Very central location in the heart of the town with a truly unique charm and magic.
The structure is typical of a mountain hotel, with red windows and dark wood balconies, while inside classic meets modern, with recently renovated, well-kept and spotlessly clean rooms. Last but not least...our cat loves it!!!
The staff is really kind and welcoming and the breakfast is simply fantastic
I go back whenever I can

Auch mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Gastronomie bestätige ich gern, das wir hier eine der besten Pizzen gegessen haben!
Stilvolle gemütliche Einrichtung, SEHR saubere Sanitäranlagen!
Absolute Empfehlung, aber Reservierung sehr ratsam!

22/06/2024: Had lunch here after a hike and it was great! We had the melanzane antipasti and the risotto al bleu d'Aoste. Both were great. Would definitely recommend!

Luogo molto caratteristico, personale attento al cliente, disponibile.
Ho apprezzato il filetto di cervo: carne ottima, sia per il sapore che per la consistenza (si scioglieva in bocca), spaghettoni in camicia con tartufo buoni, il tartufo non era preponderante come sapore.
Personale gentile e servizievole.

Cena al di sopra di ogni aspettativa, con piatti ricercati e materie prime d’eccellenza ma senza trascurare la tradizione. Amo use bouche fantastico come il pre dessert e i dolcini che accompagnano il caffè.
Personale di sala competente e attento senza mai essere invadente.
Per concludere un plauso allo chef che a fine cena passa ai tavoli per caprire se andava tutto bene!!
Bravi continuate così.

30/07/2024: Comfortable and welcoming structure, quiet location ideal for relaxing. Spacious room with stunning views of Mont Blanc. Rich and extremely varied breakfast. The strong point of this hotel is undoubtedly the cuisine: explosion of flavours, excellent quality and excellent presentation. Recommended for lovers of good food. Maitre d' and dining room staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to every need.

27/07/2024: Pleasant hotel in an excellent location. 4 stars without air condotioned, even at 1200m altitude there is no need in summer. Furthermore, with the windows open, many insects arrive. No mosquitoes...with a surprise difference of 15% between booking (cheaper) and hotel price. Unusual

19/07/2024: Fabietto de Lo Peyo is an institution in Saint-Vincent. He and his collaborators are helpful, cheerful, in short, it feels like being at home. Excellent selection of local products, good beers, pleasant house bitters... In one word: a must try!

20/04/2024: Lieu sympathique, belle vue panoramique. Repas très bien sauf le tiramisu le plus mauvais jamais mangé. C'est un peu l'usine.
12/04/2024: Tra le cime del monte Bianco, tra le piste di sci della "La Thuile" un ristorante di elevata gastronomia a circa 2200 m circondato di neve, in una splendida terrazza soleggiata (fortunati), abbaiamo gustato dei piatti tipici valdostani, serviti con attenzione ed piacenza di un personale attento ad ogni esigenza.....facile da raggiungere in sci, più difficile camminando nella neve, ma credetemi n'e valsa la pena....

04/08/2024: It was like this when I passed there as a child going up to Val d'Ayas and today it hasn't changed much. Good pastry shop, nice outdoor tables, courteous staff, very honest prices.
It would need a good overhaul and a complete makeover, especially the bathroom.
I recommend a ride and the hot chocolate!
