05/04/2025: CERVINIA, SA.05.04.25 Coming to Birdy Bakery to treat yourself to a nice breakfast is like taking home a beautiful souvenir! Here, already at 7 in the morning, I found what I was looking for: coffee, tea, soy milk and a delicious chocolate and pear cake. All in a young, friendly environment with an innovative and refined look. It is precisely the case to say, as in the hanging painting - see photo - "make coffee and not war". See you soon. 25/03/2025: Bar Ristorante Ostafa in Champoluc is a delicious spot when you're looking to refuel after a day on the slopes. it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and a cozy atmosphere. The friendly staff, l home cooked meals and the scenic terrace adds to the charm.

06/01/2025: Esperienza fantastica! Sono stato oggi per un pranzo ed è stata una scoperta davvero piacevole. La materia prima è di una freschezza incredibile, ogni piatto era un’esplosione di sapori tipici valdostani e di altissima qualità. Il personale è stato impeccabile, sempre gentile e attento a ogni dettaglio, facendoci sentire accolti e coccolati. Anche il locale merita una menzione speciale: curato, accogliente e con un’atmosfera che mette subito a proprio agio. Non vedo l’ora di tornare per provare altri piatti. Assolutamente consigliato!!

14/02/2025: Not a recent but still well-kept structure located in Fenis, a few kilometers from Aosta. The hotel is easily accessible from the state road and has a large free car park, with attached charging stations for electric cars. There is a restaurant, and this is a nice plus, especially if you return after a long day of walking and cultural visits around the region. Room service is managed by young, kind and attentive staff in line with the hotel's mission, which adheres to a beautiful hospitality and accessibility project: more information about this is available and well detailed on the website. The gastronomic offer, which is good and varied, integrates tradition and sustainability. The rooms are well kept, they contain all the services that one might expect in relation to the category of the hotel. The only flaw is the TV, too small... but you can ignore it. The cleanliness was good, as was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. Pleasant stay, positive experience.

03/02/2025: I recently had the opportunity to sleep at the Comtes de Challant in Aosta and I must say that the experience was extraordinary in every respect. In all my previous stays, I had never found such an impeccably clean environment. The room is spacious and tidy, with an extremely comfortable bed that promises a restful night's sleep. I recommend the Comtes de Challant, a true jewel in the heart of Aosta.

14/02/2025: In the great summer heat, we were seated in the air-conditioned interior. Wow, we won't be coming back for the atmosphere and interior design, that's for sure ;) ! However, the service and the food served were absolutely fine!!

13/02/2025: I come here exclusively in the evening, whether it's meat or fish, the quality is there and can be felt in every dish, compliments, polite and friendly waiters

04/02/2025: "Summer" refuge well managed by the friendly and nice owners. Typical Aosta Valley cuisine with excellent dishes and excellent desserts (the Chaligne cake in particular!!!). Comfortable rooms.... And a couple of "Sky boxes" to admire the starry sky. Easy to reach via the farm road both on foot and by bike. In addition to the cows of the nearby mountain pasture there are some alpacas used as walking companions. Worth a visit!!!

23/03/2025: We had dinner last night at this beautiful refuge, arriving by snowmobile. Very positive experience, abundant food with an Aosta Valley menu. Mrs. Marisa and all the rest of the staff were very helpful, a family atmosphere, a magical atmosphere given that it was snowing. Advised. We will be back. Thank you...
