14/01/2025: I stayed in this hotel for two nights in an economy room. Cozy hotel with a lobby with fireplace, clean and tidy. The economy room is basic in terms of furnishings and bathroom but with everything you need for two nights. Average breakfast, friendly owner. Excellent location to reach the center of Volterra on foot without moving the car.

16/02/2025: Ho fatto un ordine su just eat mi consegnano la pizza 35 minuti in anticipo e pretendono che la ritiro nonostante il fattorino sia stato 30 minuti fuori con le pizze fredde (tra l’altro non hanno contenitori termici per il trasporto) chiamo per disdire l’ordine mi rispondo il malo modo e mi consigliano di non servirmi più da loro! Anzi puntualizzano che loro sanno lavorare perchè loro per accontentare i clienti consegnano le pizze anche 40 minuti prima! Domanda ma allora perché esiste un orario di consegna su justeat???

02/03/2025: Nice environment, we had dinner accompanied by live music (perhaps the volume was a little too loud), the dishes served were good enough but quite anonymous for the price paid per person (€55) for 2 courses, dessert (cheesecake perhaps not very fresh, I didn't like it) and wine. Service a little confusing but very nice place.

26/02/2025: Very nice place, with two internal and two external locations, one indoors and the other under an umbrella. Young, kind and approachable staff, excellent cocktails (Bloody Mary and Hugo Spritz) were able to satisfy me even though I am a vegetarian and have various allergies, not with the usual bagged chips. €20 for two drinks and two generous aperitif platters. I will definitely come back.

16/03/2025: I went to this pizzeria with my brother, I had an excellent speck and mascarpone. He tasted Arabic bread for the first time and was enthusiastic about both its goodness and the generous portion. The staff is very friendly and immediately puts you at ease. The pizza chef is very good. The two of us spent 28 on a liter and a half drink.

04/02/2025: For me the environment is beautiful, and very creative but for the waiter there isn't much to say, he's rude and snorts as if we were the problem. Then let's not talk about the food, I'll give some examples: the octopus was burnt with salt and tasted like smoke, the punches were very salty... In short, I don't recommend it as a restaurant, also because in the evening after dinner we had a stomach ache and the day afterwards we even vomited. For the price we weren't really satisfied, there were four of us and we took 2 gourmet dishes each and the price was high, I don't know if you know what I mean, that is, we paid a lot. Outside, the beer benches are set up in the shade. There are also other tables inside. The restaurant is authentic with the rustic ambience and relaxed atmosphere. The food was fresh, good quality and very tasty, typical of Tuscany. Paolo who served us was really good and approachable, we had a very good time. Thank you, Paolo!

04/02/2025: I stopped for lunch and in a rural environment frequented by workers mostly I had a first course and dessert but the maltagliati with wild boar were overcooked and had stuck together, a small portion, little sauce in my opinion and the dessert was a trifle, they bring you a glass container similar to the jar of baby food, three teaspoons and it was finished and it had absolutely no taste of trifle and with a glass of wine and half a mineral, 16 euros seemed a bit excessive to me.

17/09/2024: I went to this pizzeria, I liked it. They told me that the owner had changed, so I viewed the Internet page and read: "dogs outside". Generally I leave my dog ​​at home, but it has always been well accepted by the previous owner, without problems, so dog outside, my money out of the pizzeria. I live in a metropolis, I come often because I have a house near Villa, but I have never had problems with my dog. I'm always the first to say that I have a 7kg dog, to ask for a quiet place, but it annoys me that it is forced on me. Bye-bye
