we just loved everything about this place 🥰 although we came at a time only snack is served, kitchen starts 6pm, we had some pretty big meals that were amazing. service at their best! great work, guys!

Beautiful venue in a suggestive park + lake. Restaurant with a chic cocktail bar and very beautiful wooden furnishings, open for lunch and dinner, they also do brunch. They know what they do in the kitchen, excellent meat served with many sauces and accompaniments, excellent saffron risotto with shellfish. The desserts are also good even if the menu is really minimal: tiramisu (it was finished) mango cake (good) chocolate cake (excellent) and lemon sorbet which is not really a real dessert. Prices not popular but adequate for the location, service and quality. I would happily stay here again.

Everything was very rich and of quality, but I think I had very high expectations and nothing managed to surprise me. Super friendly staff and very good atmosphere. I would repeat to try more luck with other dishes despite the price.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per la seconda volta dopo qualche mese. Di solito non scrivo recensioni dopo la prima volta perche’ mi piace essere sicura delle mie impressioni. Ieri sera abbiamo optato per la paella direi insolita rispetto a quella che avevamo mangiato in altri ristoranti. Comunque mi e’ piaciuta moltissimo soprattutto per la qualità straordinaria del pesce. Ottimo il servizio puntuale e attento ma mai invadente. Torneremo sicuramente per procare le altre pietanze anche a base di carne. Giusto il rapporto qualita’ prezzo.

Sitting out in the terrace; it was a chilled out and welcoming atmosphere with the ducks passing by on the river and the kids could run around and play in the park. The food; Colorful and bursting with flavors. The fish paella was outstanding! The tempura salmon/veg was perfectly executed; light and airy. The service staff, all young and very motivated, were not too intrusive and very professional. We have been trying to come to Brix 0.1 for many years and finally had the opportunity and throughly enjoyed every minute.

09/10/2023: We were on the mountain pasture in October, after a tough climb, we were able to fortify ourselves with beer and good food. Price/performance okay. Any time
28/09/2023: very pretty mountain hut, in an excellent position especially for a break before continuing to the il porro refuge. you eat reasonably well, the service and staff are absolutely pleasant, the prices are more or less in line with those of other huts (not cheap but justified) adjacent to the hut there is a very small and delightful stone church.

15/02/2024: Mega family hotel! The rooms are beautifully decorated, very good attentvollle housekeeping. It is a family owned hotel and you notice that in everything. Sandra and her brothers are so involved and together with their team they do everything to make your stay incredible. The food is fantastic, from the delicious breakfast in the morning, cakes in the afternoon and half board in the evening. The wellness is enjoyable. The kids love it. We also enjoy the adults only sauna area. The location is very good. Within about 10 minutes you are at the slopes We will definitely come back. We want to thank Sandra, rest of the family and the whole team for our fantastic stay. We see you next year ❤️!
