28/07/2025: Da fuori non gli daresti due lire, ma appena entrati ti accoglie un bellissimo e particolare locale con camino acceso. Il cameriere, pur essendo da solo, è attento alla clientela e, sebbene il servizio sia un pochino lento, il cibo e il vino (tutti prodotti locali) sono davvero ottimi. Due chiacchiere finali allietate da del Ginepy fanno terminare in allegria la serata.

16/09/2025: Best restaurant in Gressoney-Saint-Jean. Refined dishes, excellent waitresses always available, the only flaw is the wine list, which could be improved. The star dish, venison with polenta, is a must-try...incredible! A special mention goes to the rabbit tuna appetizer...amazing. My favorite first course, gnocchi with garlic, but all of them are good. You spend a little more, but you'll eat much better!
