Enchanting place + great food + superb wine tasting = unforgettable experience

An enjoyable tasting experience. The tannins are very robust, leaving a long, slightly spicy finish. High acidity and moderate tannins make it ideal for balancing the richness of meats, and it pairs perfectly with Tuscan grilled meats, Italian Salome ham, or aged cheeses.

We stopped at a winery shop during our tour. We enjoyed comparing different Italian wines, and it was fun to try a variety of flavors. We were also able to taste types of prosciutto and cheese that aren't very common in Japan, which was a valuable experience. Outside the shop, there was a beautiful Tuscan landscape, so we enjoyed not only the wine but also the scenery unique to the region.

This was my first time visiting a Tuscan vineyard, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I tasted the most authentic and full-bodied local wines, and every sip reflected the estate's dedication. Besides the wonderful wines, their various products were also amazing. I originally just wanted to try them out, but I was surprised to find the aged balsamic vinegar surprisingly delicious, with a wonderfully complex blend of sweet and sour flavors! I also highly recommend their white truffle and chili-flavored olive oils; they're a perfect match for crispy toast, rich and smooth in flavor. È Stata la mia prima volta in un vigneto in Toscana ed è Stata un'esperienza davvero favolosa! Oltre al vino, anche gli altri prodotti sono stati una bellissima sorpresa. a quello al peperoncino: abbinati al pane tostato sono semplicemente perfetti e saporitissimi. Che si tratti It's the best place to be in Toscana, it's the best!
