05/10/2025: I've been to Nordkapp many times and I think it's the absolute best in all of Gressoney. The quality of the dishes is top-notch, and the wine list, both local and international, is excellent. The place is very welcoming; the wooden decor, the beautiful stove, and the photographs on the walls immerse you in a true Alpine experience. The manager who serves the tables has always been very courteous and helpful; we can't wait to return!

05/10/2025: I've been coming to Gressoney since I was a child, and since I've been working, I've treated myself to at least one dinner at Nordkapp every season. Undoubtedly the best restaurant in the valley, prices are a bit higher than average, but it's definitely worth it. Every dish is tasty, balanced, and perfect. See you this winter! 😊

13/11/2025: The carpaccio was a disaster! No salt, no pepper! Not even olive oil!!! The meat wasn't even sliced ​​thinly and was just thrown on top. The pizza was one of the worst I've ever eaten! Huge for no reason, no toppings! The crust was thin and good, but there was nothing inside. It was just for show during service; you're just eating dough!! Very disappointed!

02/11/2025: I'd say €19.50 for a takeout pizza is crazy. It's unjustified by anything. It's an ordinary pizzeria, small and cramped. The service is like a pizzeria, frenetic. The price should always be proportionate to the product; a takeout pizza at these prices is a rip-off.

28/08/2025: Very good pizza, I recommend the whole wheat dough because it's really good! Relatively quick service and friendly staff :) The atmosphere is noisy, but if you arrive early the room is emptier and the conversation is more pleasant. I recommend booking (there are two sittings, 7:15 or 9:00 p.m. approximately).

27/10/2025: The soup was excellent. Truly creamy and delicate. I wish it had been a little more generous. The crepe was also excellent; if only a couple more forkfuls had been added, it would have been perfect. The charcuterie board was very good and plentiful. (It was eaten by two people; for one, in my opinion, it would have been disgusting.) The bread with chestnut jam and honey was excellent. Unfortunately, the bread was terrible. It seemed like it was made yesterday: dry and stale. The dessert was a homemade chocolate mousse pudding with crushed amaretti biscuits. Let's just say the thumbs up goes only to the "homemade" version. A classic pudding that's not worth its VERY HIGH price of €10. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning. Very rustic and intimate. The staff is friendly and helpful. Reservations are recommended because seating is limited. We only found out at the last minute that there was a 20% discount with the fork, so we paid full price. Here perhaps a "small kindness from the cashier" would have been nice, but it's just my wish, nothing to criticize about the courtesy, food and atmosphere (except the dessert and bread 😅)

02/12/2025: We were on vacation in Aosta for four days... and for three days we dined at this osteria, which we found sublime.... Traditional dishes cooked to perfection... we tried almost everything. I don't know what to recommend because there's so much to choose from. Angelo, the friendly and pleasant waiter, deserves a special mention. Highly recommended. 💯

20/10/2025: Wonderful structure, very beautiful room, comfortable and with all the comforts. We slept in a superior room and it was so in every sense: wardrobe, chest of drawers and spacious and historic bedside tables, the attention to detail is evident. We were provided with a refrigerator, coffee machine (orzo, ginseng, and tea with a teapot, Aosta Valley-style mugs)—spectacular. The bathroom was equipped with everything, soaps, caps, shampoo, conditioner, personal hygiene products, nail file, cotton pads, shower slippers—a real treat. The bed was perfect, including the topper, to rival even the Barbieri hotels. A unique experience that we will definitely repeat. Thanks to Mrs. Maria Lorena who made us feel at home, professional, always available to recommend fantastic places and get us a discount on every place we visited. Wonderful person.

19/08/2025: Personally, I'm not a fan of the somewhat cluttered style, but the room is adequate, although not very large, as is the bathroom, which is clean. For me, the highlight is the breakfast, with a wide selection of sweet and savory items using local produce, and the option of fried eggs. The welcome is decent, but I find the price a bit high (€150) compared to the overall experience, hence my 3 stars.

13/10/2025: We found this restaurant by chance. Intrigued by the elegance and attention to detail, we went in. I don't think we've eaten so well in a lifetime. The dishes were carefully prepared, the freshest ingredients, and everything was truly excellent. We'll definitely be back! I can't wait!
