19/01/2025: 14 of us had dinner last night Super welcoming restaurant, the staff were really friendly, helpful and very nice, they were able to immediately put us at ease and there was no shortage of laughter between one course and another The food is really excellent, quality raw materials, from the meat sauce to the ragù and the Chianina rib, I think one of the best places to eat meat Personally I recommend it and I will definitely come back! 02/03/2025: Abbiamo fatto il menù degustazione che cambia secondo la stagionalità veramente molto buono. Adatto anche a chi ha bambini perché volendo ti fanno paste e secondo più semplici. Locale molto rustico e curato, assolutamente da tornare!

14/02/2025: I haven't lived in the Tiber Valley for 4 years now, I decide to go and visit my cousin, in a hurry, we decide to get a kebab and he takes me here to Jumanji saying that he knows the owner, the place is small but still offers a wide choice of excellent quality sandwiches and fried foods, we opted for a fried dish and two piadinas, I've never eaten such good meat in a kebab, plus Marco the owner is a fantastic and cheerful person, it's always nice to meet people like that!!

19/03/2025: Nonostante il tempo non promettesse bene, abbiamo voluto andare a visitare questo piccolo comune a poca strada dalla Tuscia ed assaggiare i famosi vini della zona direttamente sul posto. Abbiamo visto questo locale molto carino e alla mano dove abbiamo potuto assaggiare alcune prelibatezze locali. Abbiamo mangiato per antipasto degli affettati davvero buonissimi, forse la cosa più buona in assoluto, erano eccezionali, compreso un prosciutto di Norcia eccezionale. Per primo un tagliolino al tartufo davvero molto buono, con un'abbondante grattata anche sopra e mia moglie ha preso una con ragù bianco di chianina, anch'essa davvero buona. Pensavamo di prendere il secondo ma tra i molti affettati, pane e i primi abbiamo optato per il dolce. Una pera cotta al Sagrantino che era da leccarsi i baffi e con un loro dolce tradizionale a base di cioccolato, dal gusto delicato ma buono. Ovviamente per vino abbiamo preso un Sagrantino che era eccezionale. Uno dei vini davvero top d'Italia e quindi del mondo. Personale gentile e simpatico. Unica pecca, i lunghi tempi d'attesa. Sia da quando ci siamo messi a sedere sia per aspettare il primo. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo. Un posto che comunque consiglierei ad amici e ci riandrei molto volentieri e infatti....ci vediamo per la prossima volta.

Unmissable for those looking for quality and conviviality. 

17/02/2025: If you visit Panicale, this is also worth a stop, certainly also thanks to the room where there is a table overlooking the lake, with a breathtaking view of the entire valley. We had lunch there, and given the day we sat outside in the sun where there are some outdoor tables overlooking the square. Two excellent soups with legumes, but there are pizzas, desserts, platters, and also lasagna.. We sat down, ordered, ate, paid the bill at the end... even though I wanted to pay immediately. This wasn't a given given that we were outdoors... Thank you.

19/03/2025: Perfect choice for a quick lunch with typical dishes. Excellent porchetta. Friendly and familiar service. About fifteen seats inside and two tables outside. Sale of local products and wines. They also accept our 4-legged friends.

15/03/2025: I'll start by describing the setting in which we had dinner: a warm, beautiful place, with a vaulted roof, a lit fireplace, a clothes rack at the entrance (a rarity), tables set to perfection with real tablecloths; welcoming, attentive, discreet owner and waitress. Impeccable service. The food? Delightful! Tasty! Yummy! All with superlatives and exclamation points. Well deserved! The bill? Very honest! (Here too the superlative and exclamation point are deserved). Will we go back? Yes, very willingly. And finally: Compliments to the chef.
