30/11/2025: A typical corner of paradise. Just a few tables, a warm atmosphere, excellent food, and a fair price. Friendly and polite staff.

08/11/2025: The sign said the kitchen closed at 3:30 PM, and it's 3 PM now, with tables available, and they refused to seat us. Disgraceful.

06/11/2025: Beautiful place, even though it's practically underground! Professional and attentive staff! The only flaw is... the food, apart from the fact that I was disappointed, the quality is too much for that price. You pay a lot and eat badly. I ordered the meat platter and the schlutzkrapfen. The quantity was below average, and the quality, let's say, isn't excellent. It's a shame because the location is very nice and welcoming.

20/10/2025: We stayed here for one night while passing through and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are simple but clean. The food was perfect. The pizza was as you'd expect in Italy, and even better. The schnitzel and roast potatoes were perfect. The breakfast, for a 2-star hotel, should definitely be 5-star. Coffee was available in all varieties! The atmosphere in the evenings and in the mornings was friendly and very humorous. If you like a rustic and cozy place, this is the place for you. Thank you for the lovely stay, we'd love to come back!

12/11/2025: What I appreciated most about this place was the atmosphere: typical South Tyrolean fare, without too many frills, and still retaining its authenticity. The pizza and dough were good, and the staff were very welcoming.

12/11/2025: The food is absolutely delicious! I went once for lunch (pumpkin soup) and once for dinner (Pizza Katalin & apple strudel), and both times it was excellent. The selection of pizzas is very large, with something for everyone. The portion sizes and prices are perfectly reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I didn't have a reservation either time. In the evening, I arrived around 7:30 pm and was seated after a minimal wait of about 5 minutes. At lunchtime, around 2 pm, I was lucky and found the only free table. So, I would generally recommend making a reservation, especially during peak hours. The ambiance is lovely. The high, curved ceilings, the old wood paneling, and the open layout of the pizzeria create a spacious and inviting atmosphere. However, the large, open design also means it can get noisy quickly once there are more guests. The outdoor area is furnished with tables and benches and features soft music; thanks to the neighboring houses and screening hedges, it's very quiet and beautifully situated. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating, fulfilling every extra request, and I was even recognized on my second visit.

29/10/2025: We stayed one night and I wouldn't recommend it. The room we booked was cold. We asked for the heating to be turned on, but after half an hour, only the bathroom heating worked, not the room heating. We called and were told to wait (even though it was clearly broken, since the other heating worked). Furthermore, the bidet wouldn't flush. At the end of the day, they told us the heating was broken and they would change our room. When we arrived, we found it COLD, too! Embarrassing... and on top of that, we didn't receive a real apology, just a simple "let's turn the heating on now"... Poor service and rude staff. Given the price this hotel charges for one night, I expected at least a more comfortable room and more courtesy.

03/10/2025: For this year's autumn bike tour, we decided to book our hotel as a fixed-priced option for the first time. We wanted a modern, alpine-style hotel in a quiet location as the starting point for our tours. And what can I say? Of all the accommodations we've stayed in the same category on our previous tours, this one is by far the most beautiful, comfortable, friendly, and relaxing. It starts with the welcome at reception, the amazement upon entering the suite, the very friendly service staff (whether reception, waitresses, or room attendants), the delicious dinner (who wouldn't get full after four courses?), an exciting wine tasting, the bike parking, the pool... The list goes on. And the host also took the time for wonderfully entertaining conversations with us. Every day was a delight. Our bodies were active during the day, we were able to marvel at the magnificent nature, and in the afternoon we were able to relax and unwind – both together are balm for the soul. Until next time, Mr. Brunner, you have won us as a regular guest 😃.

11/10/2025: A wonderful, comfortable atmosphere, with first-class and very attentive service. Here, you pay €3 per person for a cover charge. The accompaniment from the kitchen was very tasty and lovingly prepared. Unfortunately, the main course was very disappointing. The dumplings were bland by South Tyrolean standards, and the chanterelle mushrooms were unfortunately too salty. But I would still come back, as everything else was really good, and try a different dish.

15/11/2025: Finally, a modern setting with individual seating around the attractive horseshoe-shaped bar. Lighting, ambiance, music, and a young, friendly staff. The food is modern, but without overdoing it with elaborate dishes.

09/11/2025: Well-maintained venue, very knowledgeable staff Waiting for out-of-this-world food was about an hour and a half after ordering.

28/10/2025: A fantastic bakery, where service and passion for their work are paramount. The chestnut cake is highly recommended. The chestnuts really come into their own and are a perfect match. The Black Forest cake and the quark turnover are also highly recommended.

07/10/2025: More than impressed. Top-notch service, excellent regional cuisine, warm hosts, a fantastic location, centrally located near the train station, rooms with mountain views and a very quiet atmosphere. The hotel's own distillery offers tastings of fine, rare spirits and liqueurs.

31/10/2025: We visited the mountain hut in October... right on the day it closed for the season. Thanks to a beautiful day and the stunning view, we spent a wonderful day outdoors, sitting at one of the tables on the terrace. The trail to get there isn't very difficult and is suitable for children. The food was good.

My wife and I stayed at this splendid property a few years ago, and looking back at some photos reminded us of how wonderful that time was. The hotel is truly fabulous: there's no shortage of attention to guests; we felt pampered, served, and revered at every moment. The wellness center is relaxing and perfectly organized, completely available to guests. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, with impeccable cleanliness that would make even the best hotels in the area envious. Breakfast is a real highlight: sumptuous, with fresh, homemade products, capable of satisfying every taste. A huge compliment to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism, and a special thanks to the owner, a truly down-to-earth person, humble, and respectful towards both guests and his staff. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

06/12/2025: We called and asked for a table for two at 9:00 PM. The lady asked someone and then confirmed the reservation. When we got to the restaurant, we waited 10 minutes for the table to be ready. That's fine, but once we were seated and decided on what we wanted to order, we told the waiter, who in turn told us he'd have to ask the kitchen because it was closing (saying, "It's not like down in Italy, everything closes early here." P.S. We're in Italy, but okay). Despite this, we received everything we asked for (well, except the beer, because he'd forgotten; he was visibly struggling). I would have liked dessert too, but I didn't even try. Let's just say that if you make a reservation, you also have to be sure you can serve customers (as I said at the beginning, we arrived at 9:00 PM, and Google said the kitchen closed at 10:00 PM). Aside from all that, we have to say that the food was good; we enjoyed it. So, guys, my advice: go eat early; you'll eat well and you won't have any problems.

21/10/2025: I usually order online. Today I was there. We were vacationing in the area, and I'd always wanted to meet my supplier. So I took the time to go there. The quality of the products convinced me, and of course, I bought the things I usually order online.
