I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Pisa

15/08/2024: Pizzeria molto molto informale al centro di Pisa naturalmente senza parcheggio ma chi lo cerca nei locali al centro città è forse un pò folle. Pizza al metro discreta forse con qualche piccolo problema di cottura ai lati, la cosa su cui proprio non sono stato d'accordo è trovarmi la ricotta sulla margherita, non so se sia stato un errore o meno ma proprio non mi sembra il caso. Servizio molto cordiale e informale, purtroppo un po' lento ma mi è sembrato comunque abbastanza attento. Detto ciò è un posto che ha del potenziale considerati i costi e come è impostato ma servirebbe mettere a posto due tre cose per renderlo un posto perfetto per condividere una pizza in famiglia o tra amici. A presto.

15/08/2024: Very very informal pizzeria in the center of Pisa naturally without parking but those who look for it in the places in the city center are perhaps a little crazy. Decent pizza by the metre, perhaps with some small cooking problems on the sides, the thing I really didn't agree with was finding ricotta on the margherita, I don't know if it was a mistake or not but it really doesn't seem like the case. Very friendly and informal service, unfortunately a little slow but it still seemed attentive enough. Having said that, it is a place that has potential considering the costs and how it is set up but two or three things would need to be put in place to make it a perfect place to share a pizza with family or friends. 27/07/2024: Excellent environment for quick business lunches. Good service. Excellent food. Restaurant along Via Matteucci, an artery of the city of Pisa, in the heart of the commercial area. Ideal restaurant for business lunches and quick lunches. Reservation is recommended as the room is not very large. Helpful and helpful staff. Very recommended for those who find themselves having a quick bite for lunch. Large and good menu.

17/07/2024: Encontramos sitio muy bien ubicado, muy bien decorado y luminoso. La comida excelente, sobre todo las carnes que son de primerísima calidad y cocinadas con maestría. Pedimos opciones sin gluten y si, pusieron mucha atención en darnos una buena experiencia, comimos todos muy agusto.

23/03/2024: Sono andato a cena con mio cugino poichè avevo visto la pubblicità di un evento a base di bistecca alla fiorentina. Antipasto di salumi e formaggi toscani buono, con mortadella artigianale sterpitosa. Bistecca cotta perfetta, ma avrebbe avuto bisogno di almeno 40 giorni di frollatura; non buonissima con parti che dovrebbero essere morbide e saporite in alcuni punti con calletti e grassetti non mangiabili. Patatate arrosto strepitose, mai mangiate prima d'ora così buone. Dolce ottimo e Vino doce Zibibbo delizioso Prezzo medio basso, preferivo spendere 5 euro di più, ma con una bistecca alla fiorentina di più alta qualità.

31/05/2024: It is the best pizza by the slice in the area, simple, soft dough melts in your mouth. The ingredients are excellent, I go crazy for the margherita but the stuffing is also top notch.

19/08/2024: Invited by friends with whom we wanted to eat good fish and especially crudités, Genzero e Cinnamon turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The menu put me in "difficulty" due to the interesting proposals, they would all have to be tried. Very satisfied, I will definitely return to try the dishes that I wasn't able to enjoy. advised!

31/08/2024: Avevo prenotato al Club La Cambusa su The Fork per festeggiare il decimo anniversario mio e del mio compagno. Avevo specificato che sarebbe stata una serata speciale ed avevo chiesto se fosse stato possibile avere una sistemazione piuttosto riservata. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un tavolo tutto per noi sotto ad un gazebo illuminato da luci soffuse, lanterne e decorazioni. Sembrava quello di un banchetto nuziale. È stato tutto perfetto: dal cibo, al servizio caloroso ma composto e mai invadente, all'atmosfera, al cocktail sul bordo della piscina. Il titolare, i camerieri, le dolcissime signore in cucina ci hanno coccolati per tutta la sera. Persone squisite e professionali. È stato un anniversario bellissimo! Grazie di cuore ❤️

28/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato tramite The Fork perché vi trovavamo da quelle parti. È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Il titolare ci ha accolto calorosamente e ci ha coccolato per tutta la durata del pranzo. Io, in quel periodo, ero incinta, e sono stati super attenti a propormi piatti che potessi mangiare. I piatti sono stati una sorpresa: ben curati e che sapevano di casa ma, allo stesso tempo, erano particolari. I dolci meravigliosi! Alla fine del pasto, poi, sono stati gentilissimi da permettermi di raccogliere, direttamente dall'albero in giardino, i gelsi neri, dandomi anche un contenitore per conservarli. Avrei voluto lasciare prima la recensione, ma gli ultimi mesi sono stati un pò impegnativi! 😅 Ci torneremo sicuramente!

22/01/2024: Nice little place, you eat very well, you don't spend excessively and you feel good. It's just a little bit of a shame about the cold: even with the air conditioner on, the rooms weren't warm... But we still had a good time. Recommended ❤️

28/07/2024: Dell' Antipasto del marinaio: il crostino con sugo (di cosa? di moscardini?) era immangiabile, la polpettina di pesce era intagliabile e salatissima, le alici alla povera fortissime di aceto, e le altre 3 portatine assolutamente non invitanti. Primo: spaghetti alle vongole con vongole non "freschissime" e uno strano sentore (fastidioso) di formaggio come retrogusto. Secondo: grigliatina con il tonno completamente crudo. Complessivamente il sapore del pesce lo abbiamo solo immaginato (ma pagato caro).

19/07/2024: Last night I was in this fish shop where at the entrance there is a fish counter for sale... but shortly after there are some tables... just a few and I would say perfect for being in peace... So the presentation of the dishes is very nice .. the fish is very good .. the tagliolini with seafood were many and rich in fish, you have to say that the abundance of the dish was super... For the second course which I already liked by the name... the sautéed dish... It was very enjoyable... Lots of fish and also very good... the lady and also the chef were very kind and attentive... But then finally a restaurant where when you ask for a glass of wine... they fill the glasses and don't They fake it. Ultimately the location is very intimate... you can talk and eat in peace without anyone disturbing you... A 5 star is deserved.. Then the fork discount is applied which is always convenient... Highly recommended
