16/03/2025: This restaurant is absolutely amazing. So accommodating of our group of 11 and the lady who runs it is just the best host ever. Also Lorenzo is fabulous. The food is delicious. We shared some plates to start (bruschetta, lardo, caprese salad and charcuterie) and then had ravioli, vongole and various pizzas for mains. Shouldn’t really have had dessert as so full but couldn’t resist trying their tiramisu and pana cotta. All were superb. Highly recommended 👏🏻👏🏻

01/04/2025: Nous y sommes allés 2 jours de suite! Accueil très sympathique et nourriture excellente. La polenta gratinée aux cèpes était excellente. Même choses pour les lasagnes blanches aux cèpes et truffes et les penne arrabiata. Portions généreuses et prix plus que corrects. Très bons vins blanc et rouge du Val d’Aoste. Réservation recommandée en haute saison.

21/02/2025: Sono rimasta assolutamente incantato dalla mia recente visita a “Cantina Du Clou”. Fin dal momento in cui sono entrata, sono stata accolta da un'atmosfera calda e invitante. L'arredamento era curato nei minimi dettagli, creando un'atmosfera intima e raffinata. Il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e professionale. I camerieri sono stati attenti, fornendoci consigli eccellenti sui piatti e sui vini. Ma la vera star dello spettacolo è stata la cucina. Ogni piatto era un'opera d'arte, sia per la presentazione che per il sapore. Ho particolarmente apprezzato gli gnocchi viola, un'esplosione di sapori che mi ha lasciato senza parole. La carta dei vini era ben fornita, con una selezione di etichette per tutti i gusti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato eccellente. Considerando la qualità del cibo, del servizio e dell'atmosfera, i prezzi erano più che ragionevoli. Consiglio vivamente Cantina Du Clou a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile. Che si tratti di una cena romantica, di una serata tra amici o di un'occasione speciale, questo ristorante è la scelta perfetta.

17/02/2025: Assolutamente consigliato, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L’ambiente è molto tranquillo e accogliente, i camerieri sono stati super disponibili e ci hanno consigliato in modo eccellente. Il cibo era strepitoso, dall’antipasto al dessert. Torneremo sicuramente

07/04/2025: I highly recommend this place, we ate like God! The appetizer was the gnocchi with ham, very fresh, it melted in the mouth, the first course was the Valpellinense soup, very tasty, and it was a typical dessert with caramel - delicious! The staff is very friendly, thank you!

03/03/2025: This place was recommended to us by the host of our Airbnb. We can only be happy with it because it is an excellent restaurant. The menu is typical, simple but delicious dishes (it also does fish dishes which we didn't try but which looked excellent). The waitress was very kind to us, also explaining what type of event was taking place in the town these days (a beautiful ancient carnival!). We will happily return when we pass through here!

04/04/2025: Stopped here for lunch during skiing on a sunny April day and had a lovely experience. Delicious pasta (we had pasta with gorgonzola sauce, vegetable lasagne & bolognese) and the potato dips were excellent - which are available as a bar snack. The apple Strudel for dessert was particularly good. 12 - 20 euros for the mains. Fantastic location with gorgeous mountain views, away from the crowds & lifts. We would definitely visit again.

22/03/2025: Excellent hotel located in a strategic point of Valnontey. Clean and welcoming rooms, very good restaurant with generous portions. I recommend it, we will definitely return

31/01/2025: We stayed a couple of days but it was enough to notice cleanliness, professionalism, kindness and courtesy. Very nice and characteristic rooms (with bottled water on arrival and option of blanket and additional pillows) all in wood with double sink bathroom. Very close to the center. Possibility of parking both outside and in the garage. Fantastic breakfast also with handmade cakes. Lunch with various menus or à la carte. All very good. We will definitely repeat the experience also in the summer.

05/03/2025: Highly recommended! We had a delicious meal here in a pleasant and casual atmosphere. The pizzas were fantastic - in our opinion the best we've tasted in the entire Aosta Valley. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. An absolute must is the local white frizzante wine, which was also by far the best we drank in the region. We would definitely like to come back here!
