06/01/2025: Riserva di Fizzano is definitely a place to visit! The best holiday house in the area with an amazing view, great apartments and service! The area is quiet and really the holiday you are dreaming for! It is close to Poggibonsi town where you can find everything you need! will be back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality! 26/03/2025: We went there after asking our host to make a reservation for dinner. I must say that the staff serving local dishes were very helpful and sweet, but they did not speak much English. We tried the most famous pasta of Tuscany, pici varieties. The taglioni all’anatra with duck meat and the pici cacio e pepe with cheese and black pepper were delicious. However, the pici alla cardinale did not suit our taste. The ribollate di pane alla senese soup, which is unique to Tuscany, is a highly nutritious delicacy that must be tried. Don’t forget to order the mix toscana delicatessen plate, which is the antipasto misto toscana.

06/11/2024: Ce fut une expérience hors du commun …le restaurant était complet mais le proprio nous a ouvert la terrasse et nous avons été reçu comme des rois, bulles vin digestif Gaetane est un serveur merveilleux et que dire de sa femme qui est en cuisine. À coté de ce resto il y a des restaurants avec une étoile Michelin mais ce restaurant en mérite 2 …nous étions 4 et nous donnons 4 étoiles ce restaurant était notre étoile à nous Tout est succulent le déplacement en vaut vraiment la peine Je vous le recommande à 1000% Tout était parfait

05/11/2024: Nous avons manger sur la terrasse couverte. On nous a fait une place même si le resto était plein. Excellent service du proprio et sa femme. Les plats locaux succulents, le choix des vins parfait. Nous avons très bien mangé et bien bu ! Des Clients du Québec Canada !

23/02/2025: Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente. Piatti squisiti sia quelli sulla carte sia quelli consigliati. Ho preso una tartare di carne con carciofi freschi ed è stata spettacolare!!! Lo consiglio caldamente!!!! Molto disponibili i proprietari e gentilissima la cameriera.

19/01/2025: Excellent trattoria in the heart of Siena. We arrived a little while before they closed and they treated us very well. We ate an osso buco a la senese with chips that was delicious and pasta carbonara.

08/03/2025: Nice, kind and welcoming owners. Simple environment, simple tavern but for refined palates. If you want to eat very well in a place where they cook like your grandmother's, come here🥳🥳✌️

31/12/2024: This is not the typical tourist restaurant but this is the real strong point. Delicacies to eat, helpful, polite and very kind staff. If you want to eat typical Sienese food and want to spend some relaxing time enjoying a good meal, this is the best place in Siena. Absolutely recommended.

30/03/2025: Good evening, let me start by saying that we are customers, we also live nearby and every now and then we like to spend an evening for dinner at the Fondaccio, last time an amazing tartar made by Luigi, this evening a forgettable tartar with no taste, no egg, with never-seen cucumbers and flavorless 'truffle' tagliolino, it looked like plain pasta. Top focaccia! Top wine! Very professional and super approachable waiter. I pointed out that the dinner wasn't that great, but paid the bill in full. It can happen on a bad night, but a little respect for the customers... Luigi, it's best for you to cook. The chef in the dining room made the food with his bare hands and without wanting to see it from afar, in fact the result was visible on the plates. Maybe we will return, because we have always had a good time

Unisci questa sapienza ad una grande passione per la cucina ed otterrai un connubio perfetto tra tradizione ed innovazione, abbinamenti nuovi e accattivanti operati però senza improvvisati azzardi, nel rispetto della qualità delle materie prime. Il servizio impeccabile, sotto l'occhio sempre attento e mai invadente delle eccezionali addette alla sala, confeziona la festa che una tavola sempre deve rappresentare.
