07/10/2025: The focus here is primarily on wine, with snacks being an afterthought. The place is busy; Enzo is obviously known in town (they greet each other), and the fact that locals stop by is a sure sign that it's good. And yes: the waiter knows what he's recommending, and the local wine, a Gewürztraminer, was really good. Value for money and friendliness: just right, and you'll enjoy coming here! Top-notch.

20/09/2025: Tourist trap. Avoid this place. Food is average at best with low quality ingredients. Service is lacking in care and attention. Staff uninterested and dismissive. We were given chipped plates. So many better places In Courmayeur. Nothing Walser about this place.

19/09/2025: No one cleans a blue trout like this! For the cleanest trout in Courmayeur, come to Walser. They're also very friendly!

06/09/2025: A truly enchanting place. We spent the whole afternoon here after lunch because the restaurant is surrounded by a beautiful meadow and several trails. You reach it after a half-hour walk (at a leisurely pace) along a truly stunning forest trail. The food is all delicious, all homemade, including the wines and grappas... a perfect way to sample a variety of traditional dishes. The fixed price for lunch is €24 per person, excluding drinks, a very reasonable price considering the many generous portions. We'll definitely be back!

26/08/2025: After a 30-minute walk, you'll find the restaurant with a beautiful lawn and centuries-old chestnut trees. An excellent lunch with friends.

29/08/2025: Throughout our vacation, we came here every evening to drink amaro because the outdoor seating overlooks a beautiful little square, the staff are super friendly and always smiling, and the prices are really reasonable. I recommend trying the pomegranate amaro they offer.

05/12/2025: I've been to this spectacular trattoria, right in the center of Aosta, near the Christmas markets. The entrance is beautiful, the interior is very beautiful, and the portions are generous and good value for money. I'll definitely be back. A great place for tourists. Highly recommended!

02/11/2025: We booked two hours before dinner on a public holiday and they found us a table. We ordered typical Aosta Valley dishes (an appetizer, two main courses), a half-board of wine, and dessert, and spent €60 for two. The dishes were tasty and plentiful. The service was quick, though a bit chaotic. The setting is semi-modern, with a grocery-style entrance where you can also buy local products to take away (e.g., chestnuts in alcohol, genepy, etc.). Excellent value for money! Recommended if you're in the area.

17/11/2025: Enchanting location, one of the few hotels/restaurants completely immersed in nature, with friendly and helpful staff. The dinner was delicious, with high-quality ingredients, everything was truly delicious! The wines they recommended to accompany the dishes were perfect. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

17/11/2025: The hotel's location is incredible, one of the few hotels in Cervinia and the surrounding area with a magical atmosphere. The hotel is truly beautiful, every detail is meticulously cared for, and it's truly worth it. I would honestly recommend it to everyone! We ate the best Valpellinenze ever, and the rest of the food was delicious too! Excellent wine... For anyone passing through, I recommend it even just for lunch or dinner.

11/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per cena , di passaggio da Aosta , che fortuna aver trovato La Bottegaccia . Abbiamo assaggiato il lardo d'Arnard con le castgne al miele ( ne abbiamo preso un vaso ! ) , la carne maussad e una fonduta valdostana . La sig.ra Danila ci ha suggerito il vino La Sabla , un abbinamento perfetto ! abbiamo degustato dei patti tipici veramente da leccarsi i baffi !!!! Se passate/andta in Val d' Aosta DOVETE fermarvi a La Bottegaccia ! Grazie a Danila da Eleonora & Bruno di Trieste !

20/06/2025: Plats valdotains de qualité avec une explication de leurs ingrédients et leurs provenances, en français et avec le sourire de la patronne. Rapport qualité prix excellent. De nombreux vins de la région sont proposés. A découvrir absolument.

06/09/2025: I've stopped a few times for a coffee and to soak up the sun on the outdoor terrace, which enjoys a fantastic exposure in the morning. A few more tables would have been appreciated. The staff were very friendly, especially the owner, who gave me helpful information on where to dine. I'll be back.

07/08/2025: Comfortable bar, kindness and friendliness assured... as well as good breakfasts, excellent snacks and delicious lunches, such as various salads, carpaccio and other little things! Enchanting Matterhorn view!👍 Always highly recommended, in every season!
