13/04/2025: People rave about this place and I can see why, they have an extensive menu, we were a party of 4 and tried the fondue, the polenta, the pear and walnut pasta and the burger and everything was excellent and presented decorated with beautiful flowers, looked good and tasted good! Plenty of options for vegetarians, portion sizes are big as well so easy to share. Can also be reached on foot without having to ski down, but is quite a climb up hill on the road.

30/03/2025: Väldigt mysig restaurang, både uteserveringen och inne, och nära till byn om man bestämmer sig för att avsluta skidåkningen tidigt. Bra mat, såklart, det är ju Italien. Sedan blir man välkomnad av restaurangens hund, då blir man extra glad.

22/03/2025: Food fine but not special. Appalling service, though I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was incompetence, not malice. They took so long serving us that we ran out of time in the 2-hour slot and they asked us to vacate the table!

27/02/2025: We had a wonderful gourmet dinner celebrating the birthdays of our adult son and friend. The snow mobile ride up the mountain was exciting. The food and staff were exceptional. When the taxi service could not be reached to arrange for a pick up at the Valle Veny parking lot after the snow mobile ride back down the mountain, the staff arranged to get us back to our hotel in their van. The night was fun and delicious!

25/02/2025: Das Igloo bietet eine gute Küche in der mittleren bis oberen Preisklasse an. Die Auswahl ist ebenfalls umfangreich. Mit den Ski fährt man direkt vor das Restaurant und geniesst eine schöne Mittagspause bei tollem Essen.

22/02/2025: Lunch at Igloo was the highlight of my Zermatt/Cervinia ski trip. The food was absolutely incredible and service unmatched. Sanja is the best! She found us a table for 10 during a very busy time, had EXCELLENT food recommendations (all handmade in-house) and the homemade berry grappa at the end of our meal was insanely good. Highly recommend the pasta of the day and the rigatoni pomodoro. Truly can’t recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back. Ask for Sanja!!

10/03/2025: Posto molto suggestivo, il piano inferiore è arredato con cura, bella atmosfera con sottofondo musicale. Cucina ottima abbiamo preso: carbonara con polenta, tagliolini al ragù di cervo e cervo in crinet . Personale gentilissimo, dipsonibile e alla mano. Prezzi e porzioni assolutamente proporzionati. Consigliatissimo!

02/03/2025: Location: molto suggestiva, camino, luci soffuse, musica di sottofondo con djset, atmosfera totalmente invernale ed accogliente. Cibo: BUONISSIMO. Abbiamo provato la polenta concia e quella con sugo e salsiccia, sensazionali. Consigliamo anche le crespelle valdostane, davvero top. Servizio impeccabile, nonostante il locale al completo, siamo stati seguiti molto bene. A fine serata, dolci da provare senza esitazione, la Torta di mele e la panna cotta. Ci sono stati offerti molto gentilmente gli amari/distillati. Il proprietario ( o capo cameriere) ci ha regalato a fine serata dei dolcetti e una fischietta di Genepy! Gesto super apprezzato! Cercavamo un locale che potesse lasciarci il segno, e così è stato! Consigliatissimo

10/03/2025: Abbiamo aspettato più di un’ora e mezza per i piatti. Il locale è carino e alla fine il cibo non era male ma sono totalmente disorganizzati e soprattutto quando abbiamo chiesto notizie sono stati pure scorbutici. Esperienza da non ripetere..

27/02/2025: I like it a lot, very easy to reach, it is located just outside the Verrès motorway exit and not far from the town centre. Ideal for those who want to have a strategic position to reach the ski resorts and at the same time leave themselves the possibility of moving towards other locations in the Aosta Valley. A special mention to the reception, there you will find an exceptionally professional but extremely friendly and nice person, important values ​​and particularly appreciated for those who, like me, travel a lot for work and leisure. Also recommended for those who travel for work.

26/01/2025: I stayed in a hotel in Verrès and I really enjoyed it. Clean and welcoming rooms, with attention to detail and equipped with every essential comfort. The location is ideal, perfect for exploring the town and its surroundings. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide useful advice and make the stay pleasant. The breakfast, rich and varied, was a great way to start the day, with fresh and local products. A positive experience in every respect, which I recommend to anyone looking for comfortable and well-managed accommodation in Verrès.

23/03/2025: Excellent location to reach Aosta, located on a slightly internal road, personally I did not hear any noise even though the room overlooked the road. Small and comfortable rooms. The kindness of the staff is exceptional! Inside there is also a restaurant where you can have half board also open to external customers like the bar corner. Meeting place for after work or passing truck drivers. Characteristic hotel very clean
