29/08/2024: Osteria accogliente all'interno spazio anche fuori sulla piazzetta, ottima scelta di vini locqli toscani, cibo ottimo e di qualita. Servizio eccellente e personale gentilissimo, molto disponibile anche sulla descrizione dei prodotti proposti.

Beautiful people, informal environment which to say is an understatement, you eat well at a fair price and then the experience is anything but emotional, even if, in the end, it's the right word. 01/09/2024: Molti coperti dalla seduta ristretta: risultato molto scomodo. Prezzi un po alti per ciò che si è mangiato. Tempi lunghi per la comanda.

27/08/2024: Locale molto turistico, dietro al centro di Volterra affiancato da decine di altri locali. Molto bello l'interno, decorato con bottiglie di vino ovunque, anche sul soffitto. Personale attento e molto presente, primi ottimi, su tutti la cacio e pepe al limone e pistacchi e le pappardelle al cinghiale. Sorprendentemente non fanno la fiorentina, ma altri tipi di carne: tagliata ai porcini e lardo (un po' stoppacciosa), costine al bbq, tutto buono ma aceto balsamico ovunque, anche non indicato nel menù, quindi se non piace va puntualizzato. Prezzi un po' alti probabilmente per la posizione molto centrale.

08/07/2024: Not if they've changed management or we've had a bad evening. The place was empty. The vegan food had strange and conflicting flavors. The almond tagliatelle was almost inedible, looked like a reheated dish and tasted stale. Big flaw is not indicating either the ingredients or whether the dish is raw or cooked. We are really sorry. We regularly eat vegan and not being able to reward those who commit in this way is unpleasant. Dishes to review and above all to taste before being served. I hope they fix it in the future. GIVEN YOUR RESPONSE, I WOULD ADD THAT WE HAVE NOT DUSTED THEM! MAYBE YOU REFER TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. WE SENT PART BACK BECAUSE WE JUST COULDN'T MAKE IT. I AGREE THAT OUT OF KIND WE WERE WRONG IN NOT TALKING ABOUT IT IMMEDIATELY, BUT WITH A COLD MIND TODAY, I CANNOT REMAIN SILENT. I ALSO HAVE TO LAUGH ABOUT THE EXPLANATION, ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY WERE RAW FOODS FOR EXAMPLE... IT IS POINTLESS TO NAME DISHES IN ANY WAY AND THEN REDUCED THEM TO A SALAD. IF I WANTED SALAD I ASKED FOR IT. I REPEAT, THE INGREDIENTS ARE NOT LISTED AND HAVE NOT BEEN EXPLAINED!

12/07/2024: Lovely fresh tagliatelle: one with burrata and pesto and the other with fresh truffles, some of the lightest and tastiest pasta we had in Tuscany this year.
