22/07/2025: My family and I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The location is excellent because it's close to everything—just a few minutes away are Vipiteno, the Monte Cavallo cable car, and more. The cleanliness is excellent, as are the meals, which are truly delicious! For those with children, there's both a lovely outdoor and indoor playground with lots of fun activities. I highly recommend it!

13/08/2025: We had dinner at this hotel, with a restaurant run by attentive and professional staff. There's a separate gluten-free menu. The price was fair considering the service. Ample parking nearby.

02/08/2025: The restaurant is located on the main road in Corvara. The staff is friendly, but the menu isn't exactly typical! Unfortunately, the spelt soup was overcooked, the strudel was good, but the crust was very hard, and the vanilla cream that accompanied it was refrigerator-cold.

01/07/2025: Location easy to reach on foot from the center or by car with several parking spaces nearby. You can eat inside in different rooms or outside. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Wide selection of pizzas all really good. You can also request lactose-free mozzarella. The dishes of the kitchen are also very good. Recommended!

21/08/2025: We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel has a lovely, homely feel and is situated just outside of town in a very peaceful area. It’s only about a 15-minute walk into town, or you can hop on the free bus for a quick 2-minute ride. Getting to the main attractions was super easy from here. The rooms were cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection to choose from, and the morning cappuccinos were fantastic. We also really enjoyed the self-help bar — such a nice touch! We love Ortisei and would love to come back to visit in the winter months — and we would happily stay here again. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

18/08/2025: We went here for lunch and had high expectations, but they really disappointed me. The place has incredible potential, but it doesn't deliver. The food was average, except for the fact that the fish steak had six bones, and when we pointed this out, they didn't say anything, not even "sorry" or "excuse me." Furthermore, the desserts after 2 pm weren't the ones on the menu (they didn't even warn us), but simpler ones off the menu. We had a Linzer torte that was completely burned on the outside and dry on the inside. Of course, the waitress said, "Yeah, it's a little burned." In other words, if you know a product isn't good, then you don't serve it. Those are the basic rules. They didn't even take anything off the bill as an apology. I think there's still a long way to go, or rather, it would be a good idea to change the chef or reorganize the kitchen. For a 5-star restaurant, certain mistakes aren't allowed. Not even in a trattoria.

17/08/2025: I base my review solely on our lunch visit to the restaurant, which should have been a special treat for us during Ferragosto. The ambiance and cuisine were outstanding, but the service left much to be desired and didn't live up to the promises and expectations. We were served by a total of nine waiters who weren't coordinated with each other and were split into three groups, each responsible for us for an hour. There was neither communication nor an orderly handover between shifts, and the kitchen also suffered as a result, having its problems with the scheduling. We had a reservation for 12:30 p.m. and opted for a surprise menu, the last course of which was served three and a half hours later. This is simply not worthy of such a magnificent-looking hotel/restaurant with such a wonderful setting.

23/05/2025: We have already been customers of the restaurant in Bressanone so we knew what to expect... it was still a pleasant surprise for the friendly, kind and helpful staff, the service, the quality of the food and the ease of parking. We arrived with the intention of a super meat meal, even though we are heavyweights, we were unable to finish what they brought us, thanks to the endless side dishes that are served. The meat is really excellent, cooked perfectly. Another point in favor of the place is that in addition to the churrascaria there is also a pizzeria in case of quick meals or if someone does not want an excessive load of proteins ... It is worth stopping if you pass by those parts.

05/05/2025: We came here for a stopover - it's nice to sit outside and we were served quickly. Pizza is only available until around 2 p.m. There are even a few vegan options.

29/08/2025: Nice little place on the road, we stopped not knowing what it could be, you can also eat outside if you want, we ate decently, the price is right!

11/09/2025: The rooms are rustic but clean. For wet motorcyclists, they're happy to dry clothes in the dryer. The staff is very good and friendly. I was particularly impressed by Alex, a funny Bavarian with his friendly, open manner. The pizza and breakfast are delicious.

06/09/2025: A very kind sales assistant recommended it to us, and I have to say that while it may not look like much from the outside, inside it's a typical South Tyrolean restaurant with a traditional stube and all the rest. We ordered two items off the menu; the final price was a bit high, but the food justified it. The staff were very direct but helpful, and if you can get a smile out of them, they're also friendly. RESERVATIONS are highly recommended, almost mandatory.

26/06/2025: During our holiday in Alto Adige, we discovered this restaurant thanks to the advice of our campsite… and it was a truly pleasant surprise! The menu offers refined and well-prepared dishes, with a touch of innovation that never clashes with the flavours of the area. We enjoyed every course, from starters to dessert. A round of applause also for the drinks of the day: excellent and original, recommended with competence and courtesy by the dining room staff, who were always welcoming, attentive and helpful. The environment is modern, with attention to detail and very pleasant, perfect for a relaxing and slightly special dinner. Highly recommended for those looking for something different from the usual refuges, with quality and style!

23/04/2025: Top, seid ein paar Jahren vertrauen wir dem Koch und lassen uns mit dem Menu verwöhnen, einfach Klasse. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht, nur positiv überrascht - M. Wollte heute die Küche Räubern.

31/07/2025: We ate here on vacation with our 16-year-old son. We parked our motorhome on the site opposite. Because it's a restaurant located in a sports complex, our expectations weren't that high, but the pizza 🍕 was amazing 🤩. The value for money was absolutely excellent, and the wine was good too. If we stay at this site again, we'll be happy to come back.

29/04/2025: Nach einer tollen Fahrt bis in 1000m Höhe sahen wir unsere Unterkunft in Dramen von der anderen Talseite. Das Essen war sehr lecker und leider gibt es solche Gasthäuser in D sehr selten noch zu finden. Service sehr freundlich und die Weinauswahl ist super zu moderaten Preisen. Da macht das Geniessen Spass. Gerne wieder und Klasse das so viele eigene Produkte vom Hof verarbeitet werden. Man schmeckt!

12/01/2025: Schõnes Lokal mit traumhafter Aussicht und super Essen ,zum Teil aus der Produktion vom eigenen Bauernhof .Das Service ist sehr sympatisch und professionell ..
