With that mixed cow/sheep cheese...sooo delicious!! Unique beers!! They let me try a sour beer with this intense strawberry flavor that...I didn't like it, but congratulations on the courage to try it. I've never tried or seen a beer like this!!! WELL DONE, WELL DONE, WELL DONE!! Go there ✌️🍻

03/10/2025: We had dinner with the Fork and were surprised not only by the quality of the food but also by the hospitality and the particular kindness. We were greeted with a free and appreciated gastronomic surprise and left with delicious limoncello, always free. Truly excellent!! We'll be back soon.

30/06/2025: As promised, it was a MUST to write this review for this hotel. Structure organized on 3 levels. In the lower area: breakfast room, lunch and dinner room, bathrooms attached to the rooms and a wonderful swimming pool which unfortunately we did not use; ground floor: reception and rooms; first floor rooms. We were a group of about 50 people who stayed overnight and lodged in this structure on a full board basis. We chose it because of its strategic position: it allowed us to be in Assisi in about 25 minutes and since we moved by bus, in the structures located more in the city center we would have had to pay the entrance fee for the vehicle, but in this case we did not have to. The staff was extremely kind: Mr. Paolo, the receptionist, was able to welcome and manage all our requests, for this I have to mention him in an exceptional way, because his service and his precision contributed to making our stay easy and efficient, thank you. The restaurant staff was also always welcoming and ready to manage all our requests. The food served was well cooked and reasonably good, judgement expressed in the quality-price ratio. The rooms all equipped with TV and very efficient air conditioning; the beds really comfortable, with the only complaint of the pillows (always) too thin in hotels, but now we have learned to ask for a few more. The cleanliness was visibly high, both in the common areas and in the rooms. I was not afraid to take a shower without slippers and that says it all. 22/09/2025: Farmhouse located about 30 minutes from Gubbio. The owner family is very welcoming and helpful. The farmhouse is surrounded by nature, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and tranquil. Clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay and a chance to explore the beautiful surroundings.

26/05/2025: Ho dormito nella casa adiacente al ristorante e ne ho approfittato per un'ottima cena. Personale genuino ed accogliente, buoni i crostini e ottimo il maialino funghi e tartufo. Discreto il vino della casa, buono il prezzo.

22/03/2025: Era da tempo che avevamo puntato questo locale, ma per un motivo o l'altro non eravamo mai riusciti a realizzare questo progetto, comunque credeteci: l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata!! Il signor Carlo e tutto il suo staff, si prodigano per farti sentire a proprio agio, cibo superlativo! Abbiamo preso l'antipastissimo, un vero tripudio di sapori, poi la carpa regina in porchetta ed il tegamaccio ai funghi, tutto buonissimo!! Il locale non è grandissimo, ma è ben sfruttato e nel rispetto delle distanze che ancora oggi è bene mantenere memori di un passato non molto lontano. Esperienza positivissima, grazie sig. Carlo!!

05/05/2025: With my family we spent four days in this WONDERFUL farmhouse nestled in the hills of Umbria. We had such a good time that we plan to return. Very kind owners. The cuisine is excellent at both breakfast and dinner, the latter absolutely worth trying. Although the location may seem out of the way, it is very convenient for visiting the region. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
