We were welcomed with cordiality and sympathy and "spoiled" by Chiara and her young colleague. When we pass by Assisi again we will definitely return

Cucina super genuina, di ottima preparazione affidata alla madre delle due, gusto ottimo sia per i primi che per i secondi come il vino. Prossima al sito di Rasiglia, ma su un altro pianeta del piacere, rispetto agli esercizi contigui al sito. Una esperienza che varrebbe la pena di ripetere pur distante 250 km da casa.

06/08/2025: Set back a few meters from the main avenue, Falisco doesn't seem like a particularly attractive place at first glance, but once you're seated, you realize the food is king. Two exceptional off-menu first courses, two delicious desserts, coffee, water, and a half-liter of wine for €42. Excellent, I'd say. Very friendly staff and fast service. I absolutely recommend it!

31/07/2025: We happened upon the Falisco restaurant in Montefalco today for lunch, and it was a pleasant discovery. Outdoor seating in the shade, quiet and breezy, rich and tasty appetizers. We had first courses with REAL truffles, which were not only delicious but also plentiful. The service was excellent and the prices fair. Keep up the good work, see you next time.

14/07/2025: Osteria Novecento is a haven of tranquility and familiarity that transports you back in time. The welcoming smile and the intimate atmosphere immediately make you know it's the right place. After a day of pouring rain, what's better than an osteria that offers traditional dishes as well as excellent reinterpretations of Italian classics? I found the goose ragù and the cold veal simply fantastic. Plus, you don't run the risk of drinking only water!!! I'll just give you one piece of advice: never change!

26/05/2025: Living in Ireland, we always dreamed of getting married in Italy—and from the moment we discovered San Pietro Sopra Le Acque, we knew we had found the perfect place. After a video call with Sara, who kindly walked us through the venue, we instantly fell in love. Even through the screen, the charm and beauty of the venue shone through. From start to finish, the entire planning process was seamless. Sara was nothing short of incredible—patient, warm, and endlessly helpful. No request was too big or small, whether it was creating our signature cocktails or even importing Tayto crisps (a must-have for any Irish wedding!). Her attention to detail and dedication meant we could relax and truly enjoy the experience. The staff who supported us throughout the weekend were professional, kind, and attentive. We felt so well taken care of, and so did our guests. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. From the delicious pizza party the night before, to our wedding dinner, to the relaxed BBQ the next day—every meal was spectacular. Our guests are still talking about it! And the venue itself... breathtaking. Nestled in the hills of Umbria, it felt like something out of a fairy tale. Our guests described it as magical, and we couldn’t agree more. We had an excellent pizza, and both an appetizer and a main course were excellent. Great attention to detail, the staff was kind and helpful, and the food was clean and tasteful. Highly recommended. 25/07/2025: The service was friendly (as is the case everywhere in the city 😊), but the pistachio tiramisu didn't have the pistachio cream like in the photo. The waiter's response: the cream is now incorporated into the mixture. Unfortunately, the tiramisu didn't taste of pistachios at all, making it hard to believe. It was served in a thin plastic bowl. A real shame... the coffee, unfortunately, was just as disappointing :(
