13/10/2025: My friend and I were there for dinner last night, October 12th, as we arrived in the area from Lake Garda. We were warmly welcomed without a reservation, as the manager and the chef kindly arranged a luxurious dining table and bright smiles from the supervisor, waitress and bartender. The waitress was the brightest face and was the best guide for us to have two luxurious dinners 😍 So I strongly recommend this amazing restaurant 👍👍👍

But what truly makes this place special is the care with which each guest is welcomed: attentive, discreet, and friendly service, always ready to make guests feel at the center of the experience. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes and wines, with a clear focus on quality ingredients and local traditions, tastefully reinterpreted. I chose a perfectly cooked Florentine steak: tender, juicy, and flavorful. Followed by two desserts—both exceptional in both flavor and presentation. All in a romantic and relaxed atmosphere, inviting you to take your time and savor every detail. Highly recommended for a special dinner or simply for those who want to savor the most authentic Tuscany, with style and warmth.

23/11/2025: The ambience was beautiful, and that was the only good thing. The service was poor — when you ask about the difference between the wines, you get the answer ‘I don’t know.’ The prices in no way justify the quality, or rather the lack of quality, of the dishes, which were completely below average. A €16 table-setting fee is outrageous.

23/11/2025: A partial disappointment!! As a celiac, having my supermarket bread delivered still in its plastic wrap was a real blow at first, almost making me want to get up and leave.... The lack of desserts for celiacs was also a real shame, considering they make tiramisu, which doesn't take much to make gluten-free. As for the rest, the special dishes, some of which were truly excellent, the pici... "normal." The place, however, was truly fantastic and that alone was worth the price of admission. The quality/price ratio was a bit off the scale.

19/10/2025: The service was bad, they were rude and impatient. The steak was good but the veal cheek was undercook and unpleasant to eat. The lights were too harsh and there were no music nor ambience.

14/10/2025: We had lunch here and we're impressed enough to come back for dinner the same night. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was outstanding! The presentation was molto benne! As was the wine and its presentation. If I am back in Radda in Chianti in the future, I will certainly come back here!

28/10/2025: Mediocre pizza. Terrible dough, practically nonexistent toppings. Ordered a lactose-free white pizza with mushrooms and parmesan. A red pizza arrived with four pieces of mushrooms and a sprinkling of parmesan.

05/12/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, fast, friendly and helpful service, food in this case excellent pizzas, really good, it is advisable to book although it is a large place and on Saturdays you often don't find a table before 9.30pm or 10.00pm

02/12/2025: This was recommended to us by our hotel. We went in as they were preparing to open. They welcomed us in, took our order and offered us appertivos while we waited. They were so kind and gracious. The pizza was outstanding! Perfectly done and tasty. We appreciated their kindness and would definitely go back!

06/11/2025: An amazing resort with incredible staff that made us feel like family. The beauty of the scenery is tough to explain. Quite, peaceful and just wonderful.

04/11/2025: The stay was fantastic, the place is beautiful, our rooms were an excellent size and very well equipped, all the staff were kind and attentive, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, all of very high quality. We had dinner at the LaTerrazza del Borgo restaurant, which was delicious, with a surprising menu and impeccable service. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: This restaurant has a partnership with Albergo Le Terme. The food is quite good, although the prices are a bit above average. We had dinner included (two nights, so two dinners), so no problem. The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered: tagliatelle with egg cream and fresh truffle, wild boar with chocolate reduction (twice), au gratin chicken breast, and pici with Chianina beef ragù and Nobile di Montepulciano wine.

02/12/2025: Tenuta di Mensanello is much more than a farmhouse. It's a small, enchanting hamlet run with passion, expertise, and professionalism. The restaurant is excellent, with a wide selection of local products. The wines are also excellent, and the staff are wonderful. It's also suitable for families with children, thanks to the pool and games available.

08/11/2025: We've all dreamed of an unforgettable autumn holiday... velvety green hills, soft on the horizon, a gaze lost in the trees standing like toy soldiers in the clear sky, cobbled streets leading to an ancient village, with stone farmhouses with barred windows scattered here and there, seemingly uninhabited... absolute silence... just the harsh crunch of leaves underfoot... with all the blinding shades of autumn... ochre... orange... yellow... but only those who have stayed at the "Tenuta di Mensanello" can say they've found all of this in a single tourist facility. And what about privacy...a true privilege...absolute silence, no noise or sound to disturb the peace of this enchanted village. Only the cries of birds at dawn and dusk...fleeing in swarms darting toward the horizon! The only scents...those of flowers in the warm sun, rosemary, lavender, damp leaves, and moist earth! The splendid location of this Podere, in fact, makes for a stress-free and invigorating vacation for both body and mind. Recommended for those escaping (in autumn 😉!) from the city in search of peace and relaxation! There's no shortage of entertainment and sightseeing options. Just a few minutes' drive away are the picturesque towns of Siena, famous for their historical and cultural heritage (Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Colle Val d'Elsa, etc.). The estate also offers numerous guided excursions inland for those seeking an "energizing" vacation! A visit to the olive oil mill to see the oil production process is highly recommended! The estate's own production of wine, beer, honey, jams, and saffron makes the restaurant experience even more enjoyable. Both the breakfast buffet (with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes) and dinner (with original and elegantly presented recipes) were among the reasons we returned to Mensanello for a second year...and we hope to return again! Given that the highlight of this property is the enchanting atmosphere that reigns within the village, the opportunity to stroll along the cobbled paths, gazing at the pool, a flower-filled balcony, or a lavender bush... the "Granaio" apartment was truly comfortable, welcoming, with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our family of five and one dog (he was the happiest of all during this "freedom" holiday!) Last...but not least...the Hospitality! The owners of the estate, Neri and his partner Annarita, are truly the best in terms of tourist hospitality. Extremely professional, extremely efficient, smiling, reassuring, always available and ready to make our stay pleasant with advice on destinations and tourist visits. They pampered us with warmth, transforming the welcome we deserved into affectionate generosity! The entire staff, especially the restaurant staff, deserves praise! They are fantastic, friendly, polite, and respectful. Daniele, the head waiter, has demonstrated his professional growth since last year and offered us truly original and delicious recipes! You won't find better anywhere else! We didn't want to leave Tenuta di Mensanello...not even our little dog...we recommend everyone to come to this corner of paradise! 11/11/2025: A truly enjoyable dinner. We ordered a cheese platter, two pasta dishes to share, and a bottle of wine, which we couldn't finish and were able to take away. Generous portions, fresh ingredients (including truffles and porcini mushrooms), and homemade pasta. The bread and olive oil were delicious. The service was excellent, and the owners were very friendly and helpful.
