10/05/2025: Este es un restaurante absolutamente especial con una personalidad muy clara, no dirigido a los turistas, ya que el menú no cuenta con todos los platos típicos de la Toscana que uno encuentra en otros lugares de las ciudades turísticas. La comida es excepcional, preparada con ingredientes excepcionales y con un fuerte enfoque en verduras de temporada (como vegetariano, a menudo me resulta difícil pedir en la mayoría de los restaurantes, especialmente en la Toscana y Piamonte y Lombardía, pero este restaurante tenía seis platos que fácilmente podía pedir muy feliz). La familia cultiva sus propias verduras, y la frescura es palpable en cada uno de los platos. También hornean su propio pan de masa madre y focaccia, ambos deliciosos. Teníamos cinco platos, de los cuales nuestros dos favoritos eran la cecina (una tortita de harina de garbanzos como farinata y socca) cubierta con casa - calabaza en conserva y patatas ahumadas y verduras para bebés, y tagliolini fresco con espárragos y crema de Parmigiano. Los propietarios Fabio y Tatiana son excepcionalmente amables y hospitalarios y su bulldog francés Maya es realmente adorable. ¡Vale la pena parar!

17/04/2025: Cena molto piacevole assaggiando piatti eleganti e ben eseguiti in un ambiente molto ben curato e rilassante. Notevole la parte vegetale che viene elevata a protagonista in molti piatti. Servizio gentile e preciso, la carta dei vini ben studiata e ben gestita dalla sommelier. Costo adeguato alle capacità della cucina

27/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati per pranzo, (eravamo in bici)locale molto bello, curato e soprattutto pulito. Tagliata ottima, tagliere ai salumi buoni, tutto abbondante,servizio in sala buono, unica pecca abbiamo atteso più di mezz’ora nonostante il locale fosse semi vuoto. Il titolare gentile e disponibile, si è offerto spontaneamente di riempirci le borracce dalla fonte, gesto molto apprezzato.

03/01/2025: I have already been to this restaurant several times and every time it has surprised me with its cleanliness, courtesy and attention. This time I went there for a business dinner and it was no different. They adapted the dishes for my intolerances and they were delicious like the others. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

17/05/2025: Pleasant stop on the way back from the sea. The place is very quiet, you practically eat in a forest. Excellent if you have children because there is a nice well-equipped playground with tables to eat right next to (I would recommend a children's menu to make life easier for parents) excellent food quality, we ate a delicious fried rabbit, remarkable raw ham, fried pasta (or coccole if you like) with stracchino cheese delicious, the hamburger with raw meat and top quality ingredients (I wasn't crazy about the type of bread used for the hamburger, but that's just my personal taste. Fair price in relation to the quality

17/05/2025: Clean place and pleasant environment, the staff was super kind and attentive. The food, express, arrived very quickly. Everything very good with a wide choice on the menu. Environment also suitable for children having an outdoor area equipped for them.

13/05/2025: The management of the place leaves much to be desired. We ordered two steaks, and found ourselves with half a portion of meat each; but the bill showed two, not to mention the carbonara which left much to be desired. The manager seemed almost annoyed by the fact that four workers had shown up for lunch, we hope we came on the wrong day.

13/05/2025: It would also be a nice place but unfortunately it is badly managed...at lunch I ordered a steak and the owner split it between me and my colleague paying as if we were two...he does nothing to attract customers, in fact he almost seems annoyed if someone enters the place...bad experience not to be repeated...

30/05/2025: For a lunch menu we spent more than 30 euros per person, it seems excessive to me. In the area you can certainly find better both in terms of quality and price.

02/03/2025: Nice environment, we had dinner accompanied by live music (perhaps the volume was a little too loud), the dishes served were good enough but quite anonymous for the price paid per person (€55) for 2 courses, dessert (cheesecake perhaps not very fresh, I didn't like it) and wine. Service a little confusing but very nice place.

13/02/2025: Restaurant that offers coupons Fresh dishes for the price of 15 Euros each. They give you a first A second, everything of your choice, water, bread and coffee. Personal Pleasant and professional. I recommend it...go there...

24/04/2025: A wonderful place. Low prices and great quality. The dasyunos packages are very very good and the sweet bread is very delicious and at a low price. Definitely the best we have found in Italy. What a great place, it is worth coming to have breakfast before visiting the tower of Pisa since it is 3 minutes away

27/04/2025: Da non tornare,il cuoco è meglio che cambi lavoro. Per Pasqua ordinati tre crudi con frutta di stagione. Dopo 1ora e venti minuti di attesa arriva la roba. Pesce congelato e della frutta di stagione neanche l'ombra,o meglio,una mora,un pezzettino di limone e uno di arancio. Rimandato tutto indietro. Meglio che cambino lavoro
