A very nice restaurant where you can eat well at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly.

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly! I'm only taking one star off because of the high price of the brunch.

Unfortunately, it's very loud when fully occupied.

A very pleasant lunch in a stylish atmosphere. I chose the fish platter, which was served with various side dishes – all fresh and well-balanced. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive.

I opted for a meat dish with mushrooms. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the mushrooms were very flavorful. The service was very attentive and pleasant from the start – the atmosphere was refined.

Culinary excellence, service a flop It's truly a shame when a lunch experience leaves you with such mixed feelings. The positives: The food was absolutely flawless. The preparation was superb, the flavors were spot on, and the quality of the ingredients was noticeably high. The ambiance at Brix.01 is also—as usual—modern, stylish, and inviting. The negatives: The service was unfortunately a disappointment. Although the restaurant was far from full at the time of my visit, the staff seemed negligent. While they were friendly, they completely lacked attentiveness. Long wait times despite empty tables and an inattentive demeanor ruined the overall experience. Conclusion: Good food alone isn't enough for a complete restaurant experience. If the service is lacking despite low occupancy, even the most beautiful architecture is useless. Due to the negligence, I cannot currently recommend this restaurant.

Conclusion after two visits in quick succession: The first visit was excellent, the second unfortunately a complete flop. It's a shame the kitchen can't deliver consistent service. The service was attentive, but unfortunately couldn't compensate for the botched main course (we had a mixed platter of fish and meat – none of which were cooked to perfection). Therefore, I regrettably cannot recommend this restaurant.
