14/04/2025: I'm sorry to have to give a rather negative opinion on this restaurant but I have to be objective. Nothing to say about the food, really excellent. Unfortunately the service was lacking in several aspects, a first request for lemon for seasoning was lost in the void and the second was made with ONE skimpy slice. Sixteen people stuck together at the table in a dark tavern, oh well. Wi-Fi connection null, password asked, incorrect provided. Let's not talk about the bill.

25/02/2025: Nice place in front of the Saint Vincent spa, we stopped for an aperitif and I must say that we had a good time.

10/02/2025: Good place to eat without pretensions but with good home cooking.. it's more of a bar / pub but welcoming and convenient with parking for the spa in front. The only flaw is that it's a little small

05/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato e siamo stati letteralmente incantati! L'ambiente è accogliente e elegante, con un'atmosfera calda e invitante. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: il personale è stato cordiale, attento e disponibile. Ci hanno aiutato a scegliere i piatti migliori e hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Ma il vero protagonista della serata è stato il cibo! Tutto era assolutamente delizioso e abbiamo finito il pasto con un dolce incredibile. Consiglio vivamente la Cantina du Clou a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza culinaria unica e indimenticabile. 5 stelle su 5!"

30/03/2025: Seconda esperienza alla cantina, se la prima volta ci siamo trovati bene, la seconda merita una recensione da 10 e lode! Il personale offre il servizio migliore trovato in valle(gentile e presente ,ma non invadente,preparati ma non supponenti insomma perfetti!) e la cucina? Ogni volta qualche novità! Gli affettati fatti da loro valgono già il viaggio,le carni sempre cotte come richiesto e i dolci (consigliati per ogni necessità) Grazie a tutti per un'altra cena perfetta; ( prezzi super giusti per la qualità proposta)

01/04/2025: Nous y sommes allés 2 jours de suite! Accueil très sympathique et nourriture excellente. La polenta gratinée aux cèpes était excellente. Même choses pour les lasagnes blanches aux cèpes et truffes et les penne arrabiata. Portions généreuses et prix plus que corrects. Très bons vins blanc et rouge du Val d’Aoste. Réservation recommandée en haute saison.

07/03/2025: Lasagne et tiramisu = une tuerie 😀 Dommage d être venu que le dernier jour du séjour sinon je serai venu plusieurs fois. A l annee prochaine 😄

07/04/2025: I highly recommend this place, we ate like God! The appetizer was the gnocchi with ham, very fresh, it melted in the mouth, the first course was the Valpellinense soup, very tasty, and it was a typical dessert with caramel - delicious! The staff is very friendly, thank you!

25/03/2025: Bella sorpresa nel centro storico di Verres si trova questo ristorante storico con tavoli in legno e cucina tipica. Noi abbiamo preso due tagliate davvero molto buone. Prezzi giusti
