22/03/2025: Farmhouse appearance, but with the soul of a large hotel. Very nice environment, but the vibes are of a commercial place and driven by finance rather than by the desire to host. Many cheap and poorly looked after solutions; small things, which however make themselves felt: the double mattress which is actually two singles pushed together, the windowless bathroom with a faulty fan, the blocked shower siphon, poorly thought-out furnishings and the feeling of battery-built rooms. Nothing terrible, but not excellent either, similar goes for the food.

14/03/2025: We eat very well. You can eat fish, meat or pizza. We usually get fish. Tonight we took: 1 hot and cold fish starter 2 paccheri with octopus and squid 1 fried fish 1 fish potato 1/2 house white wine 1 water 1Coffee 1Bitter We spent €80. There is a car park.

Antipasto vegetariano molto buono e genuino, pici cacio e pepe strepitosi come la ribollita presentata in vaso cottura. 10/02/2025: A very big plus, because it is (probably) the only restaurant open outside the season - we were there on the first weekend of February. 1. Pasta with tomato sauce is amazing (meatless version) 2. Tagliatelle al Ragu for children - a 10-year-old said it was tasty and a large portion 3. Ravioli - solid, but not spectacular 4. Olive oil is probably the best and most expressive (you can smell the olives and olive oil) we have ever tasted, and we have visited almost all the countries of the Mediterranean basin. 5. The service lady was very nice and helpful 6. Tables outside in the off-season, in sunny weather, add charm We recommend! #holesroad

21/03/2025: The trattoria is located near the Chiusi train station. It has a large room and an adjoining room on the veranda. The decor is typical of Tuscan trattorias, with old tools for agricultural work hanging on the walls. The dining room staff, all female, is very kind and welcoming. The table service is perfect. The menu offers typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition. The hand-made pici with duck sauce and the meat are very good, especially the tagliata with excellent local porcini mushrooms. And to finish the meal, the cantucci are truly delicious. The trattoria also offers a fair number of wine labels. The quality-price ratio is balanced.

13/03/2025: A quaint Italian restaurant with excellent food, quality service, and affordable prices. My wife and I found this restaurant based on the reviews, and it lived up to the hype. Servers were very accommodating despite the fact that we only knew a little Italian. The food was excellent. Caprese was super fresh, boar rague was out of this world, and my wife loved her white pizza. We would highly recommend it. We paid twice as much at a different restaurant half as good. You won't have that problem here.

16/02/2025: Very beautiful structure, renovated and equipped with every comfort. We stayed one night in an apartment with sauna and hydromassage, tastefully furnished and well heated. Friendly and readily available staff. The only flaw is the lack of napkins or placemats for any meals. For the rest really excellent value for money!

We chose the 5-course tasting menu, and every single dish was a delight! The flavors were carefully balanced, the presentation was stunning, and the ingredients were clearly of the highest quality. Each course was unique, highlighting the richness of local cuisine, especially the truffle-based dishes, which were absolutely outstanding. One of the highlights of our evening was the exceptional service. There was a wonderful hostess who made the experience even more memorable—she took the time to explain each dish in detail, sharing insights about the ingredients and the inspiration behind them. Her passion and knowledge truly enhanced our appreciation of the food. .we highly recommend this restaurant

07/03/2025: I was here two years ago and it was a Michelin ⭐ culinary experience! If you want a dinner in an elegant and intimate place you are in the right place. The food is sublime and the service impeccable. This is not a restaurant where you just go to eat, but an all-round dining experience. Having tried starred restaurants, it was surprising to find that they were not present in the Michelin guide, much less that they did not have a Michelin star. But we are certain that it is only a matter of time.⭐ We are equally certain that we will hear about this restaurant, its Chef and his wonderful team. In Maiora ✌🏻🍀♥️

Formaggi ed affettati ottimi, la Signora che ci ha servito, gentilissima, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni sul vino e tagliere. Da tornarci

05/01/2025: Marvelous! Breakfast: rich cappuccino full of foam and hot chocolate donut (and not hazelnut cream) €2 and a few cents!!!! Also great for lunch!
