20/08/2024: Servizio gentile e curato, piatti golosi, ben eseguiti e materie prime sicuramente di ottima qualità. Location carinissima e romantica. Non potete non provare la Fiorentina si fa pasta, idea top e piatto buonissimo. Consigliatissimo

19/08/2024: tornati per il menu estivo in giardino, in particolare spaghetti al pomodoro e baccalà. Erbaluigia è IMO il miglior ristorante della zona, un'esperienza da provare! Servizio gentilissimo e attenzione maniacale alla stagionalità e alla qualità. BRAVI!

21/08/2024: Dropped in for a quick and easy lunch during a visit to Volterra, we ordered two plates of bruschetta followed by a salad and a cheese plate. Up to the bruschetta it went well, with a fairly quick service, taking away the fact that as we were sitting outside, the surrounding trees that provided shade lost pieces on the table... after about an hour the salad and cheeses still hadn't arrived, we kindly ask where they were as we were in a bit of a hurry and the lady's response was: "MY LOVE, HAVE THE TIME TO MAKE THEM, YOU ALSO ORDERED TWO COURSES" I honestly don't understand the confidence of calling me "my love" as if I were her sister and I underline the fact that we were expecting a salad and cheeses that do not require any type of cooking or complex preparation. Furthermore, the dishes, other than the bruschetta, were not of excellent quality. I recommend learning to respond to customers in a kind and polite way, especially if questions are asked in a polite manner. P.s No, the place wasn't full

16/08/2024: During our walk around the city, we came across Le Cantine del Palazzo somewhat by accident. The digital menu made ordering easier. The food was tasty, the service was very nice.

26/05/2024: More for the locals... English wasn't spoken. We were also more annoyed than friendly. But I have to say that we didn't make a reservation... We didn't use any glasses because they were very dirty. The pizza, on the other hand, came quickly and was very solid. Maybe we just had a bad day, but our experiences wouldn't make it any more.

13/03/2024: Delicious pizzeria, wide choice of pizzas, excellent service. Ideal for events and holidays, there is also a summer playground and a toilet.

18/03/2024: Top Top pizza on Fridays and weekends. For business lunches, little choice (too little!!!) but everything very good. Fast and friendly bar service. The place is always clean and tidy!

09/07/2024: Poor client service. The room was sold without photos. In reality the superior apartment has now windows in all sleeping rooms. Together with a lack of air conditioning it makes sleeping almost impossible. The management doesn’t want to help to the client. Writing money, no show off sign - beware for the future!

05/12/2023: Quando ho voglia di mangiare il pesce il primo posto che mi viene in mente è sempre il MARTINI, qui si si mangia veramente bene, la qualità della materia è molto, molto buona, le porzioni generose, i tempi di attesa sono accettabili, la scelta è varia, la presentazione è adeguata, l'atmosfera accogliente, la carta dei vini apprezzabile. Questo ristorante ha, però, un valore aggiunto all'ottima qualità della materia prima ed al costo più che accettabile ed è la cortesia e l'arte del ricevere del suo titolare Raffa. Qualità che, ahimè , difetta molto al commercio pisano in generale. Piccoli gesti come versare un calice di prosecco all'arrivo, il dolcino e il liquore offerto a fine pasto, un sorriso ed i saluti al congedo si fanno apprezzare perchè denotano un'attenzione per il cliente il servizio attento, premuroso della magnifica .....mi perdoni la ragazza di cui mi sfugge il nome e del giovane assistente al tavolo completano la serata. Bravi tutti

22/02/2024: Spartan but welcoming place with piadine, pizza, salads, sandwiches, platters, pinsas, both to take away and to eat on the spot. Very good piadinas, generous platters, salad, unfortunately not all of those on the menu are always available. Very friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Excellent for quick lunch breaks, for passing tourists. Very fair prices. Advised.

09/08/2024: I often come for takeaway pizza and have never had a bad experience. Of course the location is what it is but they make up for it with the staff who are always friendly and helpful.

21/07/2024: To improve, pizza comparable to one of the worst frozen brands. Affluent dimly lit exterior. Waiting for a bottle of water, for pizza, for potatoes that never arrived. A wonderful evening at the medical center adjacent to the restaurant.

26/08/2024: Very helpful staff even if they made us wait for the bill, however the food was really bad and the very high price for the experience, €37 for a pizza with raw meat, a water and two desserts is truly an exaggeration. I don't recommend.

09/08/2024: We went to the outdoor restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous, paying €20 for half a defrosted focaccia with ham on top, vomiting sandwiches at crazy prices, among other things very small portions, limoncello for those who can literally save water. Chemical toilets, the stench can be felt for meters, inside the bathrooms I was about to feel sick from the smell. The place is averagely bad, questionable clientele. Very slow service, 1 hour to eat, agitated and unorganized staff. I'll leave the photo, they enlarge everything to make the plate look full, but it's literally half a focaccia. Obviously the blame is not to be placed on those who work there, who were conspicuously busy and do everything they can to stay on track, but on those who manage the place, which should be absolutely avoided.
