Spacious, clean and very bright rooms. Very courteous staff. Excellent location, you can easily walk to the center. The SPA is available in which to relax after a day spent in the snow.

I arrived at this hotel by chance in February and was so pleasantly impressed that I wanted to return in March too, for my birthday. Everything perfect: cleanliness, hospitality, SUPER SPA, food. Optimal. Thanks: I'll definitely be back.

Cozy, well-kept hotel close to the centre. We had a great time.

We were there over a long weekend, whether maid/reception/bar/service, everyone was polite. Our room had a nice covered balcony with seating/clean room. There is also a spa, which we didn't use because we were outside... Parking is available free of charge. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful. We were completely satisfied and will come back.

Perfect for a holiday in Merano. Nice rooms, good service, great location, cheap underground car park with wallbox.

The hotel is very centrally located and has very nice rooms, accommodation options and an extensive wellness area. The breakfast buffet is lavish. The coffee in particular is excellent.

A very nice hotel with great views, a nice spa area, small fitness room and leisure room with pool table and table tennis table. Breakfast and dinner are good. The bus connection is also very good.
