A place that brings local customs to life. You immerse yourself in and experience the Ladin culture through the style, decor, waiters' uniforms, and especially the food. We felt truly welcome and welcomed. The waiter, Vlad, was very professional and present at just the right time. The dishes were exceptional and prepared with such care. We spent a weekend in Corvara and a friend and I ate here. Everything was delicious, the service impeccable, and special mention goes to Schià, who served us with passion and recommended dishes and wines. We'll definitely be back, given the enjoyable evening.

I'll start with what I liked.
A very pleasant, atmospheric place. Very friendly service.
Unfortunately, the ribs I ordered were dry, probably reheated several times, and simply not good. I received a 50% discount after sharing my thoughts, but that's not very reassuring because when I ordered this dish, I wasn't interested in receiving a discount for its quality, but rather that it was good and freshly prepared.
The second dish I ordered was a sirloin steak. It was served without asking, generously doused with barbecue sauce...
I like steaks, but I really dislike barbecue sauce. I've never seen a steak served this way before.

We came on vacation to Corvara in Badia and tried this excellent restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, the food is truly delicious, and the atmosphere is truly unique. If you're in the area, give it a try. I tried the pork shank, and my girlfriend had the homemade tagliatelle with venison. We'll definitely be back!

A truly wonderful restaurant with a very friendly, attentive yet unobtrusive service.
The steak we had was absolutely fantastic. The venison carpaccio was also delicious. We also tried the onion soup — of course it’s not exactly like the classic French version, but it was rich, comforting, and very tasty.
Overall, we definitely recommend this place. It’s perfect for a cozy dinner with friends or for a romantic evening.

We were there last year and the food was excellent. This time, unfortunately, the food was average, but the service was brilliant. It's still a great place, but the price isn't justified if the food quality doesn't improve.
