Everything was perfect. The property was spotless, and the location was perfect for enjoying the mountain views. The pool, the panoramic terrace, and the food were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the hotel for eight days (hiking holiday). The location is fantastic, with easy access to buses and trailheads for hikes in all directions. The town center is also easily reachable on foot (or by bus if you're not up for walking). The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming – you always feel at home. Dinner was always a wonderful way to end our day – we looked forward to it every single night. The menu was very varied, with a wonderfully fresh salad bar and delicious appetizers, main courses, and desserts (offered as a choice each morning).
The beds are comfortable – the rooms are a bit simpler than some other hotels, but everything is fine.
We would love to come back again.

We spent four nights at the Hotel Kolping with half-board and were thrilled! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the entire property is spotless, and the food was varied and delicious! (My partner is a picky eater, and as a vegetarian, I was very well catered for – perfect! ;-)

Excellent hotel!
Everything was perfect. Not directly in the city, but still very easy to reach.
The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent, helpful, and attentive.
The rooms were spacious and clean. We booked a superior room directly through the hotel's website and didn't regret it at all! The mountain views were stunning and absolutely breathtaking.
It was our first time in Merano, and certainly not our last. We will definitely book this hotel again.
