore isolle ryhmälle ruokailupaikkaa pienestä kylästä. Jos joskus palaamme St Vincentiin, Atmosphere-ravintolaan emme mene. Onneksi kylässä on useita muita ravintoloita, joissa on hyvä ruoka, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja asiakkaita arvostetaan.

29/12/2024: I have always had a second home in Brusson and since I discovered this little bakery we have always gone there every time we went up to the mountains. Unfortunately I don't have the house anymore but sometimes we go back to Brusson with the excuse of going for a ride but in reality it's just to eat the bread here. Really good, without equal... my favorite is the cereal one... trust me... but the turmeric and raisin ones are also spectacular. Furthermore, the possibility of filling it to your liking on site makes it an excellent option for all those who ski and want to have a packed lunch or for those who go for walks and cannot stop in the refuges. Excellent quality of bread, cheeses and cold cuts.

02/03/2025: A beautiful experience! Snowmobile ride, truly welcoming and relaxing location, the brazier that welcomes you upon arrival and the excellent tanning polenta... what more could you want?
