Highly recommended! Typical Tuscan cuisine with a touch of authenticity, especially in the generous and succulent appetizers! Spectacular location in the heart of the beautiful Valdera countryside! Truly everything is spectacular. Must try.

A beautiful, characteristic Tuscan restaurant surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. We dined with four of us and enjoyed excellent, authentic dishes. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely evening with live music and a good meal. A very pretty location surrounded by greenery. The owners are friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

07/06/2026: Pleasant restaurant inside the Repubblica Marinara Hotel. We tried four dishes, all very good. The organizational aspect could be improved. Average prices, except for the overpriced wines.
15/05/2026: Convenient hotel restaurant The hotel we stayed in also has its own restaurant. The dining room was packed with guests and therefore a bit noisy. As for the food, it was slightly above average overall. We shared a tagliere of cold cuts, which could have been a bit more generous. I had gnocchi with nuts and gorgonzola, but the dish wasn’t particularly memorable. The dessert was definitely the highlight of the dinner: a delicious caramel cheesecake with a subtle crunchy biscuit base and a rich cream cheese filling. The service was excellent as the two waiters managed the dining room with the smile.
