Very friendly staff. Good food, but the platter was a bit small for the price.
The sandwich was excellent, but the menu says €7.50, and then they charge €11.
We only noticed this later, otherwise we would have pointed it out in person.
Excellent beer. I recommend it.

21/09/2025: Restaurant affiliated with the Rendez Vous hotel, we had an onion soup 🔝 and a fontuta with fried polenta, truly delicious but a little small in quantity... Tiramisu and various desserts 🔝🔝🔝. Beautiful place and friendly staff, reasonable prices! Highly recommended 👍👍👍
17/09/2025: The restaurant isn't very big, but the food is excellent; the fondue is a good starter. Excellent tagliata, excellent tagliatelle with mushrooms. Special service. Overall, highly recommended. The price is moderately high, but it depends on how much you eat.

06/10/2025: It was a truly delightful experience and a lovely surprise, as we hadn't heard of this trattoria, even though we live in Aosta. The dishes were delicious, with a wide selection and top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and kind. Highly recommended! We'll be back soon.

The interior and the panoramic terrace on the upper floor are very beautiful. The only slight drawback (if you really have to find one) is that, being on the main road, the noise from traffic can be disturbing.

21/09/2025: We went to Manuel's for lunch while visiting Aosta.
We made a reservation because I'd read in the reviews that it was a good idea, and after about an hour we went.
The place is small, with tables outside and inside.
The lady who welcomed us was very nice and helpful.
We ordered, and without a long wait, our order arrived shortly thereafter. Everything was very good and to our liking, and the price was perfectly in line with the amount of food we ate.
An important note... the coffee was excellent!!!

La cuisine est raffinée et le choix des vins intéressant.
Le service est moyen car le sourire ne semble pas être la marque du lieu.
Néanmoins, si vous logez dans le village ou dans la forteresse, c’est ce restaurant qu’il faut choisir.

17/10/2025: First time at Le Sapin. Everything was delicious, from the sautéed porcini mushrooms to the fillet steak in Barolo. Service was prompt but not intrusive. The diners were polite and interesting. We'll definitely be back.
10/09/2025: Champoluc's main street. Restaurant with a menu I chose, typical Aosta Valley fare, including a lard and honey appetizer, Aosta Valley soup, and marron glacé and rum dessert! Friendly staff, but since it's 9:30 pm... a bit tired from the evening. Book on Thursdays for Saturday dinner!!! Always full! Excellent Aosta Valley wine, Fumin: full-bodied.

21/09/2025: We stumbled upon Ad Forum somewhat by chance, after spotting it on the right side of the Piazza del Duomo dell'Assunta. It was a good experience, though. It's a quiet place, even when crowded. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is quick. The food is locally sourced. It's well-maintained. We'll gladly return.

06/09/2025: A stunning refuge with excellent food, both quality and price. I recommend booking. To get there, there's a steep and fairly challenging trail that takes at least an hour, but it offers breathtaking views of the lake. I recommend booking as there aren't many places.
23/08/2025: Excellent, exquisite dishes. We hadn't booked, and they welcomed us with open arms. The service was friendly and fast.

The dishes are beautifully presented, plentiful, and of excellent quality, made with fresh ingredients. Excellent value. Recommended for both a quiet dinner and a special lunch.
