03/08/2025: Dinner on the go... Nice place with a large terrace. The pizza is not bad, very thin and made with typical Aosta Valley products. Prices are perhaps a little higher than average.

01/08/2025: Terrible restaurant! We ordered the dishes from the kitchen: the tagliolini and agnolotti were drowned in cream. The Valdostana was like a slab and the sauce was soaked in wine. The apple fritters on bread and lard croutons tasted horrible.

17/08/2025: A typical mountain restaurant on Champoluc's main avenue, a popular spot. The traditional style is maintained with the generous use of wood, including for the rustic solid wood outdoor tables, yet the atmosphere is informal. The service is staffed by many young people, some of whom are new to the business, but they are helpful and friendly enough. The menu features mostly traditional dishes that are high in calories, even in the height of summer, but quick snacks are also available for short breaks. The ingredients used in the kitchen are excellent, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Definitely worth considering.

17/08/2025: The restaurant looks like a classic mountain hut, warm and welcoming. To start, we choose a mix of cured meats and cheeses; the moccetta is delicious! We continue with a Valdostan soup and polenta concia with sautéed mushrooms, both delicious. Generous portions, and the berry tart is delicious. Definitely worth a try!

11/07/2025: The pizza was very good, especially the dough. The traditional dishes were also very good, and the place was wonderful.

30/04/2025: Just spent 2 wonderful days at Bergman Mtn Hotel . I have been to Cervinia several times and this is by far my favorite hotel . The location is perfect- ski in / out and Alessandro and his team were outstanding. Alessandro even took me to the local ski shop to rent my equipment and offer suggestions. Breakfast was excellent and my one dinner at the hotel was very good . Can not wait to return.

29/04/2025: We were obsessed with this place and did not want to leave!! The room, the location, the decor, the breakfast, the music and the owners were incredible! The moment we met Alessandro and Nicoletta they felt like family- their hospitality and kindness are unmatched and we will forever remember it! We always loved Italy and love it even more now because of them and this special place! Praying the Lord blesses our new friends and their wonderful hotel!! 18/05/2025: Rustic and very well-kept restaurant, wooden furnishings made by the chef I recommend trying all the first courses, there were 4 of us and we passed around ricotta ravioli with berries, chestnut ravioli, chestnut gnocchi and crespelle, all exceptional. Second course we took two vegetarian options, snails and shin. These are also exceptional, but the first courses are all unbeatable. Very good strudel with berries and bönet. Wine recommended by the owner and quick service.

21/08/2025: Small, intimate, and cute place. Very friendly staff. Good food, but the platter was a bit small for the price. The sandwich was excellent, but the menu says €7.50, and then they charge €11. We only noticed this later, otherwise we would have pointed it out in person. Excellent beer. I recommend it.

07/05/2025: Nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo, forse l'atmosfera non è proprio caldissima ma il rapporto qualità/location/prezzo non è proprio il massimo. Per 1 piatto a testa + 1 antipasto condiviso + 3 dolci in 5, spendere 40 euro a testa mi parrebbe tantino in centro città ... figuriamoci a Gaby.

17/07/2025: Excellent from a culinary standpoint, with balanced dishes, bright colors, and above all, delicious food. But that little waiter, who I think is new, might not be told anything about picking his nose while serving tables, "fixing" his butt as he leaves the room, and when the experience is over, he starts laughing behind your backside with his colleagues. Apart from him, I highly recommend eating there because it's an exceptional place, but don't pay too much attention to the service, or you'll be disappointed.

30/08/2025: Nice and comfortable place. It's a shame they make customers anxious by making them pay right away. Decent food. Bar service, not good at all! Tired of their jobs. They're probably in the wrong job!

18/08/2025: The place is very well-kept and welcoming, the staff is kind and attentive, but the real highlight is the delicious food and varied menu. Suitable for vegetarians. I recommend the momos.

13/07/2025: Très beau restaurant, décor soigné. La cuisine est raffinée et le choix des vins intéressant. Le service est moyen car le sourire ne semble pas être la marque du lieu. Néanmoins, si vous logez dans le village ou dans la forteresse, c’est ce restaurant qu’il faut choisir.

19/08/2025: Easy to find, right on a busy road, very spacious, and with plenty of seating, for better or worse. The service was decent, the food unremarkable, and everything was average, though overall the onion soup was a truly enjoyable experience. Street parking isn't ideal (according to the signage, all the spots are reserved for businesses, but I noticed that in the evenings, when businesses are closed, they rightfully serve as free parking). I'll be back to try the pizza. The staff, however, is very friendly, especially when booking.

24/08/2025: A beautiful and well-kept place, with kind and welcoming staff and truly exceptional food! The prices are fair and reasonable: in my opinion, it's one of the best places in the valley for those who want to enjoy traditional, home-cooked cuisine, prepared with authentic and exquisite ingredients. Highly recommended!

18/08/2025: It's a very nice and original concept. Being able to eat after cooking raclette, bourguignonne, or fondue at the table yourself. Also excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. It's a shame the exhaust system doesn't work well, so you come out smelling like a slice of meat covered in cheese. If they invested in improving this aspect, I'd gladly return.

09/08/2025: Stunning location, delicious food, but...don't touch the 90-euro rooster centerpieces! As soon as we arrived, seeing two children, they rudely snatched away delicate items that could have been broken. I understand the concern, but everything could have been handled with more elegance, which is desirable for a renowned place like this. Otherwise, we'd like to point out that children are not welcome; it would make a better impression! Not recommended for those who can't eat gluten-free or lactose-free, as there's very little to no gluten.

13/08/2025: A half-hour walk up a mule track (no strollers) takes you to this beautiful setting surrounded by greenery, with a truly evocative view. The owners are excellent, friendly and welcoming. The food is superb, authentic, and made with passion. The quality/price ratio is incredible, especially these days. For €50 for two, we ate everything from appetizer to dessert, and we were bursting at the seams! Exceptional local products, fresh homemade bread, and good wine too. See you soon, I hope, thank you.
