29/12/2024: I have always had a second home in Brusson and since I discovered this little bakery we have always gone there every time we went up to the mountains. Unfortunately I don't have the house anymore but sometimes we go back to Brusson with the excuse of going for a ride but in reality it's just to eat the bread here. Really good, without equal... my favorite is the cereal one... trust me... but the turmeric and raisin ones are also spectacular. Furthermore, the possibility of filling it to your liking on site makes it an excellent option for all those who ski and want to have a packed lunch or for those who go for walks and cannot stop in the refuges. Excellent quality of bread, cheeses and cold cuts.

01/04/2025: Visited her for lunch on a day snowboarding. Very nice food and even better drinks. Superb prices on all we purchased and great views sat in the sun 😎

25/03/2025: Review, done late, for sport fishing (even if it has little sportiness about it). Small beautiful and well-kept lake, surrounded by greenery. The only flaw is too many people and too much mess to fish, but it's fine just the same, just be careful when casting the bait with people behind you. Then, if you're good at fishing, go slowly, because with every cast it's a trout, so drink a beer and in your spare time do your worst because they're sure to bite. This is the negative point for those who are good at fishing. I went there to try some baits before using them in the reserves, and there was no time, zero casts to test the equipment. There are too many trout. The pro is that if you are good, or very good, you look like a divinity there. Considering that people who "rent rods" at the bar fish and they are really old and badly made rods with poor equipment, they fish very little (then there are those like me who go with their own equipment and it's fine). Last summer I gave 3 silicone baits to a family and they started fishing ever since. Having said that, the lake is interesting for the panorama and relaxed fishing with guaranteed catches. The only downside is the absence of big trout and the cost is really high for the catch per kg. See you again next summer!

04/04/2025: arrivato intorno alle 14, la cucina era ancora aperta e sono stato servito in breve tempo. ho preso un menù turistico con primo e contorno (più un calice di rosso) e sono rimasto soddisfatto del gusto e cottura. personale molto gentile ed efficiente, però c'è troppa fretta nel togliere il piatto perché (mio personale giudizio) un turista deve fare le cose in relax. conto "adeguato" alla zona.

11/09/2024: September 2024 - Location I consider among the most evocative as regards our Alps, face to face with the Gran Paradiso massif. Cuisine with traditional dishes from the Aosta Valley.... well-presented appetizers... excellent tomini in green sauce... pasta fresh...polenta...meat...game...trout...etc..etc..prepared with careful care and with excellent quality ingredients...plus for the stewed deer..A particular and subjective consideration despite the fact that it is a rich...substantial cuisine...congratulations to the...chef!!!!!...who..."tames everything"..with the result of tasty flavours, without excess...which they tempt you to try a few more. "Never..Very varied choice of options including desserts. Attentive service...and prepared...a round of applause for the pleasant welcome certainly from the owner and the entire team of collaborators. Highly recommended. .... already visited by me a couple of times... there will be no shortage of other sorties....Well done....!!!!!!!!

04/09/2024: There were 5 of us who took two plates of typical cured meats and cheeses, a Cogne sosa, polenta concia and mushrooms, polenta concia and trio of meats, trio and normal polenta and polenta and carbonada, a cream from Cogne. The typical dishes are rather small and miserable, two tiny pieces of cheese. The Sôsa is rather unrelated but quite good. The polenta concia is superb, the mushrooms abundant, the meat and carbonada good while the sausages are not as good as the rest. The polenta is excellent. The Cogne cream is good. Quick service, very friendly staff, we will be back. We spent €33 per person with water, wine and three coffees

27/02/2025: I like it a lot, very easy to reach, it is located just outside the Verrès motorway exit and not far from the town centre. Ideal for those who want to have a strategic position to reach the ski resorts and at the same time leave themselves the possibility of moving towards other locations in the Aosta Valley. A special mention to the reception, there you will find an exceptionally professional but extremely friendly and nice person, important values ​​and particularly appreciated for those who, like me, travel a lot for work and leisure. Also recommended for those who travel for work.

26/01/2025: I stayed in a hotel in Verrès and I really enjoyed it. Clean and welcoming rooms, with attention to detail and equipped with every essential comfort. The location is ideal, perfect for exploring the town and its surroundings. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide useful advice and make the stay pleasant. The breakfast, rich and varied, was a great way to start the day, with fresh and local products. A positive experience in every respect, which I recommend to anyone looking for comfortable and well-managed accommodation in Verrès.
