01/07/2025: Alla Ricerca del Fresco arrived in Gressoney after booking we had lunch in this Trattoria where we had already tried it some time ago and it confirms my evaluation... I would have given 5 stars if not for the fact that despite having booked we had to wait... but that's okay... The menu is not very rich in choice but it's better to make fewer dishes and make them well... Everything is very good... beautiful location... the diners are very courteous and friendly... to recommend and to return

21/06/2025: I booked this restaurant for a lunch break during a motorbike trip, eager to try some typical cuisine. We were welcomed by Silvia, the owner, who very kindly and politely accompanied us to the table. The place is quite large, very pleasant and absolutely clean. The service was impeccable in everything, we asked for fresh wine and they were kind enough to bring us a cup full of ice to place the jug in. Then once they found a bottle in the fridge they replaced it immediately. The dishes were very good, especially the fettuccine with wild boar ragù, very tasty and well cooked. The gnocchi with sheep sauce were good, the tortellini alla boscaiola were slightly undercooked. The grilled sheep was very good (we devoured it even before taking the photo), slightly overcooked but of good quality and flavor. Finally I had a tiramisu, pleasant. Overall a great experience, nice food and friendly, attentive service. If I ever go down that road again I will definitely stop by again.

17/07/2025: Excellent from a culinary standpoint, with balanced dishes, bright colors, and above all, delicious food. But that little waiter, who I think is new, might not be told anything about picking his nose while serving tables, "fixing" his butt as he leaves the room, and when the experience is over, he starts laughing behind your backside with his colleagues. Apart from him, I highly recommend eating there because it's an exceptional place, but don't pay too much attention to the service, or you'll be disappointed.

30/04/2025: Just spent 2 wonderful days at Bergman Mtn Hotel . I have been to Cervinia several times and this is by far my favorite hotel . The location is perfect- ski in / out and Alessandro and his team were outstanding. Alessandro even took me to the local ski shop to rent my equipment and offer suggestions. Breakfast was excellent and my one dinner at the hotel was very good . Can not wait to return.

29/04/2025: We were obsessed with this place and did not want to leave!! The room, the location, the decor, the breakfast, the music and the owners were incredible! The moment we met Alessandro and Nicoletta they felt like family- their hospitality and kindness are unmatched and we will forever remember it! We always loved Italy and love it even more now because of them and this special place! Praying the Lord blesses our new friends and their wonderful hotel!! 13/07/2025: Al 31 dicembre 2024, il sig. Felice, il proprietario storico che con sua moglie e la famiglia ha portato avanti una tradizione gastronomica sublime, ha chiuso l'attività. Ci sono stato decine di volte ed ho mangiato SEMPRE benissimo. Non sono ancora andato a provare la nuova gestione, ma hanno da lavorare sodo se vogliono anche solo avvicinarsi a quello che era la precedente.

07/06/2025: Restaurant in a hamlet of the beautiful village of Champorcher. Simple but well-kept place, absolutely delicious and abundant dishes and courteous and fast service. Try the carbonara with polenta concia! Absolutely fair price, well done!!

The menu is full of interesting proposals, and in each dish you can perceive the freshness of the ingredients and the care with which the combinations were thought out. An unexpected surprise: a little jewel where typical flavors are transformed into never banal creations. Absolutely recommended.

23/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato davvero bene in Valle d’Aosta. L’antipasto di puntarelle rivisitato con pere, melograno e mandorle è stato una sorpresa piacevolissima e ben equilibrata. La polenta concia ottima, cremosa e ricca di sapore, mentre lo spezzatino di cinghiale, tenero e gustoso, si accompagnava perfettamente a contorni semplici ma ben cucinati. La ragazza che ci ha serviti è stata molto gentile. Un posto che vale sicuramente la pena provare per chi cerca piatti fatti come si deve.

04/05/2025: The Favre restaurant is a typical family-run restaurant, off the beaten track, 10 minutes from the town of Nus. Here it is possible to savor the true cuisine of the area, immersed in the calm (of the surrounding landscape and the restaurant staff). There is no menu: the dishes are presented by the waiters verbally. The starters (divided into several courses) are excellent and allow you to taste more products. There are few first courses and few second courses, an indication of the quality of the raw materials used. The doses are absolutely adequate, allowing you to taste more dishes. Three of us went for lunch and ate appetizers, two first courses, one second course and two desserts. All for a total of €70: for the quality of the food, an absolutely competitive price. Pay attention to the opening days: the restaurant is in fact only open from Friday to Sunday. If you are in a hurry or are looking for a touristy and flashy menu to post on social media, go somewhere else: this is a place for those who appreciate local cuisine.
